On April 18, 2009 I returned a bra (which did not fit) that I bought the previous Saturday and after standing in the Customer Service Line for 30 minutes, a new cashier came on. Then I stood in line for another 15 minutes because they let one of their employess jump in front of the people who were standing in line for all this time. That's my first complaint. When I finally got my turn in line, I was told that they did not give refunds/exchanges for intimates. I asked the cashier was this policy posted. She proceeded to tell me she thinks so. In the meantime, my mother was in another line purchasing various items. I went back to where intimates were and could not find a sign posting this "no refund/exchange" on intimates - Complaint #2. I was HOT! I then told my mother the situation and she asked to see the manager which took about 20 minutes for her to come to Customer Service. The situation was explained and she said that was the policy because she did not know if the bra was worn. HOW CAN YOU WEAR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT FIT! - Complaint #3. Besides, people buy clothes, wear them, bring them back! My mother and I pointed out that if this is the policy why isn't it posted? Then she calls back to the intimates department and tells them to post signs regarding the policy (which I doubt they did). All the while she has an attidude and acting like we have two heads - Complaint #4. And then my mother asks her what are you suppose to do, try the bra on and the manager stands there and hunches her shoulders - Complaint #5. After all that, she finally gave me a refund. I have had no problems taking bras back to Target, Walmart, etc. So what makes Forman Mills so special? It's not like their an exlusive store. And what is it with the employees. Are they trained to be rude? I was brought up that no matter what your job is, you're to take pride and do it well. THE EMPLOYEES AT FORMAN MILLS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNGRATEFUL!.

CPNexus. You do realize that most stores post their policy on intimates or will tell you their policy regarding intimates. And I said it was a BRA not underwear. Furthermore, even though I was mad I was not rude. As a matter of fact, I politely thanked them and told the to have a nice day.

And I'm trying to tell you that it was not posted anywhere. Not in the intimates department, not by the register, not on the receipt.

I was at Forman Mills Southfield Michigan a few days ago their was a rude guy at customer service- he should not work this counter because he has no clue what customer service is- His name is Demetrius he is not kind -I wanted to purchase a despicable me cup for my grandson- this guy could have easily used a different number to ring the item like other forman mills have done or target or burlington coat etc but no he claim he called 4 other stores and none had the item- I kept telling him to ring something similar but he wouldnt do it- he kept saying he wasnt authorized- I said get your manager- he basically ignored that- finally the front supervisor told him to ring something else - he still wouldn't kept saying he wasnt going to lose his job for nobody - he is very ignorant and he has no customer service skills - I think he wanted the cup for his own family member or who knows he may have wanted it for himself- who knows- he is straight dumb

Years ago I tried to return unused underwear at a store. I was told I couldn't get a refund because it was intimate wear although I told the cashier I never used it. I didn't argue with her, just left the store. A couple times I bought bras that didn't fit and didn't bother to return it since it's a undergarment. Ever since my returned item was rejected, now I understand why they won't take a chance even if you are telling the truth because the item is going directly onto your private area. Just because Walmart or Target does it doesn't mean every store will accept it.

I have just left a Forman Mills Store located in Springfield when an employee that was outside posted on the sidewalk sale made a very rude and inapproriate comment to her co-worker concerning me. I think it was said in a way that l would overhear. But upon hearing that l sought out her supervisor and made my feelings known that l did not appreciate that upon leaving a store an employee would make such a comment. Well you know they tried to blame it on another customer. I will never shop there again because its like shopping out of someones car at a street corner. Thats where l would expect that type of treament

FORMAN MILLS IS ALWAYS BEEN GHETTO DIRTY AND DISCUSTING. I NEVER SHOP THERE I AM ACTUALLY ASHAMED AND EVERYONE OBVIOUSLY WEARS THE SAME CLOTHES WALKING THE STREETS. WHEN THEY SAY "DESIGNERS"- WTF? DESIGNERS ARE IN BLOOMINGDALES, NOT THE GHETTO MILLS!

forman mill sucks no matter what store u go in, in philly they ghetto and ignorant and I wouldn't buy a comb out of there. And VeeJay I agree with Forman Mills or any store on that bra return the way you knew it didn't fit is when you tried it on at home. It had to touch your skin and I wouldn't want to buy a bra that some one tried on even for 1 second. And you wouldn't even know cause it's still up there on the rack. Even when people try on intimates in the store like bathing suits and panties they are supposed to do it over their undergarments. but I know sometimes they don't. I feel Forman mills on that return policy for intimates tho.
