Aeromexico missed connecting flight itinerary # 7393375026711

On Monday Feb 11th, my husband and I missed our connecting flight from Mexico City to Cancun (Flight Departing at 2:25PM) due to the lack of responsibility of the flight attendants. My husband and I sat at our gate (69) and did not see the monitor display the proper information about our flight nor did the flight attendants due their last call for boarding passengers. This caused us to miss our flight and have to buy new tickets. I would like to get re-reimbursed for the $400 I had to pay for a new set of tickets due to the flight attendants not utilizing the proper etiquette to ensure final calls and displaying of information for boarding flights.

Aeromexico cancellation of plane tickets

On Sunday 2/17, I made reservations for 11 travelers and I decided to cancel within hours due to personal reasons. When I called to cancel, I got hung up on multiple times (I guess doing a refund for multiple travelers is a pain)

Anyways, when I finally called a 5th time, I got connected to the person who hung up on me the 2nd time. He knew he was talking to me, and was totally sounding as if I was bugging him. I felt like there was a lack of professionalism on the phone, and felt like this was the end of the world for him doing this refund.

It was a 3 hour process in cancelling and I will not see my refund for 8-10 weeks (outrageous)

Aeromexico air line

My wife Lourdes V reservation #STMPXE is in Bogota Colombia she was denied acces to her flight because the air line claims they could not verify the card used to book the flight (Aeromexico) it is imposable to talk to anyone from that company because they do not have a direct number in El Dorado airport in Bogota Colombia the 1800 customer service number only try's to sell you more tickets rather than help fix the problems you are dealing with I spoke with 6 different representatives and none could do anything. The money was taken out of the bank acount we need her to fly today I have been on the phone for 2 hours calling everyone I bealive can help with no luck. We need help in finding a new flight plan for today and to respect the price we have already payed please contact me as soon as possible. Aeromexico requesting refund of the ticket that was not used

hello i'm requesting a refund for the ticket that was not used on February 4, 2019 confirmed under Travelocity itinerary [protected] under Michael Angelo Serrano for $202.36 dollars departing from Guadalajara Mexico @ 7:30 to Sacramento California. My name is Martha Elena Serrano i purchased the ticket for my son with his complete name wish is Michael Angelo Serrano then noticed that his passport read Michael Serrano only . I E-mailed Aeromexico in a desperate attempt to fix the problem and they would not help me with omitting my sons middle name (Angelo )from the ticket. They advised me to purchase another ticket this caused me and my son a lot of worries and financial hardship and spoiled our vacation experience. When we got to the airport to register the staff of aeromexico informed us that all we needed was another form of identification to confirm our flight no need to purchase another ticket.

Aeromexico daños equipaje facturado

Numerosos articulos de mi maleta estan dañados, algunos completamente inservibles. Facturé una mochila de 60 litros con muy pocas cosas fragiles, todo protegido entre la ropa. Cuando viajas con mochila, el equipaje es facturado como fragil
para que tenga un trato apropiado. Sin embargo, cuando abrí la maleta encontre todas mis pertenencias destrozadas, golpeadas e inservibles. Me gustaría que la compañia me pudiese indemnizar o compensar económicamente por los daños causados.

Aeromexico compensation refund

Greetings!

I claim compensation relating to flight # am 59 dated december 16, 2018 with ticket # [protected] and [protected] which I booked from guatemala city to mexico to narita, japan.

The flight was delayed for more than 10 hours and the problem was not based on circumstances or an act of god. Due to the delay I have the right to be compensated. Hence i'm writing this letter to request you to pay us.

Aeromexico in 2017 I was on a flight to mexico and my moms diamond necklace was stolen out of my bag

Hi so im very upset to find out my necklace was stolen out of my bag when I checked it. It was my mothers who resentley passed away and is so important to me, I want to cry every day knowing someone just stole it from me. Aeromexico refund

My wife and I had a really bad experience flying Aeromexico on January 17th. We both the tickets in December to see our family in Brazil. We had couple options, but we decided to take a Aeromexico flight to try if for the first time. We normally get American. We took 2 bags each along with two flight in bags and a person item (acoustic guitar) that I always take on my trips. On our way back to Dallas coming from Rio, we had two connections: one in Sao Paulo and another in Mexico. We did the check-in and Gol Arlines. We dispatched all bags and I was going to take my guitar with me in the plane, but the Gol Arline's agente gave me the option to dispatch if with no cost. I decided to do so. We flew to Sao Paulo. Now, we were on board in Sao Paulo on our way to Mexico. The flight attendant called both of us and told us to pay for the 5th bag which us the guitar that Gol dispatched as a personal item with no cost. She assaulted us saying that we were going to lose the flight. We exhausted almost left behind. We decided to pay the fee because we have responsibilities in Dallas. I want to report this issue and ask for and solution. We won't recommend Aeromexico to anybody. We are part of a large community of Brazilians and Spanish people and will do our best to let everyone know about how Aeromexico treat their clients. Ticket number: [protected]

