Alliance United Stated that my was total loss, and that car was missing

On sept/20/2020, I francisco moreno, got into car accident claim #[protected]. Toyota, ciion,2004 vin#jtkkt624340049940 license#8jnh544, this was my car, also got tow from the place the accident took place, and placed at pepes tow yard, few days latter I wend to the tow yard and ask for my car, the lady told me that was $ 875 dollars, to get it out, but I only have$500 dollars at that moment, so I wait to get my check, few weeks later I came back to pepes tow yard, with my money to trying to get my car out, but the lady told me, that my car was taking out for investigation, I ask her who took my car out, she said areyou have a lawyer, I said yes I do, so go and ask him about your car. She said. So I callmy lawyer ms, jimenez, and I ask her were is my car, she said I dont know mr moreno, so I explain the hole situation about my car, she told me, mr moreno give me few days, let me see was going on with this car issue. Tow weeks pass by I call my lawyer again, she told me that noone knows were car is, I call kemper insurance. Iask them if they took my car out for investigation, they no, iwend back to pepes towing company, the lady told me that my car wasent there any more, so I ask her were is my car, she said back to me, go ask your lawyer she said. So all this time my car is no were to be found, noone knows anything, so kemper insurance company. Call me and told me that my car was total loos, and give me a check for $1,700 dollars, for my car, I ask kemper insurance, can I get my car back, they told me the can not found my car. On 08/19/2022, I recived a letter via mail from the toll roads. They records show that this vehicle linsence#8jnh544, toyota sion 2004, registred under, francisco moreno, drove the toll roads, whitout payihg, aliance united imsurance, why you guys lie to me about my car, two years latter someone driving my car with my name on it, registracionunder my nme, aliance united insurance, youre my insurance company, I pay you to protecc me not to stilling my car like that. Im making you responsible for this wrong action, I belive this is against the law, taking customer car and lie to hih, and saling to some else. Alliance United Terrible Customer Service

Recently got into a car accident on friday July 8th. Called to report the accident and make a claim. The agent assisting me and my case gave me nothing but attitude on the days I spoke to the agent. Agent was rude and unprofessional. As my car was a total loss, I called the tow company to release the vehicle to the insurance company, called the next day and asked if it had been picked up but was told it was not, I called the insurance to ask about the situation and was disrespectfully cut off and was given attitude and I was told that it had been picked up but I was never informed. As I continued to ask questions on how to move forward with this since it was my first car accident, agent told me that they would no longer be speaking to me and I would have to speak to another agent. I was completely unsatisfied with this customer service due to the fact that I almost lost my life in that accident and the agent being so disrespectful and unprofessional.

Desired outcome: The outcome I wish to desire is for you as a company speak with all agents and make sure that all customers are satisfied with every service they get from your company no matter the situation.

Alliance United a claim no action, no payment. claim # [protected]

a client of kemper alliance insurance caused a accident. (running a red light). and alliance is unresponsive. they made a claim, but that's it. it's been two months, no phone call. i called 5 times, with promises to take car of it. nothing being done. when a person runs a red light ( not disputed ) and causes a collision that person is responsible. i have witnesses that has said she ran the light that caused the collision. ( off duty police officer ). the biggest issue is the lack of responce. no return calls. no communication. do i get an attorney to take action. next step. claim # [protected]

Desired outcome: pay for my vehicle repair.

Alliance United Claim not settled and no updates from adjuster or any agent

we filed a claim due to a car accident on April of 2018

I have called several times to follow up about my Claim #[protected]
Last week on Sep 30th, April from Alliance called me requested to authorize the release of my Vehicle from the bodyshop All magic. I told her that I need to know how much the insurance will pay me for my car and she said that the case will transfer to total loss department and this department will Contact me. I have called several times at [protected] and [protected]
Now I can't hold of Miguel Valenzuela or April. I'm in the loop now without car.

Alliance United Not responding to my emails nor my insurance claims department

I have attempted on several occasions to phone you, email you with no response? Also my insurance has also attempted to phone you and email you with a response to my claim. All forms of me trying to get a response have been recorded, if I don't hear from you by the end of the week I with pursue with insurance board. This accident happen 7/25/2020! Hit by a drunk driver no car for over a month, no work and all work supplies damaged. No answers or help.

