Badoo my account has been blocked

My account has been blocked saying that I use it for commercial purposes, which is totally untrue, and probably an error on the part of Badoo's revising system. I have been using my account for 8 years without any breach of the terms as I only use it for its purpose, meeting people, not anything special or any personal interest. Yesterday I opened a new account because Badoo Support didn't want to solve the issue of the unfair block, and the new account has also been blocked today, with no reason again as I didn't even talk to anybody, and my photos were normal (also I verified it correctly both by photo and by telephone number).

First, I don't understand why the blocking, because Support doesn't give any details. And second, it's totally unfair as I only use and have always used Badoo to talk to people, make friends, nothing perverted or unusual. So please help. I really love Badoo, I've been using it for many years, I have met really nice people all over the world with it, and I really hate and I'm really upset by what Badoo is doing to me now, because I'm really innocent. By the way, I'm Spanish so excuse me if my English has any errors.

I thought Badoo was the best one of its kind, but this event is showing me that Badoo has a very critical flaw. You should urgently reconsider your profile vetting process and system, it is really unfair and mistaken.

Badoo badoo

I've been blocked of my account for no otherwise reason I can think of other than showing of a leg tattoo I have on live . I emailed Badoo customer service only to be told my accounts been permanently removed and nothing can be done. I viewed other lives on Badoo and I see a lot worse and sexual things and these people still have access to there accounts... Why one rule for one and different for another? I think if someone gets reported it should be looked into properly before removing that person's account. People report people out of jealousy and there reports are not always accurate. Most people make new accounts once blocked so surely blocking someone's account isn't achieving anything.

Badoo badoo premium

I was charged $144.99 by Badoo (March 19th 2019) without my intended authorization.

A popup appeared and prompted me to "upgrade" to badoo premium.

I did NOT want to make this purchase and quickly tried to exit the screen however I must have accidentally swiped too close to the purchase option and with one touch of the screen I was charged $145. I immediately deleted my account and uninstalled the app so I would not be accused of using the services that I did not want to begin with. I also figured that using the premium service would void my refund, so I did not use it at all.

All purchases within 14 days are subject to a full reimbursement (according to Badoo's terms and services) However I was told that I cannot be refunded based on their Terms which clearly indicate that I AM entitled to a refund.

I will be disputing this with my bank as I was essentially robbed and am receiving 0 customer service.

Badoo blocked badoo account

I want my account opened, why was it blocked, it said I violated the guidelines, I haven't done such. I didn't use it for any commercial purpose. I have been trying to get it opened but it's not working. I have no idea who reported the account. Must be one of the guys that tried to hookup and I refused so I need it opened because no guideline was violated. I need my account restored. Badoo my account is blocked unjustified

Hello

After an "update" voor badoo my account was blocked...nice going badoo first tricking me to update and then blocking me.
Real nice...oh..and the so called reason?
I would use it for marketing reasons? REALLY 😕...like i need everyone to know wtf im doing on badoo..i would like an explination. How can I get blocked now when i had this profile for months now

Badoo taking payments

I asked for the £13.99 subscription, a number of suggestions to click buttons kept coming up. Suddenly I was charged £120. Checked my bank both payments were took out. Within twenty minutes I contacted badoo and was told they don't do refunds and I should have checked before I submitted. I did check and it said £13.99. I would not ever or neither can I afford to pay this sort of money for a dating site. I feel like I have been conned and now ignored. Is there anything I can do?

Badoo unauthorized credit card charges

I joined badoo for a week at a price of 20, 000 Rupiah for only one week.

However u have taken further payments on every week even after I unsubscribed. I did not agree to this. I ask you kindly to refund the money.

I have stopped to use the service but Badoo keep charging from my credit card without my knowledge.

There seems to be a default setting that customers are not aware of that allows you to automatically take money from peoples credit cards.

The service itself is very confusing you see profile pictures of other members and you click like or unlike. You can open additional features by buying super powers which unlock restricted content.

I was not aware that when my super powers were running low Badoo were automatically topping them up and charging my credit card.

I never got any receipt or email confirmation about these payments, it was only when I checked my bank account that I noticed.

I have since been made aware of these extra charges and have tried to delete my account but that is also difficult to do. I have requested a new password link over 10 times but have not got one, I need this password to delete the account.

I opened the account using my facebook login details but they need an additional password to close it that I do not have.

I really want to warn people about giving credit card details to this website as they store the information and take money at theif free will

I have never downloaded Badoo much less subscribed to anything regarding the app.
I just noticed a reoccurring payment on my bank account of 2.99 for well over a month. I would appreciate any information you have regarding this. I believe this to be fraudulent.

Badoo Blocked account

Hi ive been using Badoo for almost 2 years now. Today for the first time I clicked on my messages and was denied because it said my account was blocked for commercial use... Ive read over the terms and agreements and I'm highly upset because the accusation is false. I used is earlier today and all of a sudden my account is blocked. I would be highlt grateful if I can receive my account back.

