Factor 75 provided false information to ID.me, which in turn causes ID.me to automatically redirect people to a completely different website instead of redirecting qualifying ID.me account holders back to the Factor 75 webpage. Because of this, people cannot use the ID.me discount they qualified for. This is intentional false advertising by Factor 75. I say intentional, because Factor 75 listed a completely different company's website address as the redirect link they want ID.me to use.
