Burger King breakfast meals complaint

I ordered 3 egg, ham and cheese croissant meals at the burger king in Hyanis/Barnstable MA at exit 6, Route 6. I got to work and they were wrong so I went back and told them my order was wrong and they said Sorry but we're serving lunch now. Thry had sausage on them which i do not like. I said so what am I suppose to do with this can i get my money back?...They said no but we'll send you gift cards in the mail. I never got my food, my money or the gift cards. This is so upsetting to me because I feel taken advantage of. They took my food so they could have at least given me my money back. I don't remember the exact day because I expected to get the gift cards. They took all my info. So please help me out with this situation.

Burger King rudeness, wrong orders and did not refund me. cleanliness

I went to Burger King today and ordered the #1 cut in half no cheese, and a double cheese burger.
The screen did not come up to shoe my order. The girl taking the order asked me to pull up. I pulled up and I asked the girl in the window to make sure there was no cheese on the Whopper as the receipt looked like it said cheese. She said they don't come with cheese so I drove off. Get home there's cheese on it. Drove all the way back and let the counter girl know what was going on and she said you said cheese I took your order and I said no I said no cheese. She gets rude and says ok its no big deal grabs the bag and proceeds to let the kitchen know. I get my order but in the mean time there is a hair on the counter that I point out to her 3 times and she blatantly ignores me. She kind of shoves my order at me turns her back and says have a nice day sarcastically. Correct me if I'm wrong . Is it not extra for cheese? She did not offer to refund me either.

Burger King breakfast

My daughter and I went to bK last Friday
And ordered 2 sausage egg croissants the meals . The whole meal was screwed up .
First both our hash browns had been over cooked.
Second. My coke don't taste like coke . They must of needed to change the syrup .
Sorry to have to complain but we all pay good money when we go out and eat .
But I can say this about the crew at the 16th street Burger King, They said just come on
And stop in talk to a manager.

Burger King horrible service/rude staff/bad food

This Burger King location is so awful I felt compelled to post a review in an attempt to draw attention from their corporate office to do SOMETHING about the management. I have never encountered such an unprofessional staff who obviously hate working there... Nothing but bad attitudes when placing an order inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. Making a simple request to add or take off anything on your sandwich is completely ignored...And if you point out that they made a mistake, just be ready for an even worse attitude back instead of an apology... God forbid they make an extra effort to read the specifics of the order on the screen...All they do now is throw whatever is sitting out already made in a bag because the loud, obnoxious conversations they are having with the other co-workers is far more important than actual customer service.The last 5 visits I have discovered when I got home, my order was wrong... (wrong toppings/wrong drink) or something was left out of the bag that I paid for. Of course I try calling to complain and no one answers the phone...EVER. My last experience in the drive-thru did it for me... I had one drive-thru worker literally throw my bag of food at me after I looked inside to discover they had given me the wrong order. It took every ounce of my being not to get out of my car and throw everything right back at her. On top of the bad attitudes, rude service and wrong orders...be prepared to wait a long period of time to get your old, cold, soggy food. I stop at this location because of the convenience since it is closer to home but I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to spend my money there ever again. The staff needs to be trained properly or fired... This place is a disgrace and after skimming through the other reviews online, it looks like 99% of their regular customers are experiencing the exact same thing. Clean the place up...or shut it down.

Burger King order

I went to Burger King on two different occasions, both times I was given the wrong order after spending over $22 bucks or more for the new jalapeno burgers. The first time I went and lett it slide because I didn't feel like driving, I took a financial lost and was given chicken instead. The second time I had to drive back and get my correct order without compensation! They never tried to make the first order right.

Burger King food

Today, 9/2/3018, I just went throught l through the Burger King drive thru. I ordered the 2 for 10, whopper and spicey chicken. When we got home, we weren't even able to finish the first bite, they were, at best, room temperature. The frys were luke warm and the sodas were also room temperature, with a hint of ice. I don't like to complain but it is most definitely a safety concern and my daughter was going to eat this. Last thing we need is to end up in the hospital from food poisoning. I am recovering from a total hip replacement, a week ago, and can not stand long enough to cook just yet so we op-ed to eat out. Also, I work hard for my money, even the $11 I spent tonight, and would rather spend it on things that we can actually enjoy. Again, more importantly, the safety concern. I'm not interested in coupons or vouchers, I rarely eat fast-food, this just happen to be circumstances. I would just like a refund, please and for the issue to be addressed.

