American Access Casualty Company Adjustor won't call back . No claim number

March 4, 2023 Jauquin and Centerville in Dallas. 75228 American Access driver did not stop. Police report shows this. Claim was sent in, but now adjustor won't call me back or text me NO email access to the company. Adjuster said the car was totaled. It is drive able but back passenger door crushed. Company won't help me as I didn't get a claim number. Considering getting a probono attorney a I live on Social Security and have little savings. Senior adults are not treated properly. Wish I knew a reputable attorney in my area. Hospital says I am OK. Just afraid to drive at some points. American Access is useless at this poing

Desired outcome: Need my claim resolved. They owe me something. My car is worth at least $1500.

American Access Casualty Company fail to pay claim [protected] $7000

On 12/24/2022 at approximately 130am, my vehicle was parked in a parking on preston and belt line road in the city of dallas texas. I was at 14902 preston road which is in the same parking lot.

At approximately 145am, a hispanic male was traveling east on belt line road and lost control of his vehicle which was a red acura txlp temp plate - 34518g1, the vehicle struck 3 vehicles that were parked in the parking lot. One of those vehicles was my 2007 lexus with damage over $5000 and the police was notified. The male stated he lost control and struck all the vehicle on scene, the male who was later id as jaime mandujano gave me a copy of his insurance card - policy number 42au000780750, his mother rosa mirian castro was came to the accident scene alone with dallas police department - case [protected],

i filed a claim with american access and was provided claim number [protected] with erika solo. I informed her in december that i was down to one car and my damages were looked at by their claims adjuster, my damage was to my front and total over $7000,

i made calls to erika soto at [protected] which she blocked my number and i received a letter on january 18. 2022 that the investigation into the accident was not complete. Months pass not more letters were mailed. I called erika soto over and over with voice mail after voice mail of course no reply.

On april 5, 2022 i spoke with soto, she stated that jaime mandujano and rose castro fail to discuss what happen at the accident scene so she dropped my claim. I need them to pay me for damages to my vehicle,

American Access Casualty Company Customer service

Got a call from A daisy and from the get go she was rude and had an attitude. Then when I called back about 20-30 times I got no response. I left her a message and still have not heard anything. Every time I call their number I get an automated system that does no help. Another man called and asked about the agency I filed the police report with but couldn't help me with anything else but that.

Desired outcome: Fix my vehicle and have better customer service agents employeed for your company.

American Access Casualty Company Everything

This company makes no effort into contacting you back I got hit by one of their insured and it's been a year since I've heard anything they always give me the run around and are sketchy like a lot and they should definitely go out of business this should be illegal! I've left plenty of voicemails, emails and even filed a complaint to the bbb. Next step I'm getting a lawyer!

American Access Casualty Company claim

I was hit by one of your insured drivers. The accident was confirmed to be there fault. It took several months for your adjuster to finally get in contact with me. He sent a $1500 check and in a note said this was to start the repair process but was well short of the funds needed to repair my car. Both I and the repair shop have made numerous attempts to contact him, Mr. Mena, for several months with no success. This has drug on since May 7th with over 50 call with no response. At the time of the accident I didn't think I was injured but since have had medical expenses attributed to this accident by my doctors. I do not wish to have to take legal action against your company but feel this may be the only way to resolve this issue. I would like a different agent assigned to this claim so we can move forward Thank You, Michael Broadstreet, Accident date 5/7 2021, claim number [protected]. email [protected]@hotmail.com

American Access Casualty Company fsa healthcare account

I was terminated from the company on 11/1/2018. The FSA coverage period was May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019 and they deducted $750 from me through week ending 11/7/2019. They then change the coverage period to end on 11/1/2018 and denied my $641.33 December 2018 eyeglass claim due to being outside of the coverage period! I feel that I should have been allowed time to spend the funds that they took from me and also wonder how they can deduct more funds from me after the date they changed the coverage end date to? I now have more claims to file that fall within the original coverage period.

American Access Casualty Company Counter offer is unreasonable in comparison to the pain/suffering, medical bills and other factors.

