non-resourceful delivery personnel
On july 6, I tracked expected parcel # [protected] with the following status - arrived at davao cargo delivery team; ready for delivery. Please expect delivery within the day; shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels - all in the same day. I expected a call or text on any of the 2 mobile numbers provided but to no avail. If under circumstances your delivery guy can't use a cellphone, he could have just googled the address on the internet:

I can even see the location of the first page of search results.
You don't even provide a link to you official customer care channels. You expect us to look them for you?
This has been addressed.
I think it's my mistake to point directly to the delivery personnel why my parcel was not delivered right away. In fact, it is your online tracking system is at fault. Please see attached file as proof of your flawed system which we consumers think that it has already undergone a lot of testing and debugging.
After I read the recent update of my tracking # where it says "shipment issues", it prompts us to contact your official customer care channels but no links or any information provided. I even took time to search where to post this problem in your system. then I went to the nearest LBC branch to let them personally track my parcel and they found out it has just actually arrived late in the afternoon yesterday. I wonder why we have different results on tracking my shipment #.
But I am glad that I now got my parcel and I apologize for pointing my finger to the poor delivery man right away. Please improve your online tracking system to be accurate so it won't be stressful for your customers.

This was handled by lbc courier (Which by the way sucks big time). My order was placed jun 19, 2017 6:07 pm. I understand that free shipping orders takes a lot more time than the ones which have shipping fee. But anyways the order was only picked up from the seller june 24, 2017. Order was processing and received in cavite north delivery hub june 27, 2017. It was out for deliver june 27, 2017 8:36 am, which then status was posted 4:24 pm as "request to postpone delivery hc" — I don't even freaking know what happened. The next status was "received in cavite north delivery hub" again july 28, 2017. Then, out for delivery june 28, 2017 followed by the status house closed. Which is freaking bs as my brother is at home, whole day, every day. I bet the delivery man did not bother calling out for someone. Do you really expect homes to be just open? Open for thieves? Really? And right after that it was posted as return to origins. Wtf? They only tried to deliver it once and then they return it to sender? I have a friend who works for lbc and she raised this one to them, I had no other update after that. But then when I checked my shopee account to check the order details (As I was going to compose this letter of complaint to you) the status changed again to out for delivery. WTF? Not even a single update and they deliver again just like that? How [censor] up is their process? I am writing to you as their website and complaint/survey page is completely and unbelievably useless.

I always got that message everytime I ordered in shopee. Ph. Lbc delivery hub lipa branch didn't even message or call me once to ask my location. Its very disappointing that the lbc service is that very poor. It happened to me for the 3rd time.

my balikbayan box has been delayed for over 2 weeks from its expected delivery date.
I really do not know if anyone from their office care about what their doing. I shipped my box from uae and it reached bulacan lbc warehouse on 25th of June. They said due to hightide they can not proceed with the delivery. But it is over 2 weeks from then, the receiver either me the sender do not receive any update from them. High Tide from the receiptient area lasted for a day only, What take it so long before LBC reschedule the delivery of the package. Why do u have to keep it that long in your warehouse?
What's going on with your customer service that keeps giving false hope to customer.
Nobody help me after 10 calls to your office.

shipping and releasing of package
I ordered a package and was shipped last June 29 and for delivery on June 30 with a tracking number [protected].
Upon checking the website of LBC, I noticed that the package was released to authorized representative, THERESA H. However, no package was given to me. Even my colleagues did not receive any package. And I dont know who Theresa H.
Please check on this as I need to get and receive the package. I called the hotline last July 3 but still no action was made. The package was delivered by a certain Rommel Alcober.

Same po tayo nang concern mam ano po sabi nila sa inyo kaka inis naman saan nila iniwan yung item ni hindi mo kilala sino yang piang iwanan nila at ni wla aman lang sila tawag or txt to inform na padating na ang item sa mismkng receiver tas oag check mo sa app. Wtf nas akong kanino nila iniwan.

your rider is not doing their job well
Our office from Cagayan De Oro shipped the documents with Checques last June 29 Thursday. I believe that it will be deliver today July 1, 2017. Upon monitoring the movement of our delivery today decided to call the customer service as we can't track our control number (Your website is not update!) Our transaction number: [protected]
First at around 3:32PM I ask my staff to call your customer service because of the reason that we can't track our documents and as per them the rider tagged us as "Closed office". I call again at around 4:12PM talked to your CS Thess. She escalate my concern and told me to call back after 30 mins for the feedback as I told her that I badly need those documents and cheque's today, I told her as well that I am willing to wait or to pick up but as per her the rider who is handling our documents is still its way to their other clients.
I ask for the resolution but they can't give me any. As per her what can they do is to deliver to us on Monday which is very stupid answer!

