Amazon amazon reward points

I have tried for over a month to link my amazon account with my new amazon chase rewards from the credit card. I have called Chase bank numerous times and amazon numerous times. A few days ago Amazon rep, Carmen, told me it was a problem with Amazon and that she would call me in a few days--NO CALL. I am done with you amazon. I will make sure to purchase anything I need from ebay or walmart. I do not care if it costs more or takes longer. You are liars!

Amazon unable gain access to seller account for 3 weeks.

I would like to put a formal complaint in about my seller account on Amazon.com

I have tried for 3 weeks to gain access to my seller account. I have contacted the helpline on numerous occasions and am told they will send a link, which they do, I change my password, put in the verification code that is sent to me but the following message comes up :

Amazon logistics

I've had several orders "out for delivery" but never make it to my house. I'll get an email saying the package is running late and check back the following week then it never shows up. I lose a whole prime order (2 day shipping) and they refund me by amazon credit then when I reorder, boom! All the product prices seem to mysteriously go up in price. Not only am it taking 2 weeks to get a delivery but I end up spending more money. They give me a promotional credit of $5 but I can only use up to $1 per order. This company is a fraud and they're liers. Please use wal-mart.

Amazon 1000, amazon card? plus 1000 dollar gift card

I won 1 1000 dollar Amazon card plus An 1000 dollar Wal-Mart card,.
The silver line deals were met and I received the Silver line products yet eye
Haven't received the Wal-Mart, nor Amazon 1000 dollar card..

I have won different my, previously, though this is regarding, January 19 2019.

I had to register a credit/debit card to receive the Silver line products so there must be record, thanks.

Amazon solong tattoo ink order

I ordered some solong tattoo ink they claim they denied my payment and canceled my order. I went to my bank community national and they told me that amazon most definitly took 32.98 from my account that morning. I called amazon and they told me they did not take any money from my account. They are a bunch of liars my bank showed me where they took the money out. They wanted me to reorder and run payment again i told them no way they wasnt making another 32.98 from me and me never receive any product it would be like me paying double for the ink

Amazon hockey strategy book

I have been trying to read my hockey strategy book that I bought on kindle, but there company does not have it under my orders anymore to access kindle books, where it was always located. The kindle books section is not organized to access the book the way books are read. Amazon usually is quite good at their management, and I have been a good paying customer for years.

Amazon amazon prime

Today. 1/31/2019. I checked my checking account & I was charged all types of fees for an amazon prime membership that I never ordered! I never signed up for prime membership. Amazon needs to get its act together. Just because they have my credit card number on file doesnt give them the rights to charge me for a service that I never ordered!. I got hit with an over draft fee and a transfer fees. Amazon needs to get its act together.

i waited nearly 8 weeks for an order from amazon.uk gifts for my friends
for christmas holidays
i complained and complained it was meant to take 7 working days

eventually i received them in January 17th
how useful was this for my gifts

i complained again and got as far as phoning them but to get nowhere

advice: never buy your christmas holiday gifts from amazon.co.uk

Amazon amazon logistics "delivery service"

Awful Awful "service". The first time packages were just left in the elements, second time I had a very nasty voicemail from the driver stating he was not about to walk around in the rain trying to find my apartment, the third time the driver repeatedly rang everyone's doorbell until someone let them in, and the fourth and fifth times packages were left who knows where because I never received the items, one even had a photo attached to the tracking showing my package outside a door that wasn't mine. One of these items was replaced, the second item I was told I had to reorder and then email them the order number to receive a credit. Oh, no, not happening, no longer ordering from Amazon until they stop this nonsense.

I am unsure why the delivery drivers can not follow the customers instructions. My instructions for the delivery of all packages is that the packages are left on the inner front porch and not left outside! The packages that were delivered yesterday and today were left outside. I have filled complaints with the Better Business Bureau with no change. As a COL in the United States Army the next course of action will be to file a complaint with the Federal Inspector General's Office as well as the State Attorney General's Office.

These delivery drivers need to understand the dynamics of economics 101, which is supply and demand: if the demand (customers) stop ordering from Amazon, the supply(delivery drivers and positions) will not be needed!

Amazon credit card reward points

I have converted my reward points to amazon gift voucher on 31.12.2018. On 1 st of jan 2019 I received sms on my regd mobile that your gift voucher is despatched by blue dart and o 2 nd jan 2019 I received message that it is delivered to your address. But I have not received the courier. Then I called your customer care on 3.1.2019. Mr dilipan was on the line. He has lodged my complaint on the same day vide complaint no 8724. Till date I have not received any reply from your end. Kindly look into the matter.

