bay window
Salesman met with me & wife @ our home. It sounded as if it was very good with triple glass, gas, insulation all around so we purchased. Installers came & they were not even co. men, but contractors. When they finished there was a gap all around the window. I called the co they sent a man who looked at it and said too bad you signed off on delivery that job was complete. I wrote to company no answer. Now come to find out that the sill is bringing in cold air so where is the insulation on the shelf? I filled the gap around the window myself., shelf is still very cold. This is a 100% rip off company. Stay away from them rude people also.

They installed windows crooked. The windows they installed are not the same ones that were demonstrated in home. They were here several times to "fix" windows .. took 2 sliders apart and made problem worse. Now the black seal is shrinking away from the glass of all 9 and the 2 sliders they messed with have moisture between the glass. We never did get a breakdown of the cost of each window and when the complaints got too much for them they said they would have to start charging $85 per visit. That was at least 8 years ago. We gave up .. $14000.00 later we have nothing to show for it. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. We wound up getting a rebate because the windows saved us nothing.
Harassment
A salesman has called the house nearly daily and sometime more than twice a day stating that a request for a window quote was made when it has not. The salesman was rude and insists that they are right and then he further berates and belittles any suggestion other than what they report to be true. Requests for them not to call back are ignored. If the calls continue I will be filing a harassment complaint with the police.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We purchased a house full of windows and sliding door. They were supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread; life time warranty that we would never need because these are the best...Well front bay window SHATTERED took over 9 months to get replaced. Now a few years later I have tried to call for repair all of the locks are broke; sliding door does not shut and NO WAY are they keeping up to that heat light they sold us on that showed how warm we would be. Well I was told they are no longer honoring their warranty and if I sent them $150 they would send somebody out to look, but the windows are outdated, so I will probably need all replacement...are you kidding me... have those jokers here again. I think we only bought to get them out of the house. And yes, they do call unrelentlesly until you challenge them about their product...
I keep getting annoying calls from Barrier Windows which I’m directing to voicemail now. Each time they leave contact information but when I call back it turns out to be another company. I just don’t understanding a meaning of all that but it is too annoying to be quiet about that.