Aeromexico baggage overcharge

My name is Saul Marcshner. On Dec 4-9 I went to Mexico. We payed our flight through our AmericaExpress card for the flight and baggage. On the way back on the 9th I ended up paying for the baggage through my bank card and forgot that it was payed already. The charge was for about $60. How can I be refunded back. Aeromexico they don't let me check in my carriages

On december 25 2018 im tray to abord flight 773 at 8:21 am but the problem was here that im lost my flight becase they don't let me check in my luggage, they say that i can flight with out my luggage,
48 hours before that arive to the airport in tijuana im call to areomexico to ask them to sell me 2 checked bags and they say that i can buy it on the airport, went i was there they dosent want to sell me the 2 checked bags itis why im lost my flight, now im want that the company rembolse my money im lost around 800 dollars because im buy an other flight

Aeromexico request refund of tickets / medical reasons

To whom it may concern:
I Steven Koch had to change our (Araceli and Steven Koch;December 24 2018 flight to December 26 2018. The reason being my wife fell and broke her ribs. We were informed that we had to buy new tickets, but could get our monies back if /when we filed a refund/complaint. So today, I formally file a complaint and request monies back. Aeromexico lost luggage

I traveled to Acapulco from JFK in NYC on Friday, December 14, 2018. I was on AM405.

I arrived in Acapulco at around 7pm and my luggage did not. The woman at the desk, Mariel, checked my information in the system and immediately saw that my luggage never left JFK. I was promised my luggage would on a plane arriving at 12:03pm, which it supposedly did, and I would have my luggage early afternoon sometime, no specific time. She filled out a baggage claim form (folio # 207716).

3pm on 12/15 came around I'd heard nothing. I called customer service and spoke to Melissa Carmona, who assured me everything was being followed through, but she couldn't give me any information once the bag was given to the delivery service. Inconceivable with today's technology. 7pm came and I still had heard nothing. I called again and got Melissa again. While I was on the phone with her the luggage arrived about 7:15pm. More than 24 hours later of a 4 day stay.

I had to buy toiletries and essential clothes to get through. This was a huge inconvenience. All I want is my $60 for the baggage claim fees refunded. Clearly my time and purchases are worth more than that, but I should at least get these fees back.

Aeromexico antiquated and slow systems

Our return trip was a nightmare! it took us over 40 hours to get home! Aeromexico was completely incompetent. I know there were many canceled flights in the US that could have made some options not possible, but the options that we were presented with were realistic, avoided the east coast, and any other airline could have made the simple changes.
Not Aeromexico:
They pushed our flight out, and out, until we could not make our connection in Mexico City - no reason would or could be given!
They pulled our bags off the airplane and tried for over an hour to get us on the Alaska Airlines flight to LA but could not do it!
They were content to leave us until the following day (New Year's Eve) and have us return to Seattle by 10:00 PM New Years Eve!
When I suggested other flights they got to work and had us booked through Mexico City, Vancouver, Seattle but this took another 1.5 hours to perform!
They flew us to Mexico City and gave us vouchers for airport transfers, hotel, and meals
But before leaving the airport for the hotel we needed to "validate" the vouchers:
Get in a regular check in line and wait 35 minutes to see an agent - who again typed away for 10-15 minutes to print vouchers to get vouchers!
Present the taxi stand a voucher and get them to issue a taxi their voucher - another 15 minutes!
At that point we had been "Aeromexico hostages" for over 12 hours!
40 minute drive to the "inconvenient" hotel to arrive at 9:45 PM
Food vouchers could only be used in the hotel restaurant starting at 10:30 PM! We had a 3:30 AM wake-up call to return the airport!
I've complained to the airline and will do everything I can to discourage all from using Aeromexico. I know that you must get many complaints about Aeromexico lines they move at a glacial pace compared to ANY OTHER AIRLINE. The issues that they could overcome were in the computers. The pleasant agents tapped away for hours...no other airline uses antiquated systems like them.I've been disappointed by Aeromexico many times in the past BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! Aeromexico unable to make my flight due to my mother being hospitalised and passing away.

I was unable to make my flight due to my mother being hospitalized. She was in hospital for sametime. My mom passed away December 16th at home. I took care of my nother with the help of Hospice Care. Her funeral will be held January 2nd, at Oak Hill Cementery, San Jose, California. I will return to Mexico January 6th, God willing. Thank you for your time on this matter. Aeromexico boarding denied and double charge for cargo (unethical behavior)

Dear Sirs.

