I registered for their website and submitted my order to sell my gift cards. They gave me an offer and I accepted. They make you pay for shipping while selling them your cards when they advertise free shipping however I disregarded and mailed in my gift cards. GiftCardRescue Sold a deactivated gift card

I just had a problem with Gift Card Rescue where I purchased a $150 card for $127.50 at the end of January. I had not had the opportunity to use it until November and I was told the card was deactivated. When I called the card company they said it was purchased 1/8/11 and deactivated 2/19/11. When I called Gift Card Rescue they said it was outside the 60 day guarantee and they would do nothing about it. The manager flat out told me he didn’t care about the customer, just company policy that after 60 days they would not investigate. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

I purchased 2 ecards in November and December of 2015. I verified the funds as soon as I received the codes. I tried to use them the end of March 2016 and the merchant no longer accepts ecards. I needed to contact giftcardrescue both with emails and phone messages daily for 6 days before I received an email from Dominique stating that I would receive physical replacements, less than 5 minutes later she denies the refund and tells me I needed to verify the funds when I purchased. I was on the phone for one hour waiting for customer service to answer the phone. I reached Benjamin(who earlier says he can't hear me, then proceeds to tell me to call back and then hangs up before I had a chance to even say anything other than hi) he was NOT helpful at all and told me he can't do anything as Dominique is his supervisor. I asked to be transferred to her, for her phone number anything to help resolve the problem. He finally did say the I would be put on the list for people to call. I pressed on a time-frame and was finally told that it will be the following day. I reminded him that their voicemessage and email both pledge contact within 48 hours and I didn't get one for 6 days.

I sold them a 25 dollar gift card for Applebee's . According to their website, I've received my code for amazon.com. I haven't. Their customer service is a JOKE.

If there is a discrepancy, we urge you to contact customer service immediately so we can replace or refund your card. All sales are backed by our 60-Day Purchase Guarantee; however, if you are passed the 60 day period a refund cannot be issued. This policy is also outlined in our Terms and Conditions that are agreed upon when purchasing a gift card. Again, I apologize about your unpleasant experience and hope to regain your trust as a company.

This company is a scam. I mailed them 2 $50 gift cards and they say they never received them. Buyer beware. Do not do business with giftcardrescue!
