This is a fraud ticket sales company. I wanted tickets to the Temptations and was with the understanding all tickets were $10 each. They explained different seats with better location cost more and I again said I thought all were $10 and they assured me the better seating was $125 and the next best seat was $49.50 which I took 4 of them. I got to the concert only to find I've been ripped off and every seat was $10 and I was ripped off $143. I called the event center where I was and they explained this is a fraudulent site that they're trying very hard to help get recognized as such. They advise me to call my bank and ask for a fraud review on the charge since all seats were $10 and these 4 seats where purchased through Ticket Master to a generic name and only initial with a non working phone number for $55. I then called the company Box Office Ticket where I purchased them and explained I was very mislead and they indicated all seat pricing was based on location which wasn't true at all for this particular event.

Good luck when buying event tickets watch out this site https://www.boxofficetickets.com/ is purchasing Google ad words so shows up even when you type in Ticket Master or Event Tickets and or linked to sites looking like you're being re-directed to a correct site.

Myself, along with numerous people who purchased parking passes for the January 26, 2019, 9:30 p.m., Lavell Crawford show in San Antonio, Texas, ended up paying twice for parking for this event. The scanner at the parking venue was not reading the QR codes and I, along with others, ended up using credit/debit cards to park. Whoever is receiving payment for parking should not be enriched by people paying twice for parking due to failure of equipment to read the QR codes or faulty QR codes. When we purchase tickets we expect to receive tangible products for our money. This did not occur on this occasion. I read the terms and conditions and understand there is a “no refund” policy, however, the product purchased was not usable and I should not have had to pay a second time for parking. Box Office Ticket Center provided a "customer support" link that was not a valid link, my email was returned as undelivereable. How are businesses like this allowed to rip consumers off with no consequences? I will NEVER do business with them and warn anyone...BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Don't use "box-officeticketsales.com" this company is a complete ### of the earth rip-off. They add in huge service fees -- I was charged a $95 service fee for 2 tickets I bought online! And, they will charge triple or more than the going rate. When I discovered what they did, I called them within seconds of executing the transaction on my cell phone and they refused to cancel the order or even let me buy a different set of tickets. Do not ever, Ever, EVER use them to buy a ticket of any type. They will rip you off then refuse to work with you.

This is a scam and they take your money and when you contact their coustumer service for assistance they count do anything for you. I had a family emergency and could not attend the game I call to see if they could give me tickets for another game. They didn't offer anything and I lost my money and didn't see the game. I have told me friend and family to never use this company they are a scam.

Then Find out the PayPal account gets hit for 376.14... These tickets are 65.00 each... the company refuses to do anything about it... almost impossible to reach them they have a phone system that loops you into nowhere...

Need to get these scammers shut down... Need to contact Federal Trade commission for complaint...

I have six e-tickets printed out for Paul McCartney at Fenway for this July from this company. I too was charged outrages fees, but my concern now is that they have someone elses name on them. Box Office assures me that that was just the original buyer. Anyone run into this before? Afraid of getting there and the seats already taken.

This website is a scam. It is very hard to indicate that this is a 3rd party website, they charge a large amount of fees and do not refund you your money. No business should ever take your money and not give you your tickets til weeks on end.. you should get it immediately! I never heard such a thing. Then they do not refund?! Why this is such a scam! They need to be shut down, please complain to the better business burial, the more people the better because this is not right!

I also purchased 2 tickets for 135.00 each and was billed 494.00 for 2 tickets. I was told (after the fact) that there is a service charge and this is in US funds. Tried live chat, they never answered. Emailed them, response was ridiculous. Tried calling them, kept me on hold forever finally hung up.
Tried email again with no response. Confirmation they sent does not soecify original cost of tickets so credit card comapny says there is not much they can do! Frustrated!

This is a completely fraudulent company. I searched Ticketmaster through google in hopes of buying NHL Hockey tickets to a Canadian game in Canada. I was unknowingly redirected to this site where I bought the tickets and was charged American Currency. I ordered these tickets from a Canadian city, a Canadian credit card and a Canadian IP address with the tickets being sent to a Canadian email address. The amount for the ticket was $99.00/ticket. When I got my Visa statement, I was charged $371 due to the american exchange rate. I have been unable to speak to anyone at this company via telephone. They will only speak to me via email and am giving me a run around telling me that all sales are in US Dollars. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This company scams its customers!

We had a similar experience with these scammers. Did any of you ever get anything resolved with the company? If possible, please reply.

This is a very unprofessional group of people. Unethical and fraudulent. We went to the media to report them and the childish manner by which they handled any questions was unbelievable! They will shut down soon as I happen to know they are under serious investigation. They will hang up ... put you on speaker and laugh ... harass you and call you back WHEN you have the guts to complain. It is pathetic. They lied about performances and before paying I did some checking ... never gave them my card. I am so concerned about anyone getting ripped off. The media has the phone recordings and now their own. I was only told that they experienced the ridiculous behavior I spoke of and that they are handling it; apparently many complained. Please don't use them.

I was very mislead by this company advertising as it was the Winnipeg blue bombers ticket office. It was not at all clear on the call that this company was a reseller and not the real box office. I found out I totally overpaid for the tickets. I called back to complain and to get a refund but when I called back I was told they tell you at the end it is a reseller, if so he must have quickly mumbled it as it was not clear. I was told it is not their problem I paid double the price for tickets still available from ticketmaster. I don't mind tickets for sold out events being sold for higher prices but reselling tickets for events that haven't sold out for double the price and pretending to be the real box office is really dishonest and immoral.

I was charged $90 for $30 Colorado Rockies tickets plus a $34 service charge because I called the number on the web site, trusted fair pricing and got hosed. Don't buy from these people.

Im sorry the tickets were a little under 300 per person. When I asked the company to send me the other tickets the female put me on hold and then said her manager stated all I needed was one ticket. Clearly they are wrong as I received 16 tickets in the mail today from my ticketmaster purchase

I was looking to purchase tickets to the 2014 us gymnastic championships in pittsuburgh aug 21-24. In those 4 days there are 8 events and a separate ticket is issued for each event. I have been to this event before so I knew I would need a separate ticket. All session packages were a little under 600 dollars per person on the ticketmaster site. Box office ticket sales charged me 85 dollars as a handling fee. I was still ok with that because I wanted the tickets. a few days later I received an email to download the tickets. I was expecting to download 16 total tickets as I had purchased two all session packages. I was only able to download two tickets( was a ticket for the first event on the first day). I called box office ticket sales thinking they simply forgot to send me the link for the other tickets. they told me that all I got was one ticket and it would let me into all 8 events. based on past experience that didn't seem right bc the ticket said one date and time and event. It did not say all access pass. I contacted the venue who told me that ticketmaster was the only authorized site to sell the tickets as they were on presale and that I should get my money back. They explained that i should be issued 8 tickets per person. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. I googled the phone number and company name only to see that I am not the first one that had this issue. Most people are saying this company is bogus.