I was hit by american access casualty company's insured on the highway on 12/21/2016 in san antonio, texas. He admitted to being at fault to the officer and also admitted that he suffers from ptsd after being in the service. He appeared to be under some kind of influence when he approached me after the accident. Even though he didn't smell of alcohol, he appeared drowsy or high as in on medication or something. A.A.C.C has accepted liability but they are being extremely unreasonable about the amount they are willing to pay. My demand letter was for $175, 000.00 which i admit was extreme, however, i don't want to have to hire a lawyer to take this case. I would like to settle on my own and have asked for at the least, the limits of $30, 000.00. My medical bills alone are over $20, 000.00. The emergency visit was over $10, 000.00 alone. They are claiming that some of my medical treatment was unnecessary. I was in a great deal of pain and could'nt even get out of my car. I admit that i had prior illnesses, however, i still suffer from extreme pain in my back that had already eased up due to having steriod injections prior to the accident. I had been doing much better and that is stated in my prior medical records from my pain doctor, dr. Ellis. The accident set me back again and i had to have two or three more steriod shots for my pain. I also had to have physical therapy after the accident and i still suffer from a pain on my right side that i never had before the accident. It has not gone away. The accident happened right before christmas on 12/21/2016. I have attached my demand letter that has all the details of my losses including my lost wages, personal times that i can never get back and also my medical bills that total over $20, 000.00. I have tried to discuss this matter with my original adjuster, rebecca delbosque, [protected], my second assigned adjuster, rodolfo lau, [protected] and have left several messages for the regional claims manager, monika grzymkowska, [protected]. The highest amount offered is $8200.00. My records are way to much to send to you but my adjuster has every single record including my past three years of medical records which they requested. Past have complied with every requests and i have been trying to settle this fairly for both of us for months. Please take a look at my case in whole. All i am asking is that i be granted the limits so that i may cover my medical bills and pain and suffering that their insured caused me. American Access Casualty Company - Not paying to fix my car

American Access insured Edgar Larious hit my parked car Jan 12/[protected] Silver VW Passat). American Access Casualty Company The insurance company needs to be looked in to, there is something wrong here!

I was involved in a car accident Oct 19 2011, I had the right of way 100%, I was headed north on a main busy road when this other party decides to try to cross the 4 lane busy main road, to go south bound he came off of a side road with a stop sign in the rain darts out in front of me, I seen him seconds before impact and I did everything I could to avoid hitting him, I would of t-boned him instead I hit his back left panel. he was not no where near across the road where the insurance company claims him to be besides RULES OF THE ROAD, ALL MOVING VEHICLE MUST YIELD TO ALL ON COMING TRAFFIC! PAGE 21-22

He clearly does not know how to drive, The insurance company wants me to pay 20% of the bill to fix my truck, when clearly the other party was at fault 200%, the insurance company American Access Casualty Company according to other claims never wants to pay out any claims if their clients cause an accident, they repeatedly use the reason for all claims COMPETITIVE NEGLIGENCE.. which give the leverage to not pay 100% I do have a witness and the other party got the ticket!

This insurance company needs to be looked into being they use this reason all the time not to pay out, Their client was 100% at fault for the accident, and the insurance company is ripping me off by not fixing my truck 100%! Their client also has a very bad driving record i look it up dupage records open to the public.

Their client also claims a back injury, as he walking down my street 1hr and 50 minutes after the accident in the rain laughing at my telling me he will see me in court, 5 minutes later hes running! there is a court date set for dec 9 11 against him, i will be there and so will my witness.

The insurance company needs to be looked in to, there is something wrong here! My truck is still not fixed til this date Nov 4th 201. Front left panel smashed, lights, bumper, smashed hood shifted in which and no be opened, in which shoved right side panel to shift in to the door and can not be opened…

American Access Casualty Company Fraud and HUGE BIG SCAM!

Access america is a rip off! I never post reviews about a company but I had to tell everyone that access america is a fraud! I wish I had read all of this bad reviews before I purchase this scam. I wish I could safe everyone from buying this insurance online. I can't believe that this company is probably making millions off of person and the small amount of people that fill a claim do not get approved and trust me we have all read the policy and fall in the rules of a refund. Access american is just take everyone money. Please! Please! Please! Read all the other reviews before you fall in the trap which I did by purchase this insurance.
My suggestion to all this people please write an official claim as I will through the bbb... Otherwise things will not change.

I was onn1960 and cypress station. At 12:00 pm. Sunday afternoon July 24 got sideswiped by a dodge truck. While I was sitting at a red light My rear view mirror is smashed and my side passenger door scratched and the passenger rear tire and truck scratched and dented he still kept driving after he hit me but noticed
