FedEx Delivery

Hello – we had a critical shipment leave Burlington, Ontario CN yesterday via FedEx 8AM early AM delivery.

When tracking this morning at 6:30AM it was on the truck for delivery. When looking at 8AM to see if it had been delivered, the website reported it would be delivered on Monday, 12/5 as the driver attempted to deliver at 7:55AM. The driver did NOT attempt to deliver, and he/she was seen driving right by the ship to address. Someone was even trying to flag the driver down with no success.

Both the customer and I tried getting in touch with a customer service rep to assist and find out how to get this package delivered as it was very time sensitive. It takes a long time to get around your automated system and when you do reach an actual person, there’s nothing they can do. I was told the driver had made a note to redeliver at 10:30 and my customer was told the driver would redeliver by 11 AM. Neither of these occurred and our customer needed to go to the hub himself in KY to pick up the package at 12:00 this afternoon. Your website now states the package was delivered. It was not delivered.

This has caused an enormous inconvenience and a lot of wasted time on everyone’s part. We do not expect to be charged for the delivery of this package.

FedEx Air - envelope

On 11/11/22 Fed Ex picked up a Fed Ex Airbill (The next day) and this was going to The Netherlands. We have had so many packages go to the Netherlands and never had this issue before. So, I have always filled out a domestic slip because I was told to in the past that an international slip was not required. Which didn't make sense. Anyways, when I had the envelope picked up was never told by the driver that the wrong slip was filled out so I assumed everything was done properly for delivery. I went online to figure out why the recipient never received our envelope and apparently on 11/18 the envelope was still in Waukesha, WI. So on 11/18 I called and spoke to Mary and mentioned my issue. She transferred me to customer service which deals with International because this was not something she could assist me with. So I was transferred to Shanese who worked in the Account Restriction Department. She listened to my concerns and created a “case” for me to stop my envelope from going from Waukesha to Memphis lost and found (over goods) which I didn’t understand why it would go there since the envelope was not LOST. Apparently, they claimed that the envelope is “lost” since I filled out a domestic form, not an international one.

Now it’s 11/20/22 and my package was still showing on FedEx website that our package was in Waukesha, WI. I spoke to another lady by the name of Mary (different Mary) /Manager from the Resolution Department. Now at this point, I requested that I go pick up the envelope so it doesn’t get shipped to Memphis (Overgood) Department. I was told that I couldn’t pick up the envelope because they weren’t sure if the envelope was in the truck and ready to be shipped yet. I asked Mary if it was possible to find out and unfortunately, their system only allows them to see so much on their end. I wasn’t able to get the phone number for that location because that department does not have a location nor a direct phone number listed in their system or online. (which I don’t understand). Which got me a little frustrated and I decided to wait for a day or so to see if we get this envelope delivered back to us.

11/22/22: I’m still searching for our FedEx Airbill and today I spoke to Paul who decided to create another “case” for me because apparently, the case number that was created the first time was incorrect. He was no help and wouldn’t listen to a word I said. I tried to explain to him the reason for my call and the reason for my frustration. So, he decided to transfer me to someone by the name of Nikkie who tried to explain to me the reason why my Airbill was not returned to me and why it was being shipped to the Overgood Department. Like I don’t already know the reason why and she as well tried to create another claim to try to see if that would work. (remember that this will be the 3rd claim). I truly believe that Fed Ex customer service doesn’t know what the heck they are doing or trained to follow procedures that is the reason why they kept creating claims. Just so you are all aware that when I asked why they are not reading the notes from all my most recent calls was because they didn’t have access to that as well. What in the world do they have access to? Apparently, nothing will allow them to solve these issues that their customers are having, or maybe just laziness. So Nikkie, told me that she will have one of the Managers call me to see what she/he could do to escalate this issue.