Alliance United false accusation

This is regarding the allegation that I was at fault in the car accident that involved myself and your client, claim number D151227CA19

It is evident, from the photographic evidence that I provided, that your client drove into the front of my left fender while overtaking my car on my left. It can be seen, from where the damage on my car is, and from the angle of the fragmented part of my fender, that it is your client who bumped my vehicle with the right corner of his bumper. It is not possible, from the angle of the damage visible in the photo, that it was I who drove into his lane, as you are alleging. If this were the case, then the damage would have been caused at a more central point of my fender.

Apart from this indisputable evidence, your client admitted fault at the scene of the accident before immediately providing me with all his details and willingly waiting until I spoke to a representative of your company. Such behavior does not come from an individual who does not believe he is at fault. If you refuse to cover the costs of the damage to my vehicle, which has so clearly been caused by your client, then I will have no other choice but to file a law suit where your client will have to testify under oath and consequently admit to causing the damage. I will also be inclined to write a series of reviews of the deceitful service you are providing on multiple platforms of media.

Apart from that the staff at Alliance United are rude and the customer skills is sickening.

Alliance United claim number

To whom it may concern, I been trying to get your guys named insured due to him not giving his info to me I have called the CHP department to find your insured information and they said I would have to get it from him. But i do have a letter of the accident report. Your insured guy caused the accident and was outrageously speeding down Linden Ave in BLOOMINGTON, Ca 92316. And in the letter statement he said that we did not have no lights or anything which is a false statement we have blinkers and vehicle lights on and also was using flashlights to let other drivers know we were pulling out my RV.

Alliance United overall business

I was involved in an accident on 07/09/2019. It has been two weeks and my vehicle is total-ed and their is no urgency from Alliance Untied. Every representative or supervisor I have spoken to is very unprofessional, knows no information, and suggested i spoke to their claims adjuster but did not provide me with contact information for them. They do not respond to calls and do not communicate. This company is terrible. They do not help you with the process and expect you to front the money for a rental car. Due to the fact I am 23 I can not rent a car. They told me to use " turo, get-around, or uber". This is very unprofessional and not a valid answer. I have emailed managers and my adjusters as well as left multiple messaged with no call back.

Alliance United no response from adjuster

The claim number to the accident is D097664TX19. Your driver rear ended me. He called you from the accident site to take responsibility her did so. I also talk to the person on the phone from alliance who took the call. The date of the accident was Thursday July 11 at 12.13 p.m corner of hoover and 32nd at USC (los angeles). There is a CCTV that captures the accident. I have called Mercedes Garcia many times and have not heard back. I just left a voice mail to her supervisor Ryan Simian. Hope she responds. I do not want to go the legal route, but if I have no choice I will since there is a CCTV that captures the accident and the person who caused it called in front of me and accepted responsibility. I have read many reviews of your company evading responsibility and response. Thank you

Alliance United receiving a call from the claims team

I was rear ended while at a complete stop by a policy holder of United Alliance. It has been over a week and the claims adjuster has emailed me a preliminary estimate without authorization to get the work done. However, Michael Lawrence refuses to call me and take a statement. He sends text messages telling me to call and payment can't be made until I do. I have called 9 times to Michael and 2 times to the claims department to speak with a supervisor. All to no avail. I am currently on hold and have been for 40 minutes waiting to speak with a representative. I have written 3 emails and have yet to receive any replies. My car is driveable but I can't close the trunk so it's velcroed part way closed and isn't very safe, but the best I can do in the circumstances. I am at a loss and need help!

Alliance United I have never been able to connect with them

A driver hit me who had this insurance. I have called 16 times and no one has called me back. Finally my insurance got involved and got a claim number and agent and provided that to me but I have yet to be able to get to get a hold of that person. It has been 4 months and despite consistent regular calls, they have not returned one of my calls so far. I have several hundreds of dollars in copays I need to be reimbursed for, I really didn't want to hire a personal injury attorney but honestly if you are hit by someone with this company you should right off that bat no mater how small the injury is.

Alliance United adjuster complaint (kiana enridguez)

I'am a driver who reported a claim . The driver who hit me is insured by your service . The service that I have received from the adjuster ( kiana enridguez ) was absolutely horrible . This woman was very unprofessional and rude . I am very displeased with her handling my claim ! She should not be employed with an attitude like she has . She told me that I was upset because I lost my claim ! Which is not upsetting at all to me ! What is upsetting is the way this woman talks to customers and I will go to all lengths to report her ! I asked for her managers name and number and she refused to give me her number or extension ! Her attitude was nasty and I do not tolerate being spoken to in that way . She did not call me to tell me the status of my claim ! I had to reach out to her numerous times ! She also lied about where my car was hit and when I corrected her on it she stated that I could not hear ! When she admitted to being wrong about where my car was hit ! She also went to say that I must not understand what's going on as if I was a child ! I am very upset and need something to be done about this immediately !