Hi.. This is regarding my parcel which I have recently received (July 1, 2017).
This parcel came from greatvalueplus.ph site.
I have purchased from this shopping site and paid the necessary bills (item purchased and even the shipping fee.
As the parcel arrived in our company, the delivery gave my package to our secretary and sought for the payment. As per my co-worker they said that the delivery have already called me regarding the expectation of the parcel, but during that time I haven't received any calls or text that my parcel will be delivered. As I arrived in our company I was regarding the payment of COD which I should not paid that amount since I have already paid fully to the shopping site and even they have confirmed the payment.
Hoping for your assistance in my concern.

Nag send ako nang important document sa client namin, last june 24. (from cavite to manila only) as of this moment july 1 na, hindi pa nila na dedeliver ang documents. Please take note na ang documents ay importante kaya nga we choose to send it via lbc kahit mas mahal cia, dahil sabi nyo hari kayo nang padala!. At lbc express kayo. So disappointed na sa manila lang ang destination 1 week na ndi parin nadedeliver., 3 times na akong tumwag sa customer service, pero wala parin action. At pinaka malala dito! Ang sabi nang isang customer service representative na nakausap ko. Kung importante ang documents na pinadala ko at kailangan na kailngan na tlga, pick upin ko nlng daw sa espana hub dahil sobrang dami nang nagpapadala saknila ndi pa ma ischedule nang delivery.. Ndi ko lang nakuha ang pangalan mo., bkit kaya ndi nalang kayo mag sara at ndi nyo din naman pla kayang ibigay ang commitment nyo sa mga clients nyo. Sir mark nang customer service representative, ikaw na ang hari ng bastos! So disappointing., sana makarating to sa top management. Ang mga emplyado nyo ang hihila sainyo pabagsak! Dont use the tag line lbc express at hari ng padala if you cant stand on it.

Nagpadala ako sa LBC last june 28 and supposedly delivered yeterday. I ask my brothers and sisters if dumating na ba from 4pm til 7pm but they said walang dumating na LBC delivery. I checked the status online ng package na pinadala ko around 10pm and the status says nareceived na daw ng kuya ko 8:07PM. But my brother confirmed no delivery has been made. Also there should be text message received when your package was delivered successfully. I am a regular LBC client sending packages and it always delivered the day after around 2-4PM and I always received message for successful delivery. But now is not the case. No delivered package and no text message however, they are insisting that the package was delivered. Where does our package go?

So recently i purchased product from shopee, and it was ship via LBC. So the delivery guy called me and said that he was at my house. I told him to wait for me because im nearby. He told me that he will just go to my location and i insisted bc my money is in my room.. I said that ill be there in 5mns when i called him he told me that he was already in other baranggay. I told him that i will be right there so that there will be no hassle, he said that "di mo ako mahahanap maam nasa iskinita po ako" kasalanan mo dn po ito maam kasi kung nagiwan ka ng pera makukuha mo, sinabi ko dun sa tatay mo na kunin nalang sabi nya wala daw syang pera. I said "kuya wala po akong tatay patay na at yung maid lang po ang nasa bahay" he said"Wala po tayong maggawa mam bukas mo nalang kunin kase may ibang delivery pa pi ako at gabi na po di na po ako pwedeng bumalik jan kasi may routa kame".. So rude, it affected my whole day..

poor/worst delivery service
I was waiting for my package since june 19, 2017. When I called the hotline they claimed that they made deliveries thrice already but the house was closed. B*&%$#*t! I was on leave on one of those days and just stayed at home but there was no delivery. The other days, there were 4 people staying in the house. I ended up transferring the package to another branch and picked it up after 7 days. Lbc cannot deliver from bagong silang, tandang sora to diliman on time. Worst service ever!
Same here. The sender from Cebu sent the documents last Friday, 23 June 2017. We badly need the documents, we need it as a supporting document for submission to our head office on 27 June 2017, otherwise our salary will be put on hold, so I requested to have it sent through courier (LBC). But, until now, 28 June 2017 we have not received yet the documents! I checked the LBC online tracking, and it was indicated on 26 June 2017: "We tried to deliver your shipment but office was closed. LBC will deliver the next business day." It's fine since it's holiday on 26 June 2017, but I was expecting that they will deliver early morning the following day, 27 June 2017, kaya ka nga nagpa-LBC kasi URGENT yun at KAILANGAN MO MA-RECEIVE AGAD! but we waited the whole day for nothing! Then now, 28 June 2017, same update, "..will be delivered within the day.." but as of writing, it's already 3:10 p.m. and no calls yet from our main reception.
