Adore Cosmetics Non Surgical Instant Lift Syringe and Advanced Firming Eye Serum

May 11, 2023 3:11 pm Estero, FL

Lady pulled me by my arm into the salon very pushy. I purchased products but would not let me take my paid for products until I got a facial. Now I'm having allergic reactions (redness and puffiness). Company will not answer their phone calls, will not answer their online chats, will not answer their emails. There is no Customer Service so I guess I got scammed. Do not go to this store!

Desired outcome: I would like to get my money back and return the unused product I bought.

Adore Cosmetics Eye serum, cream, neck treatment. Pushy people. Fake, lying

Bought Adore Non Surgical Eye Application and Eye Serum Adore but I thought I was paying $100. Never saw receipt. I was rushed to free 5 minute neck treatment. She took an hour and I felt pressured and kept telling her I had no money for an $8000 Perfectio X machine. She pulls out an open box one and says she will sell it to me for the price of some $1500 product. I said I don't have that much money. I am a retiree. So the idea of layaway comes up and an idea of $200 payment is agreed upon. Mind you, I thought I only paid $100 for the other item.

Meanwhile this whole process took an HOUR and my family is ANGRY at me so we rush home and no one is speaking to me. The packages are in the trunk. I don't see them until we get home. I was charged $267.50 for the eye stuff! I was and am so angry. We leave St Pete the next day. By Wednesday my eyes, cheeks, and neck are full of red itchy bumps. I call Adore at the mall

Desired outcome: I want my money back. They say they only offer exchanges. Why would I want an exchange of something that I am allergic to? The store has said they will tell their manager to call me. Wait 24-48 hours. It's been over 48. NO CALL.

Adore Cosmetics Charges in my account which were not authorize want a full refund

Good afternoon, My name is Angela Phone: [protected], email: [protected]@hotmail.com and I want to file a complaint. The place is called Green Biotics Address Location: La Plaza Mall 2200 S. 10th ST. Mcallen TX 78503. On Thursday December 15, 2022, my card got charged over $9,590.95 in products, not all together their store is a fraud and unprofessional, it was charged every 30 to 40 minutes apart a total of 7 transaction different amount until they reached the total of $9,590.95. My brother was there to find a Christmas present, and he did one charge only, $1,104.15 and he said they were offering free products with it, but he did not authorize the rest of the transactions. As soon as I got notifications from my bank. I went to their store within the hour and took all the products back and told them that I wanted a refund because who is their right mind would pay that amount for beauty products in one day, they said they don't issue refunds that they would send it to corporate that it can take 3 to 5 days to respond of the issue, and that the manager wasn't there to come back the next day. They were just giving me the run around; I just told them I didn't authorize none of the transactions and left the products there with them at their store. Again, I left the products at the store that same day. Finally, today I spoke to manager, got nowhere with her, she kept saying don't offer refunds, yet they still have the products that were supposedly purchase at their store in their possession. I don't think is ethical to be scamming people who represent your products. I don't have any of the products in my possession. It was returned within the hour, right after I saw all the transactions. I was seeing their store reviews the same thing, overcharged for products, didn't authorize or didn't explain how much the products actually cost. I just want to resolve this the civil way, I don't want to make this more complicated than what it is, because I can. I spoke to a lawyer and the BBB just for informational purposes only for now. I spoke to my bank too, and I disputed all the charges already. It's in the process, but they told me also to file a complaint with you, because they sell your products and leaves a bad image. Those people should be closed for business, not helpful at all, rude and not to mention fraud/scamming people. I hope you can help me resolve this issue in a kindly matter because Iam not about to throw away almost $10,000, which is a lot of money. Is unbelievable to think they can get away with this, it's a ridiculousness high amount. It's like they wanted to charge us for every single product they offer because it's a very small store. I did my part I told them I wanted to resolve this and told them it was wrong and unethical what they're doing. I told them I wanted to speak to the owner, but they didn't want to give me any information and I left, but again, they have the products in their possession, left everything back at their store intact within the hour of finding out of all the charges. Like I said I went again today to talk to the manager got nowhere with her, she said no refund policy, yet she still kept the products in her possession which is fine I don't want anything from that store, I just want my full refund of the amount of $9,590.95, don't want anything more or less, just what corresponds to me. I just hope you can help me resolve this issue in a timely manner. Thank you for your time

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a fast resolution and a full refund of $9,590.95.My name is Angela

Adore Cosmetics skin reaction

Hello I just recently bought your products yesterday from one of your representatives, which is the Dead Sea moisturizer cream and the essence facial peeling gel. Since I was a first time user The representative gave me instructions to follow on how to apply it and how to use it but I noticed that after the application my face became very itchy, red with a burning sensation on my cheekbones and nose. I’m not sure if that is normal for the product or I’m having a reaction to it.

