To whom it may concern,
My name is Mark, I am Rose Marie Zizzo's cousin.
I feel the need to explain to everyone who has posted comments
blogs and words of hate about my cousin the reason she is the way
she is and to warn innocent people of potential misery.
Rose Marie was always a troubled child but trouble turned to
tragedy when she was 11 years old Rosemarie had always exhibited
signs of mental instability however when she was 11 years old, we
were just kids and my cousin, who had always been obsessed with
cat's, ruthlessly poured gasoline on the neighbor's cat, then lit
it with a lighter she stole from my mother, I ran screaming to my
mother Rosemarie stood and watched with fascination.
My mother quickly called 911 but it took them over 24 minutes to
get to our home and sadly it was too late for the little kitten, it
was at that time my cousin was taken from our home and placed in a
mental facility. She lived out the next several years there and
was stabilized on medication for her Schizophrenia disorder, she
appeared to be fine when they released here but then she began to
collect cats in her trailer until one day a someone reported her to
the authorities for having over 75 cats in her trailer many of
which were severely sick and deprived of human compassion.
As the investigation continued multiple cat bodies were found
stored in her freezer, it was at this time that our family
discovered that Rose Marie had stopped taking her medication, she
was once again hospitalized for week in 1/2 and released. Having
all of her cats taken from her she turned her mentally deranged
mind to the Internet where she began a marathon of stalking cat
breeders building what appeared to be cat breeder consumer sites.
Because of her ongoing harassment and defamation of reputable
breeders, tons of breeders began to complain about Rose Marie to
CFA, they banned her from ever registering cats.
She was now banned from the world's largest cat breeding registry
and all of her cats she once owned were taken from her. One would
have thought this would have been the end of her brutal online
attacks against pedigreed cat breeders, it would have been in a
sound and stable humans mind but that was not the case with Rose
Marie Zizzo. Going on and off of her medication made her medical
condition even worse. She had become fixated on a woman known as
Melanie Lowery. Melanie was a cat breeder who had sold her a cat,
my cousin began to post comments that the cat was ill and Melanie
was evil, after enduring two years of vicious attacks from Rose
Marie Melanie had finally had enough and filed a lawsuit she won
this lawsuit in the amount of $7500, my cousin was found guilty of
Internet cyber bulling and wrongful defamation of character our
family had to scrape together the money to pay Melanie for my
cousin's wrongful actions.
This slap on the hand did not faze my sister, she continued to
widen her selection of cat breeders primarily consisting of Persian
and Himalayan cat breeders then quickly turned on all other
pedigree cat breeders. At this point Rose Marie had been kicked
out of CFA, lost a lawsuit, had a judgment against her to silence
her online attacks and all of her cats were taken from her, these
events continued to deteriorate her mental illness, as our family
we did not know what to do for psychological disorder which
escalated around the world via the Internet so we began to distance
ourselves from her and remind her we would not be here to bail her
out financially again.
Her family support network had been exhausted by her controversial
behavior and outburst which occurred on a day to day basis, her
irritable moods could be triggered from a certain food, too little
or not enough sleep. The one thing we began to notice was how the
simple glance at even a feral cat launched her into another online
tirade and violent declamation. Her wild words pushed cat breeders
to form an alliance against her, while some fought back others
ignored her demagogue, vehement ways. To this day Rose Marie
continues to build multiple complaint sites in which she uses to
feed her perplexed and delusion state of mind.
These web sites are as dangerous as she is, with no family no cats
and no friends only a computer she learned the dangerous skill of
installing malicious spyware and tracking malware on her sights to
see how many people were reading her disoriented post about cat
breeders.
The hazardous malware installed onto anyone's computer who dared to visit Rose Marie's complaint sites fell victim.
This became her new obsession. When people visited her site for any length of time her
websites installed invisible history tracking spyware, this
software enabled Rosemarie to track the future Internet surfing
history of people who visited her site, using this spyware she was
able to watch people go into their online banking and credit card
statements.
Unsuspecting cat breeders and everyday citizens reading her rants
fell victim to her watch full eye. Rose Marie was able to see the
login information and passwords breeders used to advertise their
cats for sale online. Breeders could not understand how personal
information stored only in their email boxes was being displayed on
Rosemary's websites. As Rose Marie read through the emails of any
and all who visited her web sites she posted personal information
such as income tax documents for the world to see, by this time
Rose Marie was no longer only targeting cat breeders, everyone was
a victim who was seeking phony complaints stored on her deceitful
websites. We as her family knew to never visit any of her sites
because she WILL obtain personal documents and private information
and post them on her website in hopes of getting a reaction from
anyone.
Rose Marie has hundreds of complaint sites with various looks and
feels to them.
The only safe, accurate and authoritative consumer review sites are