Amazon sipping

Amazon does not understand shipping, it seems to me, as I was just charged almost $20 to have a Fitbit sent in ONE BUSINESS DAY. To Amazon, this means 8 days. I could walk to get it in that time. When I checked the order, I failed to notice the ridiculous shipping date, because when I saw Wednesday as the delivery date, that was close to
one business day's shipping. Thank goodness it wasn't a much-needed item, which is what Amazon should assume, that all orders are important. (With their monopoly, I know they don't care, and my last two experiences are ample evidence.)

Amazon amazon employers

I've worked at amazon fulfillment center at 8000 N Virginia Ln Reno Nevada and H.R site are very discriminative and were very rude and did not whatso ever accommodate my needs as being a disabled employee with mental health issues as due to street anxiety depression and social anxiety I asked ssite manager to accommodate me period with my stress explaining to them I suffer from bipolar disorder as they frowned at me against my issue that I suffer from and can't help with they don't accommodate with what the disabled employer needs to help them they accommodate with what they think is good on there behalf of handling with there way of accommodating disabled. Employees as abuse a hostile environment treating disabled employees like crap being discriminative bullying rude comments cursing the place is like a circus clanish like a child's playground bad cursing mouths amongst one another the managers as in operation managers play I like you I don't like you they pick and choose who they like and who they don't like and who they do like they let them get away with the bad stuff they do and fire the great employers or get rid of them because they don't like the fact they do a faster job than them they at 2 faced no people skills don't handle people with disablilitys properly like they should understanding there needs as a human being with problems .ect ect .A human resources woman name

Amazon compromised gift cards

I purchased 2 cards for my best friend of 35 yrs & her daughter. I purchased the 1st one from Walgreens then spoke to her that day as we talk daily and she reminded me of her daughter's birthdays was a couple days later that's When I went back to CVS to purchase the 2nd card. When she went to use them she discovered they were no good. I was astonished in disbelief so I asked for the code, went to Amazon site myself to see if they could help and seen they were used on another account. I called my bank but recommended I get in touch with Amazon 1st. This is where I was sent online

Amazon amazon prime membership

I have, throughout the last month (december 20, 2018 - 13 jan 2019 checked the appropriate box on my account to not renew my prime membership, and it keeps flipping back to deduct on 14 jan. I received a notice from my credit card company that the membership had been automatically renewed. I regard this as fraud.

I went in today (15 jan, 2019 and attempted to cancel my membership. It appeared that the account was going to be cancelled, and a refund issues. I was asked to print a copy of the receipt, and that was a statement that my was processed and provided payment information. The screen suggested otherwise. More fraudulent activity

I demand that this account be closed and that a full refund be issued asap.

Amazon racial profiling by amazon prime driver in crowne hills temecula, ca 92592

This is an incident I personally had with a amazon prime delivery driver on 12/14/2018 between 11:00am and 2:30pm. First let's review my person credentials, I am a retired executive who had a successful career in automatic data processing, inc. I was a project manager who worked on team called "global engineering technical services" that worked on technical solution for global companies we serviced. The topic of this post is "racial profiling" and how a person can be killed by the police by simply living in a neighbor that is predominately white. Oh by the way I have lived in crowne hills temecula for 5 years and walk to the coffee 3 to 4 days a week for exercise. On the morning of december 14, 2018 at about 11:00am I was driving one of my collector cars back from being detailed at the winchester car wash and noticed an amazon prime delivery truck on butterfield street and the reason I took notice because the driver was a young lady with a big blond and purple strike in her hair which is very eye catching. So that was the first time we cross paths. Now as I am driving home through my neighborhood I am on angeles that crosses fox and this same amazon prime delivery driver passes in front of me at this intersection. As I proceed up fox it turns into vermont which my street. I stop to say hello to one of my neighbors and I look to my left and there is the amazon prime driver out of her vehicle delivering boxes to one of my neighbors in crowne hills. I can clearly see her and she sees me. So I didn't think anything about it because it's just before christmas so there was allot of delivery vehicles in the neighbor. Now is where it gets interesting. Around about 1:00pm I had a retired friend drop by who happens to have served over 25 years as a la police officer. As we are standing in my driveway a temecula motor cycle police officer comes flying down the vermont rd and sees me and my friend standing by his black suv and turns around. This officer obviously looks excited and parks his motorcycle in front of neighbor's driveway and was staring directly at me. So I said to the officer can I help you and he does not respond. So my friend observed this officer and said don't say anything to him he is calling for backup. So within minutes I had another motorcycle police officer and four police cars surrounding basically my home. Here's the bottom-line they received a 911 call that I was driving through my neighbor following basically a delivery vehicle stealing boxes off my neighbor's front porch. The police said they had pictures of me driving the vehicle with the same license plate numbers that is currently on my car sitting in my garage. So you are accursing me of stealing boxes off my neighbors front porch, ok where these pictures or evidence and who is making this claim. Well they would not disclose this information, so at this time the situation is getting pretty heated and there was one motorcycle officer who called for originally for backup that was acting very aggressive with an in your face type approach. I had to ask the sergeant to get this officer under control because he was very dangerous in my opinion. Once we resolved the aggressive officer situation then the sergeant continued the investigation while most of my neighbors observed situation while they walked by with their kids because school down the street just let out. Here's the outcome of the investigation they got this 911 called and identified me because I was driving in my own neighbor at the same time this amazon driver was delivering boxes. The police back tracked all deliveries in my neighborhood and all the boxes were still on my neighbors' porches. The police never showed me any picture and basically said they have to checkout all 911 calls. This young lady driving a amazon prime delivery vehicle could have got me killed over her racial profiling of a black man in his own neighbor who is also a viet nam 100% service connected veteran welcome to my world. I have contacted amazon prime logistics and they could not locate this driver. So I am still pretty mad and embarrassed by this whole situation so someone at amazon prime needs to give me a call before I take further action. Amazon login issues