Burger King service, restaurant cleanliness, lack of friendliness

Here lately it's been very difficult to get good service at the counter to order correct and get the food hot and correct. As well as the staff not being very friendly at times act like it's an imposition sometimes to get their order correct. Constantly running out of soda and ice as well as tea and when you do get those then you do not have the supplies needed to put a lid on sometimes and the area to prepare your drinks are dirty. Not doing real well about keeping the dining room cleanlike the tables. We greatly appreciate any help and getting this Burger King like I have seen others where the food is prepared quickly efficiently hot and correctly. I would recommend having an ice maker placed on top of the drink machine so that would not continually run out of ice. As far as the cleanliness of the dining room and the other areas my recommendation is to have someone designated to do that. I do understand that at times when I'm there there is a truck however that should not be a reason for your staff to be extremely slow and there was only one register. I know there has been large amount of people inside the restaurant and trying to order and taking a very long time to do so and then received the order after. Burger King rotten bread

I frequently visit this particular location in Fort Pierce, Fl (Okeechobee Rd close to the turnpike). I was on my way home from work when I stopped through the drive-thru early in the morning to grab some dinner. I was extremely hungry. I ordered a King's Meal Deal and drove all the way home to finally eat. I took a bite of one of the sandwiches I had ordered and almost immediately vomited. The bread was completely and utterly rancid. In fact, it tasted sour like it had actually gotten wet and dried out. In complete disgust, I returned to the same BK location only to be treated very poorly by the woman in the drive-thru (whom had a nasty attitude upon my initial visit this particular morning as well). She looked at me like I was stupid or that I had been lying. I had to PHYSICALLY open the sandwich and tell her to smell it. The replacement order I recieved was just as tainted. Sincerely, a confused consumer.

Burger King dirty kids

On Sept 2, 2018 @ 10:47am I went through the drive thru at the Burger King in Michigan City, Indiana. I ordered off the breakfast menu and the lid on my lg coffee was sticky, & gross because something had been previously spilt on the outside of it! I asked to have the lid replaced and when I got home, I looked at the inside edge of the lids and it was sticky & gross just like the first one! I called and told them of the gross, nasty, sticky coffee lids and the person that answered the phone would only say "Oh I'm sorry" & "Sorry that happened to you" before hanging up. Also from the taste of my COLD hashbrowns, the fryer oil needs to be changed too. It's a shame how "gone down hill" this Burger King has become because it USED to be clean & very nice. I guess I won't be eating from THIS Burger King anymore!

Burger King fries

At 9.30pm on Saturday 1st September we, as a family visited your restaurant 12491 State Road 535 Orlando Fl 32836. My daughter had virtually finished her meal when she tipped the rest of her fries out of their container to find a fried cockroach! The cashier seemed appalled and then called for a senior member of the team. A lady dressed in black come to the counter and wasn't fazed one bit and asked me if I wanted more fries. Unfortunately, eating anymore food from your restaurant was the last thing on my mind. We threw the rest of our food away and left immediately. I hope you can investigate this matter further.

Burger King food and and other issues

My name is Brian Decker and me and my wife stopped in to eat a the Burger King located at 3102 Taylorsville Rd in Statesville NC. Around 1400 and 1430 And my experience was not up to par as it has been in the past. The crew was nice and the service was quick but the food was lousy.
I ordered 2 Jr Whopper with cheese meals, and that's where it goes south. The drink machine leaked water after despencing ice and the ketchup despencer was completely out. Infact another customer complained bout the ketchup despencer being out and it had yet to be filled while eating my meal and when I left it still wasn't filled up but my cheif complaint was or o should say is the meal it's self first off the burgers were barely warm and wouldn't even melt the cheese that was on them. The Jr Whopper with cheese was not even fresh they tasted like they were bout an hour and a half old. Neither the fries nor the onion rings were hot either. I have never in all my life experienced bk this crappy and because of this experience today which will be the second time I will not be eating bk for a while sincerly a former Navy veteran .

