I got an email message that said my box was full and you could not deliver. Well the mail box and our special package box are both empty and no one could have attempted at 1020 am. I went out to boxes at 1030 and no delivery - not even regular mail. Not sure why the driver could not deliver - I know it is against regulations to come into our driveway as the drivers have not learned how to backup in our turnaround as the FedEx and UPS drivers are trained to do this. So now is there a new regulation for opening a plastic lid on a storage container and leaving a package in it. I called the [protected] number and got a computer voice run around when I asked to speak to a person the computer told me I could authorize a text message to go to a web site. I gave it the tracking ID but still waited then it told me to fill out the brief survey end of call but alas even that wasn't working so I redialed and waited through the questions without pushing buttons or speaking and was nicely told everyone was busy with other customers and that I could wait an hour or have a callback in an hour. Let's see how that turns out