Badoo badoo premium membership scamming, tricking customers

The design of this app is obviously made to make people buy subscriptions by accident. This happens very quickly by the touch of one button, if badoo has your paypal information already. They charged me 65€ for a subscription I never wanted and I don't have the funds to pay this! Support not answering! Is that how badoo treats it's customers? Badoo I am complaining because my account was blocked a long time ago on badoo. I don't know where I went wrong. please unblock my account.

I was among people that started with Badoo and loved Badoo so much, I tell people about Badoo and introduced alot of people to it, but I don't know y my account is blocked, even if I open a new one, Badoo will still block it. My current Gmail is [protected]@gmail.com. my Badoo was opened with my Facebook account, onyinye Martins pls unblock my account because I love Badoo I enjoy it

Badoo badoo premium membership

I was charged £119 for a badoo lifetime premium without my approval! How did badoo get my credit card details anyway? They don't even tell you you're downloading anything! No terms an conditions given, just random thing clicked in my app and next thing you know you're being charged £119! How to get a refund? Badoo team says it can't be refunded as it was downloaded! What a lot of rubbish... First they say you have 14 days for any refund and then they won't refund at all! Scam!

Badoo tricking / scamming customers

I saw my self in google that I am in Badoo with my picture. Everyone can see me there. Please helo me to remove it. I don't know how to remove it. I lost my ohone before maybe they use my photos there or on my social media. I don't know. Please help me. Its embarassing for me. I am also in a relationship and my fiance will be mad if he saw me there.

Badoo badoo premium refund

I have previously contacted your Badoo service team regarding purchasing the subscription for £119.99. This was unwillingly authorised as I accidentally tapped on your one-click method. £119.99 is a lot of money and I can not afford this. Within your terms and conditions it states that I can cancel the subscription and be reimbursed within 14 days of purchasing the package.

I have recieced an email back from your team and they have rejected my attempt of getting my money back.

It clearly states that I am entitled in a refund for ANY premium service as long as I don't use the service. I have not used the service since and I've deleted my account.

Badoo unauthorized credit card charges

My name is Giancarlo Stinga. My phone number is +[protected]. My email is gianchi.[protected]@gmail.com Sunday afternoon the 20/1/2019, without any notice, Badoo has charged my credit card with 335 SEK (Swedish kronor). I got no messages at all from Badoo. I notice the unauthorized charge only because I was checking my bank accounts online and there I could see that Badoo had charged my credit card with 335 SEK. . Badoo had access to my credit card details because I had compiled a rFREE egistration with them a few days earlier. Please contact me if you need more details

I have cancelled my baddo account as from Today.My email is marshalg2691@gmail.com As from today you are not authorised to take any money from my bank detail i previously paid with.I ticked thebox at thebottom of top up page saying no auto top up, but conviniently when i re visit the page the tick has re appeared in the box?Hmmm.This is dishonest practice and not good for your business.I will take this further to Complaint board.Thanks for your time.

Badoo not able to log in

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Tamara Fischer and i am writing to you in connection with your application.
So my email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is +[protected] I live in Hungary. I could use my account for about a year, but now it does not let me sign in. My facebook site says i was born in 2002 January 15th, but i was not i just failed when I registered to Facebook and now i can not change the date. I am over 18.

this morning i was just looking inside the badoo options because there is a girl that finds me interesting ecc ecc but i did not click on any contract or option normally they say do you want to purchase it? or something like this but just looking at the options and then wihout knowing ? ...After a while a mail congratulating me for the premium account that i did not purchase and my creditcard charged with 59.-€ lifetime premium...What?! i did not buy nor purchse this premium i went in the badoo page to cancel it but there is no option they do it very difficult to cancel or to contact somebody...

Badoo my subscription badoo premium

I subscribed for badoo prmium on 13 november 2018 for a month with my credit card (17.99 pounds) and on the 19 and 27 november 2018, badoo took 29.99pounds each from my credit card without my consent and took another 29.99pounds each on 10, 13 and 28 of december without my consent.
I request a refund of my money back to me (149.95pounds).

I'm charles middleton of facebook etc my age on ur site shows me to be 37
Miles out I am 14 may 1953 therefore i'm 65 presently
I have tried to change it however ur extremely complex system to go back through the calendar leaves a lot to be desired
Trust u can amend my details thanx charles middleton I have been subjected to some unecessary abuse regarding my age

Badoo dating website

I am registered on badoo for more then a year chatting with different people.On 30 December 2018, Sunday there was an add between the profile of the people to take a quiz and have fun.I decided to waste some time and was asked questions about my different people which I know.Later realised that there were sent sms from my phone number to their phone number One of them received the following:" I answered a question about you, tap to see what it was https:// bdo.to/u/B00uCMcioli9T8fjjri58JaQ".The link gave accedd to my colleague to my profile on the dating website.Badoo accessed my contacts from my phone and sent them sms to advertise their website. But they didn't ask me for permission at all.I think my privacy and confidentiality was breached and I was in a very embarrassing situation.
I complained to badoo customer service and immediately deleted my account.