So later today I received a call from Tracy who was the manager for one of their facility who told me that the whole time my Airbill that was showing online that it was in Waukesha was never there. It was already delivered to Overgood Department. The tracking number that was listed on the slip no longer existed Fed Ex decided to create a “different” tracking number which I was never told in the beginning. Per Tracy, she didn’t understand why I couldn’t go to Waukesha and pick up the Airbill and that she was going to escalate this to make sure it gets delivered back to me asap.

11/23/22 Still no Airbill. Still waiting and this time I spoke to Atalia from Resolution Department. Now, remember I have been calling FedEx since 11/18/22 every single time I called I had to explain to each and every individual the same story I did from the beginning. Exhausting! Atalia, create “another” claim for me to have this escalated because apparently, she wasn’t able to see any notes from my first call under my account or tracking number. Be aware that in the call I had with Tracy (manager) no notes were documented so I was told. Atalia, decided to transfer me to lost and found-overgood (Memphis, where my package is located) to see if they could escalate my Airbill under the case# she created. I spoke to Carlos here who created another “case” to have this Airbill sent back to me immediately and that I should have my Airbill in 2 days. Now you would think since he works in Overgood that I should be able to expect that in 2 days, but lies. I received a call on 11/25 that they needed my account number in either for them to ship it to the right location. Remember, my story is long, but the account number and tracking number (both) were provided during all my calls to customer service. So how can they not have this already and how can they miss it when it is listed on my slip? This was provided assuming that this would be sent back to me today (11/24/22).

11/25/22 Still no Airbill and checked my tracking number online and it’s still in Memphis. So, I called FedEx again and spoke to Davey, who told me that he can’t find the claim# that was created on 11/24 by Carlos. So, he created another one so by this time there is a total of four claims that has been created and still this issue continues.

11/28/22: Spoke to Brittney whom I was on the phone and she tried her best to resolve this issue. She mentioned that per the notes (Remember: The notes that the rest of the individuals I spoke to mentioned that they weren’t able to see the notes in their system from prior calls) that all these claim numbers should have never been created. That I should have been transferred to Escalation and Overgoods immediately to avoid all the calls that took place from 11/18 and on. She gathered all my information and all the notes that were documented and put them in a file under the first tracking number and my account that way if I call again it will all be documented. Brittney transferred me to Oscar who works for the escalation department and expedited this Airbill and told me that I should be getting a call from Overgoods today to make sure the address, account number, and tracking number are correct before they ship it out to me.

11/29/22: I called Fedex and spoke to Diana and tried to explain her the situation she was “extremely” rude and hung up on me. So, I called again and spoke to Daniel who opened an investigation into why my Airbill is still in Overgoods.

Well, today is 12/2/22 and my Airbill is still in Overgoods / Memphis. My tracking number shows that it has not been moved to the truck. How unhappy I am with this company and most of all the lack of training. The lack of desire from a couple of the employees didn’t care or had any motivation to help.

Desired outcome: Train your employees, including your managers, have a little sympathy on what the customer is experiencing. Don't let your employees on the floor unless they follow customer guidelines.

FedEx Piss poor customer service

I had to use this sorry [censored] company to send back a part from Dell, I went to the drop off location and their scanner couldn't read the qrio they gave me so I had to drive all the way home to print the label and drive back to drop the package off. When I asked for the tracking number they said they dont have it, after arguing with the idiot taking my package I asked for the customer service number. Of course she didn't know it. So I went home and tried for hours to contact any one at Fed Ex and I kept getting hung up on by the retarded answering service. Now they have my package and I have no way to track it or contact these worthless heathens.

Desired outcome: These clowns need to be put out of business, since they want to hide from their customers

FedEx Delayed delivery and disingenous about delivery attempt

Initially I was notified that the package would be delivered 11-29-2022.

I received a notification on 11-29-2022: "6:47 PM

Delay

Local delivery restriction - Delivery not attempted

6:49 PM

Shipment arriving On-Time"

I was then notified the package would be delivered 11-30-2022. The window (that I PAID FOR) was 5PM-8PM.

