23 Digital did not deliver the website

Before undertaking they showed us sites that would be indicative of our build. What we received was a site that did not scale properly - the software used was not licensed and they were using stolen themes off free theme websites ( found this out by hiring another developer ) and so many errors - not understanding what was conveyed. Big waste of $3, 750 and lots of our time assembling the content.

We closed our account and kept getting charges taken out, now we cannot get them to put money back although we did get email telling us it will take about 3 WEEKS never happened so have to report Fraud on Visa to sort it.

23 Digital are liars.

All of the good reviews that you see on Google reviews are from employees from the company trust me.

I have so much to say but I'm going to keep it brief. The bottom line is DO NOT do business with 23 Digital unless you want to end up in my situation.

Basically I have been trying to get a logo and online store from them since February 2019. It's now December.

Kept giving me the run around and asking for more money after I had paid and they just keep asking for more money.

They know how to run good game to make you believe in them. Don't fall for it.

I think their development team is based offshore as when I get an email back from them it is not in clear English.

It's honestly something that anyone can make but I figured since I already paid then why not. I called them out multiple times, I even wrote a bad review before which they convinced me to take down and here we are again. Don't do it.

23 Digital very unhappy with 23 digital website design service

I have had nothing but an extremely bad experience with 23 Digital website design - they do NOT deliver, cannot deliver, give themselves "anglo" names even though they are outsourced to somewhere like pakistan, India or surrounds. Many programmers from this part of the world are great but they don't need to lie and mislead people.

They do NOT have proper offices and are using virtual offices and phone numbers that are giving the impression they are actually a real organisation.

Waste of money and highly illegal in Australia - don't touch. I have asked for my money back but they keep obfuscating and pretending that they are going to do what i actually instructed them to do.

Its the lies that really get to me and the mispresentation that they are somebody that they are not - very disappointed with 23 Digital and would never use them again 23digital.com.au