Burger King bad service/rude

The service in Burger King was awful. One of the employers misunderstood my order, and when asked if they could change it, they promptly ripped it out of my hand and threw it away. They began yelling and repeatedly getting mad over their own mistake. They reluctantly fixed my order, but the rudeness and inconsideratness was intolerable. will never come back

Burger King customer service

Approximately 20 minutes ago, September 1, 2018, 1203 a.m., store # 7066, Jacksonville Florida I ordered 2 whoppers cut in half. The order was wrong 3 times. They kept giving me someone else's order. Asked if I could get courtesy fries for the extended wait and did not gget tgem or a soda. I was asked why I thought they should do anything for me. I didnt even ger a receipt.

Burger King manager and poor quality of food

On Friday August 31st, I went through drive thru and ordered $50 worth of food. I pulled up to the window and as I was waiting I watched the manager play with her hair and touch her face and then mess with the food. She did not wash her hands once. That is completely disgusting! They pulled us forward and we waited another 10 minutes for our food. When I got home the order was made wrong and our cheese sticks were over cooked. They were nasty. The sandwiches looked like they were slapped together.

Burger King customer service

I visited this location this morning Sept 1, 2018 at 1015am and the manager and the majority of the staff were rude and very unprofessional. Some stated out loud, "I don't want to be at work", while others stated "they give attitude so I give attitude back". The wait was long and there were countless wrong orders returned and complaints. If you want to keep your customer base, I suggest you replace your manager and staff at this location ASAP! If you need more information, I can be reached at [protected]

Burger King apple pie/ freshness

I want to start off by saying Burger King was one of my favorites! And I don't like to complain but this isn't the first disappointment. I called the store more than a few times and no answer, I also went ahead and filled out the receipt survey. We ordered through the Favor Delivery App in SA Tx and all was fine. The burgers were warm, the fries a bit cold and tasted like they had been reheated or held and the pie boxes were warm. Everything was fine, we chose to eat our pies later. So about 4 hours later I awoke from my nap first and enjoyed my pie, when my boyfriend awoke and opened up his he went from smiles to frowns. When I asked what was wrong he tossed me the pie and to my surprise it was covered in black/green mold. Again I am not one to go and complain but really? The mold was black, and the main reason we even ordered food that day was because we wanted the apple pies!

Burger King drive through

I waited at the order menu for at least four minutes. Without my order being taken. Then she said hold a minute please. The line next to me was getting there order taken. The cars kept driving off. I guess they were being told to hold as well. She FINALLY took my order after waiting probably another 2 to 3 minutes. I got to the money window and paid for my food. No receipt. Got to the food window received my food and still didn't get a receipt. Maybe they didn't want any complaints. This is ridiculous!

Burger King drive thru customer service & food

Customer Service here needs work! They are not customer service friendly at all!
We just left Burger King Store 754 at 1201 Josey Lane Carrollton, Texas 75006. To began, the drive thru attendant was rushing us to place our order. She rushed us to move from drive thru while I was checking my food and (it was not even busy). To top that off, my food was cold, the cheese was not melted on my burger and the burger was half cooked. I bit into it and the meat was pink.
To break it down! Customer Service at the drive thru was horrible and the food!

Burger King running out of food that is for sale.

I am very upset that you tore down the BK on County line just west of Park Meadows mall, and put up a f...bank. Then a new BK opened in Wal-mart at (west)of Quebec and C470. Went in there this morning to have breakfast with my wife, and after we ordered they called us back to the counter to inform us they were out of eggs. How does that happen. For crying out loud, Wal-Mart sells eggs. GO BUY SOME.

Burger King lunch for breakfast

I thought it was company policy to have certain lunch items available all day. But I just pulled in the drive thru and when I tried to order I was told they aren't service lunch and that they don't even have the equipment turned on. And the lady over the intercom had an attitude and acted like no one should want a burger yet and that I'm just crazy.
