I have no idea how this happened but Example Fitness somehow got a hold of my card details, firstly they withdrew and amount of £0.79 and the very next day they withdrew £79.43, you might ask why this is in GB pounds, simply because this is where I live, I am in the UK and therefore couldnt use any services of this company. I think this money has been taken fraudulently. I have emailed this company asking for the return of my money but so far I'm being ignored.
Claimed loss: £80.22
Desired outcome: I would like all of my money returned to me, it seems this company keep doing this to people, they need to be stopped and charged with fraud.

Can you please advise me how to get my money back from these people, I dont even live in the USA so how and why they've done this I dont know. The money has left my account and before Christmas as a pensioner I cannot afford this. Please help me.
To advise you the amount is $99.88 plus I have had to pay to exchange this from dollars to GB pounds because obviously I am in the UK. It is disgusting how this company can just take money when my card was not present. I have emailed this company again but they are ignoring me.
