I was lied to during lease signing. I am now being charge an amount that was not agreed upon. I was yelled at and disrespected by rep Jamal that claims to be the site manager so I need to speak to someone above him.

Situation: I ordered a 5 x 5 on the companies website. It gave no description or that it needed ladder access. Upon arriving and being shown the unit, it needed ladder access and I have a walking and climbing disability and walk with a walking device. Jamal said that I was able to have a new unit but I needed to do a transfer request and if I wanted a refund it would be 7 to 10 business days. He also stated that " this is how extra storage space operates and tricks people into a unit before they see it". He was correct, the website does not give a description or say ladder access. He did a transfer and charged me an extra 98 dollars. He also stated that doing it this way would have the May balance be only the cost of the monthly insurance. Present day, it is not. I called and he yelled and was very disrespectful. I would like to make a complaint on him and the company for false advertisement, misrepersentation and bad contact signing.

Desired outcome: To move my things out of storage by 5/12, or to pay the 11$ as guarenteed.