Desired outcome: Please refund me all of the products that I purchased which was the Dead Sea moisturizer, essence facial peeling gel, neo lumo body scrub ocean, neo lumo firming shea nut body butter.

Adore Cosmetics Swift action retinol repair serum, absolute non surgical eye applicator, multi vitamin recovery facialPee

I was approached by a representative from Adore cosmetics in the South Shore Plaza at around 2 pm on Thursday September 15, 2022. He handed me a small packet of moisturizer and asked me what most concerned me about my skin. I said my eyes. He applied an eye treatment and showed me the treatment in a mirror. He kept asking me personal questions while he kept working, with another product and another. He was very charming and engaging. I felt overwhelmed and pressured to buy these products. He said if i bought the products i could have a free facial in the mall today. My daughter gets married in 2 weeks so i had been wanting a facial. I paid him $250 for the products and the facial. I didn’t feel like i had the power to say no and he kept playing games with the price to get me to agree. Down the hall we went for the free facial and there was another salesperson with even more lotions and serums and a device with a red light on it which is supposed to help your skin produce collagen. I was completely overwhelmed. He took me into a back room for more treatments including one with electric shocks to the face. I have bipolar disorder and have been fighting anxiety lately. I was so anxious i would have done anything to get out of the store. He sold me all these products and the red light device for $3500. Again he kept changing the price and adding and subtracting items from the deal until he got me to agree. I feel this is a bait and switch type scam and i would like to return the products for a full refund.

Desired outcome: Return the products for a full refund.

Adore Cosmetics Face products

I was whisked into one of your stores in Houston, Texas on January 2, 2019. Below is a description of what occurred.
I Drove 10 hours to Texas to drop off my grandson, it was a very emotional and stressful drive in pouring rain. I was in a deep depression from spending Christmas without my son. My son died by suicide in 2014. It was much harder this year for some reason. I even comp templated suicide myself.
I stopped at Willowbrook Mall to find a place to get my hair done, thinking that might cheer me up. Walking through the mall, I was approached by a man named Kevin giving out a sample of a hair product. I took it thinking this was a hair salon. Kevin told me to wait a second, he wanted to give me a sample of hand cream. I waited for a minute and then was asked to come in and sit down. Kevin then introduced me to Taison who showed me some products for my face and a photo book of before and after pictures. I was impressed, I bought the products then was asked to go into a back room for some special facial that would clean my skin and allow the products to be effective. After spending what seemed like an eternity in the back room with someone else putting some kind of cleanser on my face and using a hand-held machine to clean my pores, I was left to sit waiting for Taison to return. When Tasion returned, he started asking me if I had children and how many, where did they live, etc. When asked about my children, I told I had a son that died. I did not mention suicide. He asked me how he died, and then I told him. He then proceeded to tell me he lost his twin brother, Tolmas, to suicide in 2014, the same year that my son died. I immediately started crying. He kept telling me that there was a reason I was in the store that day with him and that we shared this connection. Taison left me alone in the room again, and when he returned, he started his sales pitch for me to buy more products and a PERFECTIO PLUS, Zero Gravity Skin product for over $5, 000. I told him several times that I could not afford it and he kept the high-pressure sales tactics up, even bringing in the manager, telling her about my sons' suicide and how he wanted to help me. He kept reducing the price lower and lower. At one point I accused him of baiting me with the other products that I bought. I thought the other products that I bought was the whole program. I cannot tell you how many times I told him I could not afford it and that I need to leave. I just wanted to get out of there! I kept telling him I needed to think about it and maybe come back tomorrow, but he wouldn't hear of it.

