Property- False call using Abusive language by PropTiger Representative Mr Sagar( [protected])
I got a call from PropTiger Mr Sagar Phone number [protected] and he said he got a requirement for me. I said I have not sent any requirement and why he is calling on Sunday(06 Aug 2023). To that he replied me do not be hyper, i said please use correct word, then he started using abusive language( M***C**D).
I think such people should be removed from PropTiger, it is an reputed brand in Property market. I will neither use not will recommendate anyone to PropTiger.
Desired outcome: Remove Mr Sagar( [protected]) from PropTiger compnay for using abusive language against customer.
Cask back complaint
The property was booked on March 16th 2022 with Brigade Xanadu Mogappair, Chennai which in under construction. The handover is going to e on Sep 2023. I have been assured by the brigade sales team and Proptiger that I will get the cashback of Rs 90,000 after paying 10% of agreement value. The agreement value is paid on June 2022. It is going to cross more than 300 days now. I did not get proper response from Proptiger team. Whenever I reach out to the team there was no proper response and replying with standard template say "We are working on it. Please allow us some time to get back to you with updated status"

Suddenly a person contacted me and told only 75,000 is the cashback that I am going to get. Then i have submitted all the documents proof that they agreed for the cashback for 90,000. They said they will review and get back.
Now that i have made more then 13 follow-up with them to know the status, but the response i am getting is very poor. No one has contacted me till now to tell the status.
On the other end Builder is calculating the interest for the amount i need to pay them. I need that amount bady now to get rid of my problems. Please help me. Thanks.

Team of Mr.Sumit & Sachin along with Loaning deptt Mr.Amit is totally unresponsive.
Having been failing meeting the commitments and not responding to calls
Everytime some or the other member is on leave or on company vacation
This is happening in ready to move in sales wonder how the treatment is given to future projects
Even Relationship manager -Mr.Ritesh is failing to find a Soln and passing builder no. To connect directly
Kindly look into matter and revert - I don't how much time complaint cell will take to respond but expecting a professional attitude
False commitment from proptiger
I have booked flat at vastuviva through proptiger. At the time of booking narendra & anup from proptiger promise me benefit of rs25000. Flat registration, agreement & loan process is already completed. I tried to followup with proptiger many times but they are not responding at all.
I think I took wrong decision of purchasing flat through proptiger. So my suggestion to all is do not purchase anything from proptiger at all.

"Loyalty discount will be payable after the Builder has received 45% of the cost of property, builder buyer agreement has been executed and we have received our commissions in full from the Builder. "
