Dollar Tree review: Refund return policy

I am trying to make a return and it doesn't say all sales are final I went to like three family Dollars even a family Dollar that I got purchased the stuff and they don't I have the receipt and they do not want to do a refund and y'all guys didn't say it's up to the store manager your customers would think twice by buying anything if you can't return nothing if if I mean what's the I'm not understanding and if y'all had that all sales are final are all everything is up to the supervisor your customers would think twice and they would not be there if it's something that needs to be return but other people can return that stuff and one of the sales associates was going to give me a refund and the supervisor told her no and it was able to be returned I don't want no discount on nothing just whatever I'll pay for it that's it so you can pick and choose I think that's discrimination so they I'm not understanding and this is a lost and this is inappropriate and I'm looking at lying everybody else is returning things