My mom was recently in a car crash she's been trying to get ahold of anybody for the past 2 weeks she went to the Stockton location to resolve the issue and they also couldn't do anything to help. She has now been forced to pay to get a car that doesn't run or work out of the tow yard before they charge her another $700 per week because you guys don't know how to do your job. She has also thought about taking legal action so if she still can't reach anyone by Tuesday best believe we'll have a lot of people hear about the little play you guys are doing, my mom pays a crap load of money to your insurance for basically nothing what a shame. With insurance you're supposed to trust that they will have your back but instead it's added debt. Even after the issue is resolved hopefully it is our family will no longer be doing business with you. Please contact me at2098988126.

Alliance United Non responsive claims rep

I have reached out to my assigned claims rep 6 times in regard to replacing my child's car seat after my accident on 12/12/18. out of the 8 emails sent to Josh. We have had two phone calls regarding this. early on and I was asked to provide pictures of my car seat, which I did. I received one reply from him in the entire process on 1/11/18 and all other communications have gone unanswered. I finally reached out to his supervisor on 2/6/19, and got an immediate reply: "I have forwarded you r request to Josh." Very disappointing reply. Since then 2 additional email to the supervisor Mike have gone unanswered as well.
I simple want my sons car seat replaced. I am not in a position after this costly accident to replace it an wait for reimbursement, and that is not the way my policy is written, like my car rental that I was unaware of.

Another 7 days and no reply. I will be taking this matter up the chain, as far as needed to be heard.

It takes 2 seconds to reply with the status. It is very unfortunate that you care so little about the people you are suppose to be working for. Just because the accident was my fault does not mean i deserve any less service from MY insurance company.

I am writing to find out the status of my car seat replacement payment. I have called and emailed Josh more than 5 times now since my accident on 12/12/18 and to date have not recieved a responce.
I just returned from Utah, from my grandmothers funeral expecting this to be resolved and still it is not.

I wasn't able to pull my car seat out over the weekend as we were out and about and now its raining so i cant take it out this week. But Here is the picture. I've been looking online and store but since I bought his car seat when he went from rear facing to front facing 3 years ago, I am not able to fine the same one. Her is a picture and one I found that was very similar.
Either way, I just want to get a replacement asap, so let me know when the funds can be sent out so I can do so.

I have reviewed my emails and only have one receipt from Hertz. I have two rental receipts from Hertz that appear to be the same. Can I ask why the rental was picked up on the 12/13/2018. I thought you mentioned on the phone that the vehicle was driveable?

Also can you confirm if the car seat in your car was a full car seat/ booster seat/ booster seat with a back.

Alliance United my cancelled policeo

In December we had a family emergency we have to leave for a few weeks to el Salvador and my husband thought he paid the bill with many of the things we paid before we left.we went to pay our bill for January and. It shows cancelled. I called to see if. We can pay it in full with the re write fee but i was no we are long time customers for years and i dont see why i was not notified by mail. Ive changed my address 2x in the L.A.'s auto office and for some reason they still have the old adress from 2years ago we didnt even recive a email. Is ther anyone that can help or fix this situations. Please

Alliance United customer service, insurance agents.

This company is utter garbage. Could never get ahold of agent, was lied to about who spoke with me regarding a claim, unable to receive services that are part of policy in a timely manner, they sent a check for the wrong amount after confirming the correct amount THREE TIMES. I could go on.

People: file a complaint with the board of insurance in your state if you are having problems with Alliance processing a claim. We got them on multiple violations of the state laws regarding insurance.

Alliance United claims dept.

My name is pamela miller and I am once again trying to connect with any representative from your company, regarding claim # d084116ca18.

I have made several attempts to call, but was always left on hold for 20 minutes or more. During one attempt, the representative was speaking with an individual who has been trying to have alliance pay for the damages to their car. When I called during that conversation I was once again put on hold. I was on hold so long that the phone system hung up on me!
When I saw the person who had called you, I was told that your rep. Said that I had not complied with your company procedure. That is not true! I called the company shortly after the incident, to find out just what the procedure was. I asked for a return call, but all I got was text messages and emails.
