New Jersey Labor Department review: Dopey "services" for adult child with disabilities

I thank God for blessing me and my husband with our incredible child - our now, young lady who dreams and achieves - despite her mental-social-emotional, developmental disabilities! I recently emailed her "jobs counselor," though, since that lady has been sitting on my daughter's case opened with this woman in November 2022! And this woman sent a form letter stating she will just close my daughter's case now, if my daughter does not reach out for her. So, I wrote this woman, and my daughter wrote her, too! My daughter told the woman she has reached out for her repeatedly, only to get no answer. But she wants them to move forward now, NOT close my daughter's case! Well, we got the "counselor's" written email reply today! "Good Morning, I hope this finds you well. Let me know what you want from DVRS. I can not just let your case be sitting in service…. Thank you, Dumb As — , M.A."

I would laugh, IF this wasn't for real! Yes, I changed the counselor's name to Dumb As — , to protect her identity. But also yes, my daughter and I BOTH emailed this woman about my daughter needing her to get moving on my daughter's case with the New Jersey Labor Department's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS)! And this DVRS chooses to play games with our lives, instead of honestly working with my daughter to win lucrative job opportunities!