In the 7PM hour, I was notified: "Operational Delay

No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day

6:04 PM

Arrived at FedEx location"

I was then notificed the package would be delivered [protected] (I assumed at the same 5PM-8PM window).

I rushed home on [protected] to be home for the delivery (I assumed the same 5PM-8PM window)

I was home by 5:10 PM.

At 5:30 PM, I receive a messge: "Customer Not Available or Business Closed

Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day.

We made a delivery attempt: 12/01/2022 05:28 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day. Click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s)."

I immediately ran outside to try to catch the truck but it was long gone.

No notice on my door.

No tag.

I called customer service. They said they would tell the delivery truck I was available and call me to schedule a time.

Yeah right. I have very little faith that that is going to happen. The person delivering the package didn't even knock on my door in the first place.

Desired outcome: Please have the delivery person knock on the door and wait an acceptable time for an answer. I need the delivery after 5PM OR on a Saturday or Sunday.Thank you!

FedEx Delivery service

For several months now we have been having issues with FedEx deliveries. First they don’t show when they are supposed to and sometimes never show at all. Second as of the last few weeks all of my FedEx packages have been opened and are retapped with clear packing tape that doesn’t even seal or close the packages. It’s well known that employees open packages and steal Xmas items they want. Third I have all activity at my residence on 24/7 recording with high tech cameras. The packages are THROWN on the porch, packages are at time CRUSHED and obviously shouldn’t even be delivered as the items inside are OBVIOUSLY BROKEN

Desired outcome: I want a response with an explanation!

FedEx Moonachie

I ordered a 100 pound box that can't be moved. I called Amazon, Fed Ex and 911 and nobody wants to move the box.

The box has been sitting on my grass for 2 days. Fed ex came by for a few minates and said we need a shipping label, which I don't have, no printer.

I think amazon is givng me a refund, but fed ex won't pick it up without a lablel

A driver came buy and refused to pick it up without a label. I don't have a label

Irresponsbile Fex ex, left the heavy box by my door, but I moved it. Please look it to this and have someone pick it up

FedEx Driver lying about attempted deliveries.

I had several packages In one week that did not make it on time. it always said Delayed, or attempted delivery but no one was home. Both are lies that seems really common with fedex. I am wondering if they teach this to their drivers being this is what Is used all the time. Something needs to be done about this And there needs to be actual people you can get ahold of that will actually get something done. There is only one number to call But I found out the other businesses internal numbers that they don't give the public. They know they're doing wrong by people but they don't care. If I don't get a resolution from fedex Then I will post the driver's photo all over Social Media And I'm going to call the local news and get them to do a Story about this.

Desired outcome: The outcome I want is my packages delivered on time and for fedex to get in touch with me and do something about the driver's Lying

FedEx Delivered to wrong address

I ordered a computer monitor and FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and now I have to jump through hoops to receive a new package. They opened an "investigation" and it took 5 days to tell me that they were unable to locate the package. I called them 1 hour after the package was supposedly delivered to my address. The picture shows someone else porch god knows where in Milwaukee. I call customer service and they just repeat themselves over and over and don't provide any resolution whatsoever. This company can burn in hell with their awful customer service holy hell.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for their negligence.

FedEx Delayed delivery

My package should have been delivered on Friday 11/25, the driver keeps running out of time and brings it back at the end of their shift, its out for delivery the next same same issue, its over due 5 days. Repeated calls to Fedex with no resolution.

I get promises with no results. I have requested the names of each driver involved and disciplinary action for each one. The package should have been sent out as priority for the next days delivery and delivered b y 7 am.

Horrible service. Still out the money, the shipper can't get results with and his FedEx business can't get through to the Aurora, Colorado shipping Hub either.

I would like FedEx to pay me for the 5 days of doing their job and repeated phone calls and the package delivered, each driver should be given coaching on how to do their job

Desired outcome: Payment by FedEx for $165.00 plus the delivery that was due on 11/25/2022

FedEx Account information

I brought three boxes to your North Haven, CT location today this afternoon at 1:35 p.m. and expected to use my FEDEX CBAdvantage Account. I was unable to do so since my bank (People's United) was bought by M&T bank and my credit card number was changed by them.