I was running late to meet my son and his family for dinner and I just wanted to get out of there. Tasion told me the products were guaranteed and I could bring them back for a refund. He brought the receipt to me to sign and I was never at the sales counter where they supposedly have a sign that says no refunds. I didn't even look at the receipt as I signed it, I was late and needed to get out of there. Actually, I was exhausted and beating down. Taison told me he would send me the information since I had to leave, on how to use the products by email along with a schedule. I never received anything from him.

I immediately knew I made a mistake, I was up all-night thinking about returning the products the next morning. I had not touched the products purchased and went back to the store at 9am to return them. That was when I met Liron and was told there were no refunds, but I could fill out a form and he would give it to the manager. They did not give me a copy of the form, I was actually crying and was so distraught that I could not afford this that I didn't ask for a copy of the form I filled out. I asked Liron about contacting my credit card company and he warned me against that, saying that the company would certainly not refund my money if I did that.

This feels like such a horrible nightmare! I cannot afford these products that I spent $2, 100.00 on. I have not opened them, they sit in the bag I was given upon leaving the store. I can't help but wonder, if Taison used my son's suicide as a way of connecting with me so I would trust him.

I have filed a complaint with my cc company and am in the process of giving them more documentation. I am also going to the FDA, FTC and the BBB. I will not stop!

I need my money back, I can not afford this and would have never fallen for such a scam had I not been depressed and pressured into buying them.

Thank you for listening. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com

Adore Cosmetics essence facial peeling gel and essence facial hydrating cream

I recently got tricked into buying their products in Palma/Spain. I was so many times approached by cosmetics sales people during my travels in Europe and overseas and never got into it. Somehow out of curiosity, this time I followed the sales person into the store. The scenario is standard, they literally place some product samples into your hands, lure you into the store, then they do the show about how their peeling product removes the dead skin and how important it is to have a clean face. She seemed to me very sketchy, but for some reason I still continued talking to her and listening to her unscientific BS. She claimed that their products were organic as opposed to "chemical", that the product lasts a year (which contradicts the idea of organic product), that the peeling contains some plant based stem cells (which after some internet research proved to be some utter BS). She gave me of course the best price, 100 EUR (~115 USD). Some well known cosmetic brands are also pretty expensive, so this price didn't seem to me outrageous at that moment and I ended up buying the peeling gel and the moisturizing cream.
Despite the fact that the kept saying that the products offer "guaranteed satisfaction" (which kind of implies that you can return them if you're not happy with them), I saw later on that the receipt said "No refund".
After I got out the store first thing I did was to sit down and google the company and came across all these scam-related reviews.
I regretted making this purchase, not so much because of the money (which is actually not that bad compared to the other horrific stories involving hundreds and thousands of USD), but rather because I involuntarily supported this fraudulent practice and also because I didn't listen to my gut feeling which was telling me she is not trustworthy after I started asking questions about the company (what brands they have, where they are located, where the products are made).
Once at the hotel, I tried the gel and cream. My skin felt softer but I still think the products are overpriced. While the peeling gel attempts to make some "organic" claims (although still contains parabens), the face cream is just a huge list of standard chemicals.
When looked closely at, the packaging is cheap, the golden letters peel off easily, the smaller letters are not even readable, and the boxes smell like they've been lying forever in some warehouse in China.

It seems that this company is related to the Israeli Dead Sea Cosmetics, another fraudulent company. The daughter company in Palma is Bekarov Cosmetics which doesn't have a website and the manager of the company, whose business card I got from the agent "in case I have questions" and whose name is Aviv Don, doesn't exist on Google in the era of Internet.
A few other things I noticed searching on the internet about them:
-Adoro Cosmetics's website doesn't show any locations they have worldwide
-There are bad reviews pointing out to how they scam people, but unfortunately they are counterbalanced by lots and lots of fake positive reviews. They must have a whole department working on that!
-Apparently they even have Google unindex any negative search results (online activists found out that they have been doing this illegally). If you google the company, 99% of the time the results link to their own websites/blogs; same for Twitter and Facebook.
-I also came across some trial docs where they were accused of false advertising (the whole stem cell story is BS). The "technology" behind it (PhytoCellTec) belongs to a Swiss company Mibell Biochemistry, which produces cosmetics for and is owned by the Swiss retailer Migros. The funny thing is that Migros is considered the cheapest retailer in Switzerland so it could very well be that Mibell uses similar formulas for both Migros's cheap product lines and for "luxury" brands such as Adore.

