Second time Titan set me up. Had financing and sight audit completed and told they had sent in building permit again and it has been 3 months again but found out from city hall they did not get any paper work from them on them installing solar for me. This time I was covered by a company that contracts with several companies. I told them I had had trouble with Titan before but was told it would not happen this time. It was Independent Solar Broker and the person I spoke with was Sydney Bennett and told me she would keep in touch with me but I have not heard from her since she left my house.
Desired outcome: Don't let them work in the state. Kick them out.
I got involved with Titan solar 2times. The first time they had gotten me financed but by the time we got to getting the permit passed I never heard from them. I had to call them to find out what was going on they kept telling me they were waiting on the building permit to be okayed. This went on for 7 months. When I called to tell them I was canceling I was ask if I was going to pay the cancellation fees. I told the there was no way I was going to pay anything. Never heard anything else from them.