The Attorney General's Office (Per state)

The FBI has now been notified of her illegal online treacherous
behavior. Under no conditions should anyone be so drama driven
that they feel the need to visit one of her many websites, doing so
WILL compromise your computer and financial records to this
seriously ill mind. As ashamed as we are of the fact that Rose
Marie continues to fail taking her medication I feel that the
obligation to intervene in hopes of saving another family from
suffering distress and torment by my cousin's ruthless actions.
I do hope this glimpse into the personal side of Rose Marie Zizzo
will help to explain the torment and torture to all who take
admonish.

They are unwilling to give out their name, phone number or address. Of course, that is not surprising considering what they are unlawfully doing.

Listed below are copies of emails from the lady that reported this complaint against me and my cattery. Her complaint says "He had been sick throughout the whole time I got him".

In reference to her comments " i have a necropsy from mississippi state vet school."

This statement also appears to be a lie. On 10/27/10 I called the vet that treated this cat and they informed me that a necropsy was never done on this kitten which certainly explains why she never sent me a copy. Anyone that knows anything about FIP knows no real evidence of FIP can be established without a necropsy report.

To CACB.INFO (whoever you are.) You hide behind a web site with no address, no name and no phone number. Of course, I can see why you hide. You are quilty of slandering people and catteries you know nothing about and have had no experience with at all. You even go to the extent of accusing me of animal abuse. I should take legal action against you for slander and I have every right to do that because you are telling lies about me and my cattery, intentionally trying to ruin my good reputation and character. I find your comments about my Christianity totally rude and uncalled for. I notice that you are posting Christian comments on your web site. However, I have to question whether you should be labeled as a Christian. You act more like animal rights terrorist and an extremely accusatory person that must not have anything better to do than to meddle in other people affairs.

Also, for your information, of the five years I have been breeding cats, I have had a real, full time job outside of my home. However, since my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last fall, I am not working outside my home at this time.

You know nothing about breeding kittens because responsible, reputable breeders often do not even cover their expenses. If profit/money was my main goal I would have given this up four years ago.

I wrote a personal note to you on your web site and you cannot even address it to me personally. Instead you feel the need to slander me and my cattery on two different web sites with your extremely rude remarks. I think you need to get a life and stop promoting lies about people and issues you know nothing at all about.

I never said that a buyer did not have the right to post a complaint against me if they had one. I only said that CACB.INFO has no right to copy a Plush Palace buyers complaint listed on another web site and post it themselves elsewhere. You have no knowledge of whether anything the buyer says about me and my cattery is true or a bunch of lies. I have proof that many of her comments are not true. The kitten she got from me was in excellent health when she picked it up. In fact, she told me herself, when she was complaining about the watery eyes (common in some Persian cats) that the kitten had not been sick at all, that he ate like a horse and had grown larger than her dogs. Her vet also told her there was nothing wrong with the kitten or his eyes and his wellness check was fine. You notice that she says he was a happy kitty the whole time. If he was sick the whole time like she says he was, do you think he would have been a happy kitty the whole time, or eaten like a horse and gotten bigger than her dogs? I also suspect she did not have a necropsy done on this kitten as she states she did. She also told me in one of her emails that he did not have FIP. I do not know what happened to this kitten but she is not telling the truth about this situation or her experiece with me.

I am outraged at how dishonest some people can be and how some other people get involved in something they have no business being involved in, even to the extent of accusing someone of animal abuse. I can assure you the comments made by this buyer and you will not affect my reputaion or my kitten sales. The scale is enormously tipped the other way. Besides any person with common sense can read her comments and your comments and know that you both have serious problems. I think you need to go get some help and find a life.

October, 26 2010 - Your answer to: Ms Kathy Brewer your complaint was posted in complaintsboard.com here The complaintant has every right to post a complaint if she was not happy with you, or because her kitten was sick or her experience dealing with you on top of paying money for her kitty. Please do not go around using the word christian thinking it will shield you from specific evils you are being charged with by your complaintant, it will not wash here. Being a christian does not make you immune to abuse or cruelty towards animals. If is how your buyer felt about you then you need to talk to her about what is in the complaint, not this site.. I honesty feel you are outraged not because of what is said about you, but about how it will effect your reputation & in turn your kitten sales. I feel money is your main objective and losing money could be a true problem for you if you make a living selling kittens. Then perhaps you need to get a real job.