I recently moved and in doing so the phone company changed my telephone numbers. I have a lot with amazon and never had any trouble. On friday, I purchased h&r blocks tax cut (I prepare taxes). I logged on but the system wanted to text or call a verification code to my telephone numbers on file. I don't have access to the old numbers. I have emailed, called them and they can't change my password. They asked me to upload an id thru a link on an email. Guess what, it needs a verification code. Finally I get an email so I can upload my id. They sent me an email to call them, because my id is not enough. I called them and sent another id. This will be the 7th call and 3 copies of ids to them. They can't add a telephone number or send a password to change a password. This is beyond stupidity. Unbelievable!

Amazon customer service, incompetence, dishonest, stuck w/ almost $1000.00

I'm physically disabled / housebound so I am forced to shop online. Amazon.ca is 1 place. I bought recovery collars for my cat, each time following the size chart but each time would not fit. I needed one urgently so I only contacted amazon.ca after I finally GOT one that fit. They'd always been decent w/ refunds. I chatted the situation asking for them to dispatch a courier since there were so many. every other does so when there are exceptions but the agent said she could do 1 collar only & I had to mail each which I cannot do b/c I cannot get to post office and I need help with other things rather than pay someone to go to Canada post. Amazon should be doing this, or they should write clearly they do not cater to any special needs of those unable to get to a post office!
Then I bought a camera but within 2 hours I realized it was not a good one. I cancelled but it was "too late" Amazon promised to cancel (but did not) I wrote a note to their courier saying not to leave parcel but they left it. I chatted back twice about getting this back to them (This was entirely their fault) with 2 different people (different chats) And added the order numbers for the collars. BOTH agents at different times (different chats) promised to have their courier call me within 2 weeks NEVER did. Today I tried again and was told by another agent they never dispatch couriers and it is my problem. I don't see it that way. The agent tonight would not let me speak to a supervisor (more & more common). I don't know the next step! Better business bureau? Ministry of Consumer Protection? Contact Amazon.ca executive branch?

Amazon.ca and a few others are following the customer "support" attitude that sears had.

I'd appreciate any and all advice!

I have ordered from Amazon for years. I normally never had any issues. Returning anything in the past has never been an issue either when they used Canada Post. I would visit a Canada Post counter they would scan and enter my return and provide me with a slip. That was my proof that I did my part and returned the item and also I could track it online. Everything worked fine.

In Dec 2022 I requested return labels for a few things I wanted to return after Christmas. I printed the return labels and packaged everything up and took it to Purolator as Purolator is now Amazon's primary courier. Once I got to Purolator the lady behind the counter told me to leave my packages on the counter along with all the rest. I told her I needed a receipt. She said Purolator does not provide them and that I can just track it through Amazons website. I protested a little but I did as I was told. I kept checking on my return and refund but it just kept saying on the Amazon app that my refund will be issued once they get the items back. After a month I called Amazon Customer Service. I explained the entire situation and the agent told me there was nothing she could do and I wont be getting any refund. I asked to speak to a manager and that lady said the same thing and then threatened that if I didnt wish to discuss anything else she would disconnect the call and she did. I searched and searched online on how to escalate complaints with Amazon but every email I tried kept bouncing back that it was no longer in use. So I have no recourse. I'm out a couple hundred dollars and its not my fault. I followed the return process Amazon and Purolator told me to follow.

Amazon gift cards

I earned an (I did surveys for hours past few days) amazon gift card for $50... and said "will be mailed to me within 10-12 days or something about sending me an email with an" electronic gift card"..? and didn't ask for my address...?
I checked under gift cards and it said nothing for me yet, or haven't earned anything.
like I said, i've been answering surveys for hours and hours the past few days... and i've earned lots of sbs... even told me to choose my gift from a menu...
so, what is going on?
I purposely signed up here because it's a great place to earn money and a terrific pastime.
please help me to resolve this and do not let me feel i've wasted my time the past 2 days.
