On multiple occasions on visiting BAM the managers are right outside the door smoking or vaping. It is ridiculous! You have to walk threw their smoke to walk inside. We had purchased a kids toy for Christmas and were trying to leave the store and the managers and lead cashier had decided to have a heated meeting in front of the door. We couldn't get out of the building! Finally, some worker said oh I am sorry we are in your way and they did get out of the doorway so we could leave. This is the most horribly ran store I have ever seen. The management needs a complete overhaul. Someone from cooperate needs to make a surprise visit.
