The employee that handles the vending machine, is late in putting the food into the vending machines. One of the snack machines do not accept $5. The sign has been on the machine for weeks now. The change machine has not been available for use, we ask her and she says that she doesn't have any quarters, it's been a week now. She stands around with the other workers talking. She gives out free drinks to the other employees. She puts in food that none of the visitors eat, so we are going the whole visit without eating just drinking water or juice. She takes food for herself to eat also. She is very rude when we address a concern. Then she goes to talk to the employees and make the visitors wait on her. She is not doing her job and it's making us visitors not want to buy from the machines. I will not buy any products from the machines until the issue is addressed.