All in all, it's quite unbelievable how this company can go on with these scams and it's upsetting to see that they're allowed to operate worldwide fraudulently. I hope one day they get caught and punished.

Adore Cosmetics the sales team

I ran into their booth in the Canadian national exhibition wear a nice lady handed me a sample and then began to tell me how this product to change my life. I ended up spending an hour while she apply different products to my face and used an LED device which she claims would close all of my large pores. Everything that she said to me about these products was a lie but I only realize this after purchasing them and going home to do my research! The device she claimed would close my face pores was actually a device for the neck to help with sagging. I had to contact the head office and eventually spoke with the booth manager who agreed to give me my money back . Once I return to the booth to receive my refund they would not let up until I purchase something and I finally agreed to try a couple of creams . The sales lady told me that the creams would cost me $300 and she would return the rest of my money . I could not wait to get away from there and when I finally did she had actually charge me $400 instead of the agreed $300 . All I can say I would never want to do business with them again regardless of how good the product is ! They are scammers with no ethics or morals. Do yourself a favor and run the next time you see a store or a booth that says Adore!

Firstly, we would like to apologize for your inconvenience. However, it is important that you understand Adore Cosmetics is not a franchise. The kiosks/stores in the malls and shopping centers are spread throughout the U.S. and are all individually owned and operated. We have no jurisdiction over any of them. We are simply an online department in which these individually owned businesses who may be found under different business entities, purchase product wholesale. Each separate company has completely different policies, which is the reason why you must seek assistance from the entity of purchase. We do not have the same purchasing systems as these other businesses, so we have no way to refund your money because the payment was not made through us, and technically it does not exist.

These separate companies have their own departments for shipping, customer service, etc. Any issues that you may have, will have to be taken up directly with the place in which the product was purchased. As my colleagues have given me the information because I am the manager of customer service and I can only advise you to contact your credit card company to dispute the charge.

Thank You.

Sincerely,

Alexandra Marshall

She never informed me that she is not able to give me any refund cause of the reason you are mentioning below.
I sent the products back to Florida for inspectation as she said and I spent additionally already at least 100 Euro!
I have no words for such a customer care as the products are truly not cheap! No one was telling me all the time where I spent my energy and time that it is not possible?
Even if Nicole told me the case was approved and I will receive my money back!? I would like to talk to higher management please and als my lawyer would like to have some contact details.
Furthermore I ask you to get in touch with the right persons (store) to clear the situation. I will see if I can find a copy of the payment with my credit card company.
I sent the products back! So I do not even have them anymore - how would you feel in this situation?

Thank you for your support,
Lena

Hello Lena,

How are you? I have read through the following information in regards to your case that my colleague has given me. Unfortunately, I would suggest you to dispute your credit card transaction from your purchase however, we have no documents with your receipts. Nicole no longer works with us and I have personally gone through her emails and past files with customer looking for your case. I was only able to find your initial contact with her. The online customer service team is unable to confirm refunds because the store locations are owned and operated individually. Since this is the case we have no way of issuing a refund because your money was not received online.

Sincerely,

Alexandra Marshall
Customer Service Manager

Dear Alexandra,

I was given your email address in order to clear this unpleasant situation.
Could you please get the details from your colleague and come back to me?
I am in contact now with your company for more than one year and I am tired...The colleague, Nicole Howfield, who confirmed the refund and has given all the documents and receipts left the company and it seems with her all my documentation. Still I have not received my money back and I sent the products to Florida with prove one year ago.
Could you kindly support me to finish this situation as soon as possible?
Thank you,
Lena

PS: I will forward you another email as well after this one

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I recently bought a product (advanced firming eye serum) at the store in San Francisco. Unfortunately after three days of using it, I realized a liquid of the bottom of the product which makes it impossible to use anymore.

I am very disappointed because for this price I would have expected a much more better quality...- could you kindly assist in this matter?

I also bought the golden touch facial mask and I haven't used it yet. I am taking into consideration to return it as well. Where do I send it to get the refund?

