We don't know much about how AliExpress handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. AliExpress very poor customer service

I ordered items through Aliexpress. The buyer protection time for one of these orders was ending and the seller had not replied to my messages nor had extended the buyer protection period. The last day of the protection, I had to open the dispute. The Aliexpress app did not allow me to open the dispute for not having received the order, but only for having received a damaged/wrong order. The support team did not help me. I was obliged to open a dispute for having received a damaged/wrong order in order to avoid passing the buyer protection time. Now they are asking me to send the order back if I want the refund but, obviously, I cannot as I never received anything. I contacted again the support team three times. Every time I have to explain the same thing. They pretend not to understand, they say it is my fault to open the wrong dispute (I could not do otherwise), that they cannot update the system to change the type of dispute. Finally, after wasting a lot of time on explaining the same things, they cut it off assuring me I would be contacted by email from the right team. It never happened. Now the dispute ends in 5 days with authomatic release of amount to the seller. It is not an important amount at all but I ordered other items and it could happen the same. The customer service Aliexpress is providing is really poor and unsatisfactory, as well as offensive when the assistant accuse you to have caused a problem that derived exclusively from Aliexpress itself. I want to specify that in any case I have been offensive or used an abusive language. I also asked to talk by the phone with someone who was able to solve the problem or a mail address I could write to, for a formal complaint. The assistants said there are no others way to be helped but their chat system.

AliExpress naturehike walking sticks

On June 6th, 2017 I have bought 2 Naturehike walking sticks (order number [protected]). The produtcs, at first glance, seemed OK and I had no major problems assembling them for use. Last weekend I went to use them for the first time in a regular hike near my city, and the result was complete disappointment with Naturehike products. During the ascent hike, one stick simply broke close to its bottom and I lost the tungsten tip in the bushes. Furthermore, when hiking down, the other stick broke near the middle when just bearing myself, with no excessive load (I weigh 75 kg). Also, two of the cords used to join the rods together, had broken during the activity.

It seems that either the manufacturing lot has suffered serious failures in quality control, or the product is indeed not suitable for use in outdoor activities (the trail I have performed was not extremely difficult, just a regular weekend trail).

I present attached the photos of the products, with the damages suffered by common use.

Finally, it is important to note that this defect has put me in an unnecessary risk situation.

For all of this, I requested the refund of the amounts paid for the order [protected].

The seller has agreed to perform complete refund for the defective products, but Aliexpress's service channels make it difficult to solve the problem, closing the dispute without evaluating the evidence presented.

AliExpress scam

I have ordered a product from YKS Sport Shop on Aliexpress with the order number of [protected]. After the order, they told me they are out of stock and they pushed me to cancel my order with the reason of "buyer do not buy anymore". I told this is mistake and selected "the product is out of stock" which is the real reason. Now they do not approve the cancel and give my money back. They are really unreliable seller. I will never buy anything from them.

AliExpress still my item not received

I contacted singapore post and nigative answer tilling me that aliexpress have to contact them .

I wonder the seller also told me that the shipping have been done by aliexpress.
I need my item padly.

AliExpress [protected]- order number

This order arrived fully damaged. I opened dispute. I was told to send item back and pay for return shipping. Return shipping was more than the item price.
Very bad customer service. Seriously feel you guys need to work on your customer service.
Very disappointed. Will never buy on this site again.
Contacted seller and he said he can’t offer refund as his supervisors won’t allow it. Opened appeal for dispute. It was declined. I can’t believe i paid 20 dollars for such a garbage item.
Customer service representatives just pretend to be nice and helpful and everything they seems to be fake and they will keep dragging you until you get tired and don’t contact them anymore.

AliExpress wrong address delivery

The order was delivered extremely fast on 2017.08.04 which would be perfect if it was delivered to me. I did not receive any e-mail about the purchase was delivered. When I checked the status in the middle of september when the delivery was expected I found out the status of my purchase "delivered" and I can not open dispute because I have got the Confirmation Timeout.
I've sent the message to the seller HIINST IUN Comfy Store about the situation. The answer was "please wait another 10-15 days". I have checked local delivery companies and found out my purchase was sent to the different address than I stated in my order: it was sent to another city. The order is too small, just $ 2.76 but it is wrong not to get the paid orders.

Desirable resolution:
1. AliExpress should always send the informing emails when the purchase is delivered.
2. I would like HIINST IUN Comfy Store to send the same order to me to the address stated in the order: Panasa Myrnogo street, budynok 20, kvartyra 22, Kyiv-11, Ukraine, +[protected]

Please find below the details from my last message to the seller:

I did my best to find out what happened with my order delivery. It seems you have sent it to the wrong address.
Step 1.
First of all, the local Delivery company in Ukraine is not Urkposhta as stated in tracking information, but NOVA POSHTA. If you follow the link below with the tracking number provided by aliexpress:

So, my order came from China to the capital of Ukraine Kiev where I live (which is ok for international delivery) and then was sent to another city Zaporizhya and delivered to somebody there.
It seems you have sent my order to the wrong address. Anyway it is NOT my fault that it was delivered to the wrong address almost 2 months ago and you are asking me to wait 15 more days hoping it will be delivered to me.
I have wasted a lot of time and have very bad experience with HIINST IUN Comfy Store. I will tell all the story, your mistakes and how you deal with the customers in Transaction History.

