Evolve Bank & Trust review: Never delivered shipment after payment

I have been scammed/frauded by Amwaaj Inc. Their website is https://www.amwaajinc.com/.

On October 4, 2023, I placed an order with Amwaaj Inc. and the wire transfer was sent to your bank. I can provide documentations of this transaction. I will attempt to attach this information if your site accepts the format the information is in. I did try to attach the documentation, but the site doesn't accept it. If you can contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I can email you the documentation including the routing number and account number it went to. I was going to include it here, but the instructions say not to include account numbers.

The amount of the wire/ACH transfer was for $2,040. The day the order was to arrive I received an email stating I had to pay additional $3900, to receive the shipment. I refused, because it clearly states on their website the company pays any additional fees and had free returns.

The owner said he would issue a refund but now refuses too. There was a second order I placed on October 10, 2023 but that wire for $3550 was sent to a different bank. So, this company as scammed/frauded me out of $5,500.

I'm aware Evolve Bank and Trust is not responsible for this issue but all the Government Agencies I'm dealing with requested I make a complaint so it is on Amwaaj Inc. file.