Thank you, Lena Spitaler

Adore Cosmetics bad skin reaction, refusal to refund, lying to cc

Failing a lawsuit against Adore Cosmetics. My wife purchased $3, 700 worth of cosmetics while on a trip to FL. They gave her free samples and shipped the rest to our house in GA. She came back from the trip, tried a free sample (the main products were still in the mail at the time). She got bad skin rash, red bumps, very itchy. She stopped using them. The $3, 700 box of poisonous products arrives 2 days later. She call them, tries to get a refund. Every time they say someone will call you with an RMA within 30 minutes. Nobody ever calls. She does it 10 times. Finally she ships the unopened box back to them at her expense. It has only been a week since the day of purchase. She was sure the $3, 700 will be refunded. The box arrives again a week later - they refused delivery. They wouldnt give an RMA and refused a refund. The credit company AMEX said that Adore said that they called and offered a partial refund, but my wife refused, which was an absolute lie. They never returned their calls, ever. Just lied to AMEX and ignore her, refused to honor their own refund policy.
Filing a lawsuit against them. Everyone, if you are considering a purchase from these scammers and liars - run, run as fast as you can.

I just got into a fight with a rep at the mall tonight regarding wanting my money back after the rep was charging some things I was only inquiring.

I was going to buy a scrub and other moisturizer for $149.00. He was offering more stuffs, I declined, told him that I did not have that kind of money right now. He also mentioned about teeth whitening. I kept declining for his offers. But instead, he charged my card for teeth whitening $199 and $149 for moisturizer. I asked him to refund that $199 as I wasn't interested. He replied that he wasn't going to do a refund because the card was already swiped. Then I asked to void the whole transaction, he refusing and git nasty with me. He forced me to take the merchandise with me and that he was not responsible for it anymore. I was pissed. I called my bank to dispute my transaction. Unfortunately, there's nothing that they can do until it hit my account. I should've called a cop then but my anger got to me. I have never encounter in my life for a company to be that crooked. I wish I have read people's experiences on here before listening to the rep's blah blah.

Adore Cosmetics sales - looks like scam

Agree with all the reviews. I got coaxed into buying and still feel horrible about it. The weirdest part was reading same tactics, arguments the sales person used on me was used on other people too. The sales person tried to convince me saying "how many jackets/shoes" own but only one skin. Sittin extremely close to me almost trapping not to let go. When I refused to by even his discounted version he offered me an open box item and started to get to cash register going without even waiting for my agreement. Looking back - Now I am afraid to used the product on my skin. There is not even ingredients statement on the box which is unusual for a brand claiming to be organic. There are no directions printed in English which also weird for a brand claiming to be made in the USA

Adore Cosmetics - sleazy scam

I got scammed by Adore Organic Innovation on December 13, 2016 at Market Mall in Calgary, AB in Canada. Their tactic is to lure you in with a free sample of their product to try. If you show any interest, next thing you know, you're being sat down inside the kiosk with them putting some type of product on your hands or your face (on my hands, in my case...

Adore Cosmetics charged double on my credit card

These folks have moved to maui. I was cleverly double charged on my credit card. She said she was giving me a free product as a gift for my 50th wedding anniversary, I received only one receipt which she stapled to a business card. Unfortunately I did not receive a written statement saying the other product was a gift. I was billed $312.48 twice on my credit card. So I will never trust again and intend not to use credit cards... Cash only from here on out.

I too was taken in in Las Vegas Dec. 2014 on Freemont street with a couple of well groomed young men selling Adore. Same tactics as other complaints I got taken for $400.00 plus and feel stupid. I believe that these people a group of well trained gypsies. Perhaps a family enterprise.

Adore Cosmetics adore eye gel, facial mask, neck cream, facial lotion

On November 18, 2016 just before the holidays I went shopping at the Fox Run Mall in Newington, NH, when I encounter a young man dressed in black at the entrance of Adore Store. He offered me a sample of hand lotion which I took, then lured me into the store for another sample of facials. I really felt trapped upon entering, I half expected the doors to shut and lock me in which in my mind did.

This young man proceeded with the Cellmax Kit treatment, then gave me a price for it $1, 500 for this entire set of treatments. No, no, I said and tried to leave. He told me to wait he would get his manager Moses for special discounts. Well Moses insisted I needed to try another cream that would reduce puffy eyes and cheeks. I kept saying No but once again he insisted.

He ran out to his store room and showed me a damaged package that he could not sell and told me I could have it for $450 then added the Cellmax Thermal Mask for additional $140.