I am attempting to make that change, but 1) was told I could not do so unless I could provide the old account number; 2) chat is non-existent, 3) the robotic menu and live assistants are limited in their function.

FEDEX IS DEFINITELY NOT USER-FRIENDLY WHEN IT COMES TO PERSONAL ACCOUNTS.

Desired outcome: I would like to make the simple adjustment to be able to enjoy the corporate benefits my company (and your) has to offer.

FedEx Delivery person

Sunday 11/27/2022 12:30 p.m.

I was enjoying the afternoon when I heard a very loud stereo. The type that has a very deep, loud bass. My windows were shaking from it so I went to my front yard to ask whoever was doing it to please stop. To my surprise, it was a Fedex truck. I didn't get the number or license plate but I think that I have provided enough information to figure out who the driver is. Also, there are probably other complaints filed by other citizens who are as annoyed as I am.

FedEx Poor FedEx Service

The FedEx driver that delivers to our development routinely drops packages on driveways. Look at the attached photo of our house with a covered porch. Where do you think the package was left on a rainy day...the top right of the driveway in front of the car. I looked out the window on the porch periodically throughout the day to see if the expected package was delivered. It wasn't until I walked out in the rain that I found the soaking wet package left on the driveway. It would have taken NO additional time to drop it on the porch.

FedEx Chewy Package ordered twice, both times not delivered to my address by Fedex.

I ordered a package from chewy on November 19, 2022 and Fedex reported it was delivered to my address, but I never received it.

Chewy then sent me another package on November 22, 2022 and I received a message from Fedex stating it was delivered November 25th, 2022, but no package. The picture the driver took of the front door area where it was delivered is NOT my home and he/she clearly delivered it to the wrong address, twice. Chewy has been very helpful and I don't blame them for this awful service.

This is extremely frustrating and I'm getting sick and tired of having to re-order the package only to have the Fedex driver(s) mess up the address twice in one week! right now, I have zero faith Fedex will deliver my package to my correct address. I wish I could talk to a live person to voice my complaint.

Desired outcome: I want my package! The attached picture shows the wrong address where it was delivered. Please have your driver in this area use a GPS system to deliver packages to the right address!

FedEx Delivery from Wal-Mart.ca

Fed Ex in Cambridge Ontario was scheduled to deliver a package to my home in Hanover Ontario Tuesday by 'end of day'. By the end of Tuesday the package has "been delayed" with no reason given. Yesterday, Wednesday Nov 23, the package was once again out for delivery from Cambridge, and by the end of the day had still not arrived. When the tracking information was reviewed ~10:00pm it stated delivery was attempted and no one was home. The time stamp on this delivery update was 6:09pm, and I can say with complete certainty myself and my mother were both home at that time and no delivery attempt was made. No knock on the door, no door bell. Nothing. The time stamp on this "delivery attempt" says it occurred in Cambridge, which is odd considering it is being delivered to Hanover. No physical delivery attempt notice was left at the door either, per Fed Ex custom. Why is Fed-Ex outright lying about a delivery attempt that was not made?

Desired outcome: I would like my package delivered as expected, and not to be lied to when no effort is being made.

FedEx Driver parking in handicapped parking

Fedex driver said he has permission to park in handicap parking. I told him he was wrong and he argued with me. His Truck Liscence number is BZ0 0733

White Mail driver.

There were two parking spaces he could have parked in. but chose to park in handicap becuase it was right there at the enterance of the building. Not only did he park in handicapped but occupied both spaces.

