Audi Indianapolis review: Repairs

We have sent 2 previous complaints about the Audi Indianapolis dealer. The last complaint on June 5, 2023. My car with is an Audi A7 which originally when into the shop because of the brake light on. Has now been in the shop for 7 months. After hundreds of dollars for parts and labor the car is still not working. Numerous times we received a call saying the car was ready to pick up only to find that when we get there the car has another light on. This have gone on long enough. The dealership says they have professional and trained mechanics, but after 7 months they aren't able to fix a light on their own product. This really leaves a bad impression on me and ever one I talk to. I would think a company like Audi would want to protect their reputation. I really want to avoid a law suit but I am reaching that point quickly. I hope you find this complain as troublesome as I do.