Before I knew it I was charged $590 for these products. I felt like a fool and they took advantage of another Senior Citizen. I told them I was on a fixed income and it was to near Christmas for me to justify spending this amount of money. They had so many comeback answers my head was spinning.

These young men from Israel, dressed in black are all trained to keep talking and hard sell in any way they can.

I went back to the store to returned the product for a refund and was told by Moses that all products sold are non refundable and also cannot take it back because it is a damaged box. Yet when he sold it to be told me because it was damaged they would use it as testers on customers now suddenly he cannot put it back in his inventory.

This is the United States of America and in this country if you return a product within 30 days with a receipt, which I did, You are given a full refund.

I am so glad I did some research on this product and found many complaints as mine. It gave me the courage to write to you with my story with hopes that it will help others to beware of this company.

I did contact my credit card company to explain my problem and ask for a charge back to my account. This will help me greatly.
These people are an unscrupulous, unethical group of shysters as far as I am concerned.

Adore Cosmetics invoice 14509 tactics and product dissatisfaction and unethical behavior

I like others walked in front of this store where there was a directory of the mall right in front of their store on Thursday evening November 3, 2016 and was approached by a man from the Adore Cosmetics Store and I was offered a very small piece of soap, I believe, as a sample. I should have run right then. The man was very flattering and kept telling me what beautiful skin I have and he wanted to try a product on my face. Somehow I ended up in the store with my knees in between his knees in a very high pressure sales position. I tried to get out of the store several times but was in a very difficult situation to get out of literally. The representative kept trying this and that on my face and asking "do you feel anything" and "tell me what you feel" and the surprised expression on his face when I would tell him it was a "hot" feeling or a "cold" feeling. I ended up spending much, much much more time in the store hours in fact due to the position I was in between his knees, unable to move. I was having a lot of difficulty understanding what he was saying because the music in the store was very loud (I asked them to turn it down several times) and his accent was so very strong. He would keep telling me how beautiful my skin is and how he would love to show me what he could do to make me look like I had a facelift with their products without having to go under the knife. I am a person on a fixed income and he would keep trying to make these offers on their products and I would tell him I am not in a position to spend that type of money on these types of luxuries. He kept adding products on the sly saying he was not going to charge me for it and said that he wanted to do everything he could for me because my type of skin was so rare in his business. He kept up and kept up and I buckled finally and first thing you know I had spent over $500 ($548.05 to be exact). He didn't stop there. He was trying to push some products that were over $1, 000 and I kept telling him I could not do that due to my money situation. I was able to get out from between his knees and finally able to get out of the store by the grace of God but not before I had made the $548.05 purchase. This experience was absolutely the most uncomfortable, stressful and almost close to sexual as I have ever been in with any salesperson. I came home and I really did not like the feeling of all the stuff on my face and when I touched my face stuff was peeling off of my face. I don't use any type of soap on my face normally but that evening I used soap trying to get the stuff off of me because I felt so "dirty" from the experience and whatever was used on my face was peeling off. I normally do not carry my credit cards with me and had no one with me to divert or persuade me not to purchase anything from this store. I only had my credit card with me because of making a purchase for a friends birthday at another store in the mall. There was no mention of returns for credit only until I was getting ready to leave the store long after I had purchased $548.05 worth of product from them. Had I known their return policy before my purchase or even during my purchase I would have purchased nothing because products in the store are so expensive and restricted as to what you can purchase from there as a return. Since my unfortunate experience I have contacted the Adore Cosmetics website (UHICosmetics.com a women by the name of Nicole) and have informed her of my complaint. I was informed by Nicole not to return the purchase to the store until I received a call back from her. That was on November 4, 2016. I followed up with someone by the name of Vi on November 9 and I was assured that since I had a case # (1285) that Nicole would definitely get back to me and that since I had a case number that the 7 day return policy wasn't important and not to worry. I am not sure if this is a stall tactic or not but told Vi that I am trusting her to be giving the right information to me.

The tactics used by this merchant are terrible and should not be allowed and against the law. If you have a brain in your head you will run like the wind away from them.

