Brightology review: Solar lights

i purchased 20 solar lights for my backyard and purchased insurance for 2 years for them.several have stopped working so i called to get them replaced and was told that they no longer have these lights in stock.well why would you sell insurance on them if they are no longer in stock.they offered to give back my money for the insurance but only as a credit.if i can’t get the lights i want why would i want a store credit?