As acting empowered attorney for Mr. Rufus Hamilton and Mr. Fulvio Katchamer, we hereby make reference to a certain air travel purchased with Aeromexico by Mr. Rufus Halmiton to Mr.Fulvio Katchamer on 11/22 - 11/26 with the intinerary Sao Paulo - Mexico City- Tijuana - Tijuana - Mexico City - Sao Paulo.

My client had journeyed to Mexico to visit friends with the intent to bring his pets back home and set his return trip to Brazil for 11/26/2018.

On the set day of the return, my client experienced a traffic setback and could not arrive in time at the Tijuana International Airport to catch his flight back to Brazil.

For the record, our client was traveling with 2 dogs he was taking back to Sao Paulo, Guarulhos, Brazil.

That is the point where our client started to experience a real nightmare with Aeromexico's under average and lousy service toward their customers.

After having lost his first flight, Mr.Hamilton purchased a second ticket for Mr. Fulvio to the same return destination, but after arriving at the airport for his suprise Mr. Fulvio's name simply did not show up on the official passenger list. He recurred several times to the airline's employees at the counter, to o avail. He was summarily denied boarding and lost yet a second flight home. ( We do have the tickets receipit and the credit card of my client was properly charged.)

Worse, he had already paid for the transportaion of the dog(s) all the way back to Brazil and was charged a second time for the shipment, in the amount of US$ 300.00.

Long story short, my client had to purchase a THIRD AIR TICKET to return to Brazil on a flight he had simply missed in the first place and could have been reset with a regular Changing Fee. Plus he was charged twice for one single animal shipment.

This whole episode constitutes a totally unacceptable violation of customer satisfaction ethics and behavior and our client is hereby notifying Aeromexico to acknowledge receipt of this message and contact our Law Office in five (05) business days for appropriate compensation, othwerwise we shall pursue other means to have Mr. Hamilton's and Mr. Fulvio Katchamer's rights recognized and compensated under the Montreal Convention, including legal procedures before an American Court of Law.

Aeromexico flight cancellation on aeromexico behalf.

To whom it may concern.
I am completely frustrated because my daughters return flight from Guadalajara to NY has been cancel by Aeromexico supposedly due to the fact that my daughter did not show up to her transfer flight when in fact she did but she was miss informed by the gate representatives at the Mexico City airport. Due to this inconvenience not only was she basically forced to buy another flight ticket to get to her final destination which was Guadalajara but now the Aeromexico has cancelled her return flight. I think this totally unprofessional and abusive towards paying customers. I am completely disappointed with the way Aeromexico handles cases like this and think it's ok to abuse people this way. I really hope Aeromexico can resolve this matter. Flight number:[protected]

Aeromexico paid baggage in advance

I paid my baggage in advance and was charged $240 dollars. Once I arrived at the airport they charged me another $240 dollars. I was told that I should of not been able to pay in advance. I am looking for reimbursement of $240 dollars. I tried to get everything in order before my flight to avoid an issues. Instead I'm taking time out of my vacation to resolve this issue. I would appreciate a prompt reply.

Aeromexico airline, cust service, & rude reps.

To make things short I hace an email from a young lady named Sandra Torres Cordova, stating that for all the trouble lack of understanding, lack of customer service, and trouble i went through, they would waive any fees and charges from my flights. I now call to take my flight, and the reps either hang up when i explain the case, or they say there are no notes in the acct to waive the fee. I have an email from sandra. But when i contact customer service they say that because my email is in ENGLISH they can not assist me. Ive tried to reach this young lady named sandra, but no email for her, coworkers say they dont know who she is, and dont have ways to contact her through their systems. From june 2018, all the way through sept i had to deal with people hanging up, people being rude, not listening and just going by their supposed notes. We all know how cust service works. But ive tried to get someone to listen, and no luck. I can honestly say, unless i need to fly with aeromexico, i probably wont do it again, or recommend them.

Aeromexico waiving a ticket or issuing a new flight date

I am trying to see if I can get a new flight or receive a waived ticket for medical reasons. I am scheduled to leave to Mexico but unfortunately I was not able to make the flight date and time. Aeromexico baggage

i payed for 3 bags, which is 30 each. i have the charger in my banking statements. one for 60 for two bags, and one for 30 for an additional bag. when i called in one of your reps told me that it shoes that i only payed for 2. i have the pictures to prove otherwise. i am providing the pictures below with the two transactions that were made to my credi card from aeromexico, i would like for this to be fixed pleased.
