I had ordered one package of your product. Told them on the phone it was a one time order. Not to be repeated. Failed on product. So I did not need another anyway. No papers came with box. No invoice to return. 122.04 I need to know how do I get my money back? I would like to be nice but I see your product on face book without making any comments nor have I contacted the better business bureau. Pease help I need my money back and you need your product back. Also since there is already a category must have happened before!

I received my order and it's nothing I ordered how do I send this back and get a refund. Since I can't speak to a live person I will be cancelling my membership.

I cancelled my second month and was still charged for the product that I no longer can use or want. Please get back to me and let me know how we can fix this so that I can get my money back, I am happy to return the product as I can't use it because it makes me sick!

Hey team I've just noticed an amount off money deduction from my bank account $51.08€ I have no idea why this is I was part of Pruvite last year but no longer involved.
On July 25th & July 29th 2017 there was an unauthorized charge in the amount of $170.18 each occurrence on our company Visa card ending in 1807. Have never heard of this company. never used its service or products. There is a charge on my credit card $254.61 on Oct 29. Want to be refunded and whoever charged to my card needs to be investigated.

I am informing you to STOP sending and billing me for the Pruvit Keytones in any flavor. I do not wish to receive anymore. I am cancelling my automatic billing. If you continue to bill me, I will have no choice but to contact my credit card and have them hold back funds. As of today 7/24/18 I will not pay you anymore money.