I have purchased 3 Persian kittens from Plush Palace. None of the three have had any health issues. They are beautiful, silvers and one golden Persians. I have been to Plush Palace Cattery to visit the kittens before picking them up and of course to pick mine up. It is a well kept cattery, clean with no smelly odors which I have experienced over the years in other catteries. There is always the possibility of something happening to any kitten that is unexpected. Plush Palace makes every effort to see that the kittens they sell are totally healthy and they have received their first vaccinations when they leave the cattery. I have no complaints and can't believe anyone would with this cattery or it's owner/operator. I highly recommend Plush Palace to anyone wanting a Persian or Ragdoll kitten.

Every good breeder has a "NO FIP Vaccination" clause in their contract.
This is in the best interest of the kitten. Most vets do not even carry the
FIP vaccine. The use of this vaccine has been controversial. The AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners) guidelines indicate that, currently lacking sufficient proof that the vaccine induces clinically relevant protection, its use is not recommended. A few years ago I did add a clause to my contract that reads " FIP can not be guaranteed against due to the inaccuracy of the test and the fact that the exact method of infection is still a mystery." I did this because many other breeders also have this clause in their contract not because I have an FIP problem in my cattery. FIP is not a common disease in kittens/cats. Cats do not catch FIP. For some unknown reason they develop it themselves in response to cumulative stresses. I have no control over the stress a kitten goes through once it leaves my care. Her statement that I am breeding, breeding, breeding (whatever that means) unhealthly kittens is not true. If her kitten was as sick as she says it was, I can not understand why she just let it suffer until he died. She never sent me a copy of the necropsy report. In fact, I was never told that she had a necropsy done on the kitten. If she has a necropsy report, I would certainly like to have a copy. In response to her comment about the housing of my cats and kittens...They are housed in two very expensive cattery buildings in my back yard complete with heat and air. They are in large rooms and/or walk in runs. I have had many compliments on how clean my cattery is and the care I give to my cats and kittens. I can provide references to this statement as well as references to many happy and satisfied customers. I am very happy that Amanda has a new healthy cat that she loves. I hope she has many years of enjoyment with this new cat.

This was a diffucult customer from the start. She kept calling me complaining about having to clean the kittens eyes from tearing. I told her when she picked the kitten up that she might have to wipe the kittens face with a warm wash cloth to clear its eyes of tearing and it is also in my sales contract that she signed that some Persians have more eye tearing than others. Her vet even told her there was nothing wrong with the kittens eyes that it was just the nature of the breed.
I did send the dam of this kitten back to the breeder for a doll face replacement kitten because the breeder quaranteed me that the female would not have any eye tearing issues. I explained to this customer that the dam of this kitten did have some eye issues and I could not guarantee her that her kitten would not have some himself. She continued to complain and I asked her if the kitten had been sick at all. She said "NO, he has not been sick at all, he eats like a horse and is larger than my dogs. She has some kind of small breed dogs and never set up a "safe" room for the kitten which I am sure caused at lot of stress for the kitten. In fact, her vet told her she had to set up a safe room for the health of the kitten and I think that she did for a few days. When she emailed me that the kitten eyes were turning red, I could not get any sense out of her as to what part of the eyes were turning red. I asked her if it was the pupil or the area around the pupil of the eye. I told her that a cat should not have red eyes and that I had heard that a kitten with FIP can have eye color changes. I told her to discuss this with her vet. She emailed me back a VERY ugly message and told me that I was a know it all that knew nothing. That the cat did NOT have FIP and I assume she did not discuss this with her vet. I do not know what happened to his kitten. It was perfectly healthy when it was with me. I can assure you this woman has some issues. In fact, she is not even able to work because of her issues. She starts out by saying that I am a very nice lady and then her attitude and comments about me change. Perhaps she is Bipolar or something. I handled her emails in a professional manner but she was EXTREMELY rude at times and then the next email I would get from her would be totally different. I learned on 10/06/10 that she posted this complaint against my cattery. I do everything I can including DNA testing to insure that the health of my breeder cats is top quality. I am very sorry that she lost this kitten. Cats and kitten are just like people and can sometimes have health issues just like humans. I am a reputable and responsible breeder. I have MANY totally satisfied customers. I offer a one year genetic health guarantee. I am not a miracle worker. I suppose that any cattery that has been in business for very long will evidently have a buyer such as this one.