AliExpress order no [protected]

I bought a laptop which was supposed to come with win 10 English product key, but seller refused to give me product key, The OS that came with the laptop was not genuine.I have tried to cooperate as much as possible.i opened dispute and provided videos and pictures as evidence but AliExpress team seems to be working with the seller so the seller is confident and reluctant to fix the problem.so finally I had to send it back buyer protection said if the product is not functioning, the seller pays for the shipping fee but this seller refused and AliExpress agrees.i want to take this matter to Better Get Baquero on NBC news new York so that they can expose how AliExpress does not protect the buyers but protects the seller's because they get paid from them.

AliExpress bad service from customer care service team

This is regarding order numbers [protected] & [protected] at ali express. I have cancelled a order with the agreement of the seller. Seller has sent me a message on 18th September 2017 that he will accept my cancellation. but after that he is not responding. order status are indicating as 'awaiting cancellation'. As I'm in bit of urgency to have these order, I have place the order with other seller who is agreed to my terms. But i need my refund to pay for it. I have contacted aliexpress customer care team for 6 times and they promised they will help me. They was assured within 24 hours they will resolve this. but now after 10 days issue is remain same. I', very disappointed about aliexpress service. I want get my refund ASAP.

AliExpress [protected]

Order number [protected]. Waited for my parcel, no arrival, tracking was in transit, then rescheduled no arrival, then in transit. Seller extended it, still nothing. Requested a refund was refused, given extension. Still no parcel, now I’m moving away before the end of this week and seller/customer service will not give me a refund. This is causing me STRESS!

This is unacceptable and unprofessional! I want my refund! And the seller is refusing, despite I have stated I am moving before the end of this week. I have waited weeks! I needed them on their scheduled day and now he has extended it again the customer service lady Eva did not help neither this is unacceptable!

I want my refund! I should not need to moan to get back my money/wait on an email decision after days of already waiting! Knowing I will not receive my parcel cause I am moving before Friday!

Just give me back my money, I will be reporting this further to the FSA (Financial Service Authority!

AliExpress seeds

Their entire "Bonsai" section is one big scam. I placed several orders for seeds, half the orders never arrived and what did arrive was fake.

Not the seeds I ordered, not the varieties I ordered. For instance, I ordered coffee beans and cherimoya and received radish and cherry. Literally got weeds in some instances, I also bought about 40 different chilli varieties that I'm sure the seeds were taken from store-bought peppers, none of the actual varieties I ordered.

Not from one supplier but several sellers on their site, the entire seed section is just packed with fake products and photoshopped pictures. The whole seed section is a scam, there is no way that Aliexpress is not aware of it.

I've complained, and emailed, and tried talking to sellers but no action is being taken. They promise me, they'll take action then nothing happens.

They are actively protecting criminals using their site.

Never buy from them, you're just wasting money.

AliExpress registration requirement

I found the ideal hand tool set for my microscope but wasted way too much time attempting to register in order to place my order. The problem was that Aliexpress would not let me complete registration without entering my cell #. Well, I don't have a cell phone and have no need to get one. After two chat sessions (I was referred to as 'dear' on the first) I found out that a cell # was how I would be notified of my order status. Upon further questioning (I asked why my email wasn't enough) I was told to expect ads if I had given them a cell number. I understand this is a big inconvenience for some cell users! In any event, I found a suitable substitute on good old Amazon and will never mess with Aliexpress again.

AliExpress sellers keep cheating with shipping!

I like AliExpress Standard Shipping and often use sellers that use this shipping method, even if it cost a little more. Its a lot faster and often I don't have to pay any fees and taxes when using AliExpress Standard Shipping because it goes through Sweden to my country Denmark.

But about half of the sellers just use the shipping method they like to my expense. And if i make a dispute on the order, they always side with the seller, with something like: "We can see the package is on it's way, so whats the problem ?"

AliExpress non-existent customer service

Every time I had a mixed ex[erience with them. But I never said wow, it's perfect, because it wasn't.
It's very hard to get in touch with their support. It takes them several days to answer and weeks to resolve the issue. Or don't resolve. Depends on a person who tries to solve your problem. But usually, they are lazy enough.
So if you don't want to be treated the same way, you better stay away and choose another website with existent customer service.

They asked few questions but they didn't help me.

The only evidence I have, is my bank details.

Please investigate my complain and refund money.

I made an order yesterday. The seller contacted me but I cannot respond because I cant access my a/c ([protected]@gmail.com). I have tried to retrieve password via email & phone, cleared my cookies, talked to my service provider. I get an error message saying a/c abnormal log into computer.

I used another email to access customer service that is not working as well. Kindly assist.

AliExpress aliexpress customer "support", feeding lies, disappearing orders

I don't know from where to start.
Im so tired. I've been in contact for last months with this company. I order more then 10 items.. And ofcourse most expensive didn't arrive.. It's just dissappear in between shipping. And ofcourse seller acting that he don't know what i'm talking about! Then he gives me million new order number and in live chat they feed lyes, they send me link which just doesn't works or its just doesn't react in pressing buttons... They gonna tell u so sweet things, but not gonna change nothing.. Im sending even screen shots to them to prove what I was talking with previous live chat, but it looks that I tall to computer.. Not even live human. Them answer is 'I understand', 'okay', 'u must contact seller'.. And then in the end start ask my screen shots of am I payed... After all, then ask me to prove that I payed... It's just not enough to write down how bad are they! Seller just feed me that he send it already my item, just that I take dispute away, but ofcourse I won't.. Noone just don't react about my money back.. I'm dealing months with them and no one ste3p forward. I pay 100 euro for that [censor] they are joking from people! This company should just be closed! How many thousands or millions who get burned from them! It's shoulder be open case for these layers!
