how do you file a grievance against the plant manager? Well is was just going to be a floor or section manage and his direct supervisor, but the plant manager shut it down, and would not even listen to the issues. Said it don't happen and sent him back out of the office, so the issues was not cleared. Only made worse.

Well i feel that I have been targeted and harassed. He went to speak with HR, whom he respects, but was quickly put in the plant managers office, and left without anyone else to hear the conversation. He was quickly shut down, because it don't happen at this plant, per the GM. Also, he called in sick and was told he had to have a Dr. note to return, due to COVID19. To go and get a Dr. note, would cost him more than he makes in a day, since he has no insurance, this is one of the targeted issues he tells me. He has gotten this information from others, that they do not have to do that. He has been keeping a ledger of things that have happened that seem to be just directed towards, him.
Also, horse play; He got shot with a nail gun, in the back of his head, just above the neck or spinal cord, but he would not tell, because he didn't want the co-worker to get fired. He said he was more likely it would be himself, because it seems the shooter cant do anything wrong. I think the floor supervisor is just worried he could take his job, so he plans things for him to do that are not even related to his department, like going to help out his buddy on the other side of the plant, when he is finished up and cleaned up and ready to leave for the day. Because his buddy is behind and cant keep up with what needs to be done, he takes advantage of my son, because he will not say no. He will do, things to help others, just because he is that way. This facility operates, because the good old boy network, not what you know but who you know. I really thank an audit of this business both financial and procedures is needed. I have photos of the hole the nail left in his head. He made the guy that shot the nail gun, come pull it out. He is going to be mad at me for making this known, but he is my son. And i am still a caring parent.