FedEx Fedex home delivery

When my fedex package shipped from California, it showed delivery on a Friday, when it got to New Mexico, it changed to Saturday, when it got to the final destination in little Rock, ark. It showed it out for delivery, at 6pm Saturday nite, the tracking showed that the driver could not find my street or address and showed that it could not be delivered. I called FedEx, and of course they would not do nothing and I was told I could not get my package until the following week. I have fedex come to my address before and they had no problem finding it, the driver was just lazy and wanted to go back to little rock. The don't care about service or there customers.

Desired outcome: I wanted my package delivered on time, so sad that they are unable to do there job. UPS and prime do better service.

FedEx Not true delivery was attempted

I ordered frozen food from Mackenzie catalog and FedEx which I believe is FedEx Home Delivery says that they have made two attempted deliveries but they cannot get inside gated complex and now I have to wait the weekend out for them to reattempt on Monday except the gates some are broken and on the days they said that they could not get in I was delivered at my door a package from Amazon who got in with no problem I believe this is FedEx home delivery which has always been a problem delivering my packages in the past I did not know Mackenzie would use them.

Driver reportef gated complex not able to get in and I was nowhere in sight how can I be somewhere inside if I don't know when they're delivering they don't text you they don't call you to let you know they're there trying to get. However, all other carriers get in all the time UPS, regular FedEx, Amazon. Walmart deliveries. I order at least 50 times per year never have problems with anyone but FedEx Home Delivery so they're attempted to get in is not true and that I was nowhere in sight how do I know when they are here I can't be outsidd vomplex on street waiting 12 hours for the truck. Food is spoiled by now. If driver says it's a gated complex and they cannot get in why does the driver keep doing the same thing hitting their head on the wall knowing they are going nowhere. Shouldn't rhe first time they they saw gated complex contacted me understanding that if they don't contact me they are never going to get in, because this is what they believes as they don't get off the truck to check the gate doors.

Desired outcome: Due to no contact that driver is at gate where I could let him in, they need to pay for spoiled food which cost about $200.

FedEx Driver of van

Nov 18 2022 7:23 pm Tracking number [protected] I waited for a package I paid extra for to have delivered overnight. The driver drove up on my side gate area. I heard him walked out to greet him. he drove away without getting out of the vehicle. I have to Ring on 3 sides of my house to prove he never attempted to knock or contact me. I tried to stop him as he drove away. FedEx said I was not home. Not true.

FedEx Lost packages

I have not receive at least five packages from FedEx in the past year alone. I started to have my packages redirected to a pickup location (local supermarket or drug store) thinking that would solve the problem. However, that was a bust, as two of the five packages never made it to the pickup location. To make matters worse, I was told several times, on different occasions, that I would receive an update or a status. Again, like the missing packages, that was a lost cause. I was told lies about the system was not updated and my package would go out the next day, but didn't. I pay for the shipping when I am the buyer, but it is the merchant that has to file the claim. One time I did get a refund for the purchase, but the other time, same merchant, when they filed the claim with FedEx, it was denied. It is surprising that FedEx just doesn't care about customers and their lost/stolen/missing packages. I have had items not delivered that were costly and one of a kind (Bose headphones, super hard to find perfume, Alexis Bittar jewelry, etc). I honestly think they need to look into your drivers/contractors. I have gotten delivery exceptions for no reason I can see and then, I don't get the package. What's that all about FedEx?

Desired outcome: Do a better job for tracking and delivering packages. Your shipping costs are outrageous for the service or lack of service you provide.

FedEx Driver

Truck number 437310

Confronted me at red light. Verbal. Fedex driver driving below speed limit in passing lane beside another vehicle. When I finally got around I motioned for him to get in right lane. At next light, driver pulled beside me rolled window down blew horn, and attempted to confront me about motioning for him to not block the passing lane on a four lane. Why? Why would your driver feel need for verbal confrontation at red light. A Reflection on Fedex and your training and the type people you are hiring. Why not just do his job. What was the point in the confrontation. Just because i motioned for him to get in slower lane.

Desired outcome: Reprimand. Training. Should understand while in Fedex uniform and vehicle his actions are a reflection on Fedex.
