Booking number [protected]. August 18, 2023 on my return trip from Resorts Atlantic City to Washington, DC it was discovered that another person (a man) was also assigned Seat 2B (which was my assigned seat). Therefore, the person assigned seat 2A had to find somewhere else to sit. This is not only ridiculous, but also dangerous; especially when we’re living in a climate rampant with gun violence. Unlike traveling by plane, it’s hard to know if someone on the bus has a gun or not. I pray that I am not in this situation again and it turns out differently than it did this time. Again, this is a dangerous mistake to make. You do not know what the consequences will be because you don’t know who you’re dealing with or what type of person you’re dealing with. Or, is this the way you increase your bottom line? I asked the driver (Mr. Smith) if this type of occurrence were common and he said it is, as if it were no big deal. Pathetic. Needless to say, I have not rode a Greyhound Bus since.