I was also scammed by this company. When I went home and used the products as instructed nothing happened like it had in the store. Now, my skin is having some sort of allergic reaction to these products. So disappointing and I agree it was a high pressure sales tactic. I also was trapped in a chair with one of their man consultants. Could not leave, kept saying no, no thank you but this went on for a hour. Curious if Nicole ever got back to you? I called the number today and also spoke to a Nicole and was given a case not number.

Adore Cosmetics several facial products

About three months ago I was in Las Vegas and on Fremont street I was approached by a woman who offered me a sample product. I accepted and ended up with a facial and the start of a nightmare. I bought several products that they had put on my face and was quite happy. The next day on my way home from Vegas my face started to swell. I called customer service with no call back so I put a stop on my credit card. Then off to the dermatologist who said I was having an allergic reaction. I have since called and talked with everyone from the Florida office to the Las Vegas customer service with no help. They kept promising me we could find a solution but I now believe they have no intention of helping me. The office in Vegas is called High end Cosmetics..steer clear! If you would like to see a picture of my face a day after my treatment and what I really look like I will be posting that also..Beware!

Adore Cosmetics skin tightening and instant face lift cream for eyes

My husband and I wanted to check out their product from a Santa Monica, CA store. Sales ladies were charming and complimenting my husband and me. My husband felt obligated to purchase something and ended up purchasing the eye cream and the Forever Flawless Diamond Infused Vitamin C Booster.
They threw in for free the Forever Flawless Diamond Infused Facial Peeling Gel. The eye cream has expiration date of February 2018. In 6 months the eye cream was already dried up and the claims of tightening and getting rid of eye bags is completely false. The cream has to be applied with water since when it dries up it is like a glue that is holding your skin tight. As soon as you wash everything off your skin feels tight for a couple of hours. Afterwards skin goes back to the way it was. Product is definitely a high priced scam and does nothing for you.

Adore Cosmetics adore cosmetics

Adore Organic Innovations, Adore Cosmetics and they are also known as (doing business as) Rodeo Cosmetics on Rodeo Drive. This business, this store is a scam! They have locations all over the country at high end shopping centers. Their selling tactic is the same. They stop you on the street, offer you a free sample, as soon as you accept it, they pull you into their shop, put you in a chair, offer you a free demonstration that's guaranteed to have IMMEDIATE (ALERT!) results. The immediate result either makes your eye bags disappear or it causes allergic reactions. Then they try to hard sell you on the product, they'll start with a very high price and they'll tell you it's some kind of special event or anniversary and they have a special promotion and it is now half of what it used to be and if you hesitate they'll lower the price even more or throw in freebies. And this is exactly what happened to me. April 29, 2016. My husband and I were shopping on Rodeo Drive. We were approached by a sales person from Adore (aka Rodeo Cosmetics on my receipt) and we were offered a demonstration and the sales person says there's some kind of grand opening special event, celebrities are here. As the sales person was talking my husband began searching for their product on his phone then the sales stops him and says cell phones are not allowed, celebrities are upstairs and they don't want to make their special guests uncomfortable. The product demonstration did have an immediate effect on my husband, then they removed it right away. They say it's a grand opening event (there's a complaint against this business from 2014 and the oldest review on Yelp for this exact location is from 2014) and everything is at a huge discount. I said the product is expensive, I want to do some research first, then the sales asked to see my driver's license and said because I am a local resident, everything I buy that day they'll double it for free. So I got suckered into buying 14 products totaling 5K worth. After I paid for my purchase with my credit card, they won't even provide me with a receipt. I had to fight for my receipt. That's when I got the feeling that something is weird about this place. I went home, applied the products as instructed (written down on paper by sales person) and not only did it show no results, my skin started burning and rashes broke out on my face. I went to see two different dermatologists after that and both said the product is unsafe. I contacted the store requesting return for refund and they said I needed to file a claim form and send it to their corporate. I sent in the claim form and then was contacted by a Sharon Morgan via email saying stating that all sales are final, they do not refund purchases, will only provide store credit or exchange and even compared themselves to Prada. Their products are very badly packaged and none of the containers had seals so there's no way of knowing whether the bottle's been opened or used. Their standard no refund policy should not apply in my case because their product caused damages. And this is not a stand alone case. There are similar cases reported by other people.I warn everyone to stay away from this company. I also think that there should be one central page for this company on BBB and ComplaintsBoard instead of separating them by different locations.
