Burger King selling people old & uncooked food

January 20, 2019 ordered fully loaded no egg on biscuit, chicken on biscuit & 2 hash browns $9.25 the biscuits were old like took out of freezer & left on counter hash brown were hard & soaked in grease employees acted like we were bothering them this is location 3535 I do believe you all cannot keep people there everytime new employees. use to would have to wait in line they were so busy no nobody there & I see why been going to BK since I was 16 yrs old now 62 I actually have 4pc set of glasses & BK doll from years ago so sad to see you all go down hill like this yes you may contact me JFChavers 8166 Blanchard Latex Road Shreveport la [protected]

Burger King 2 bacon double cheeseburgers/ 26 minute wait

Today 1-20-2019 I ordered two back. Double cheeseburgers. First the buns were so stale And hard I couldn't even bite into it. Next on both burgers the burgers were burnt and way over cooked and not edible. Also one burger had pickles one didn't and there was half a piece of bacon on each burger only. I wouldn't complain but last week at same restaurant I waited in drivethru line for 26 minutes and when I got to window and commented I was told well you have option to always come in. And then when I got home order was WRONG. Seriously? First I am in a wheelchair and hard to go in secondly there was only two cars ahead of me in line. I usually eat the twice a week and will now go to McDonald's which. Is right next door after these two experiences. I understand sometimes there is issues but to be treated that way and twice at sameness spot is ridiculous.

Burger King customer service

My wife went to order us some spicy chicken sandwiches, she went inside to place her order instead of going through the drive through because she thought it would go faster. I had warned her that the last time I ordered inside it took 30 minutes before we got our food but she was certain we would get it in a timely fashion. I waited outside in the car while she went in, 27 minutes later she comes out with money in hand telling me she had to ask for her money back (5 minutes before coming out) because they were taking too long. Everyone else had gotten their food in the drive through and inside. The cashier was extremely rude and got an attitude asking why? What's wrong with her food? My wife told her that she had been waiting for twenty and she hadn't gotten any food, the cashier told her that it takes 6 minutes to cook the chicken and that there was some sort of miscommunication bc someone else got our food in the drive through, my wife told her that no one had told her anything. The cashier went in the back and talked to the manager before she came back and started to give her her money back all the while talking loud about how much she didn't like working in Stuttgart and that she wasn't from here, she was rude and loud and made a huge scene for no reason whatsoever. I don't know why this particular Burger King is ok with terrible service and slow, inadequate, rude employees but that seems to be the thing their. Never Ever going back to this place it's a joke

Burger King sausage croissant

I ordered a sausage croissant this morning, plain sausage, and he said ok that will be 3.09. I got it but i said that's kinda expensive. He was nice and im sorry, but i still think that is way overpriced for a piece of sausage on a little croissant. I like this but i will go elsewhere. I can use a coupon to get 2 croissants, potatoes and coffee for 4 dollars so that's crazy.

Burger King inconsiderate employee

I was waiting to use the restroom when an employee went in front of me and sprayed the entire room in cleaner then came out and said to go on in. Every surface was covered in a foamy cleaner, I had to use toilet paper to wipe up the toilet to be able to use it. I think that it was rude and inconsiderate of the employee to leave it like that and never return to finish cleaning up.

Burger King upper management

I was at Burger king on E. Main St. In Danville, IL And noticed a manager who was treating his crew like they were absolute [censored]. His name was Richard, I've regularly seen him enforce 'rules' that he's made up and yet he doesn't follow them himself. Never have I ever seen people working so hard while being treated like that I do not think he should be in the position he is in. Or even be there at all.

Burger King complaint about safety measures for customer

Dear Sir/Madam

This is first time i send a E-mail about complaint in Korea BK restaurant
located in Pohang Iron & steel industrial Complex.
(290 Daesong-ro, Nam-gu, Pohang)

I wonder how much BK think about customer's safety.

I'll write briefly about what happened on Saturday with some pictures

I'm one of the person who i loved BK. so i went BK to buy a Burger on Saturday 12th of Jan.

I parked my car on parking lot.
as soon as I got burgers, i tried to get out of the parking lot througt next to parking lot entrance.

There was a low sidewalk block installed on the side of the entrance, but i
could't see it when i was driving. because it was raining.
(I think it's more dangerous at night)

Even thougt it fell off the sidewalk, no safety measures were taken.
(See photos if you don't understand)
Just three safety rubber copers were installed where it didn't matter.

So, i passed by under the illusion that it was an exit.
(If there were some safe measures, would i have gone there? )

My car caught in a block of sidewalks and wouldn't fall off.
I called car insurace company. The car insurance company pulled the car out of the sidewalk block after an hour.
No BK staff came out to check the situation for an hour despite the BK's parking lot.

when i came back home, i answerd BK staff's call.
she asked me to fix the broken sidewalk block without asking for the customer's safety. Does it make sense?

This incident caused two losses to me.
1. damaged underneath of the vehicle.
2. my neck hurts when i hit my head against the top of the car in a shock

As i know, Global companies like BK thought that customer safety and satisfaction were the top priority.
Isn't BK in Korea the Global company i think?

and she said Another customer had a similar accidents, and they repaired it
through an insurance company.

I shocked that BK didn't take safety measures in spite of many accidents like me because BK had no safety problem.

On the repair of the sidewalk block, BK called again the next day.
She said BK has no problem with safety facilities So we can't compensate
the customer for their vehicle.
Even though i never asked for compensation.

On January 15th, a safety net was installed at the place where there was an
accident on the way through BK.
What do you think of ideal situation as a customer?
BK said safety facilities no problem~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I'm so angry as a customer.
and now i'm afraid to go to BK.
I think if i step on a drink that a customer spilled and slipped and broke the cup, BK probably ask me to compensate for the cup.
Although the top priority is to remove spilled drinks for customer safety.

What does BK think about the above complaints? it's all my fault?
Do i have to repair broken sidewalk block?
If you think there's nothing wrong with BK, I'll fix the sidewalk block requested by BK in korea.

Burger King customer service manager derrick

On Monday Jan 14. 2:55 in the afternoon, the burger king store on Creedmoor rd and stonehenge in Raleigh Nc. At drivethru no one talking to me or taking my order, pulled up to the window, the manager derrick. Was at window, told him no one talking to me, he said problem with headset, never apologized never spoke. Took my milkshake order, credit card, gave back to me no receipt. Another lady asked me to pull forward. I did. Derrick the manager brought shake out and never spoke. I took milkshake I commented he could speak and got out of my car to go in to talk to the manager about the poor quality service as I was walking in he said he was manager and his name was derrick and he could care less about their customer service and he was manager and I was ugly. Would post it all over the social media, I should have videod it he would be fired, no manager should never act like that. Will never step in that store again. Sad you have managers like this and when the store goes under you might wonder why?

Burger King does not let you wait in drive thru

Burger King in East Boca Raton, on Federal Hwy, everytime you go there when you order they make you pull ahead into the parking lot. Thought it was a one time thing because of a rush. No its not even if no cars are behind you they make you pull into the parking lot for someone to carry your food out. Of course each time forgetting any request for sauces or anything else. This has been going on for months. When I asked one of the staff they said the manager is making them do this and they hate it? WHY BOCA its a drive thru that way you wait in the line for your food ?

Burger King accuracy of orders

1/10/19 manager was working drive thru and took order. One of his employees packed meal, but forgot whopper. Had to drive back to retrieve. No apologies or anything offered in return for inconvenience. Employees don't seem to care, take their jobs seriously, and incapable of double checking orders for accuracy before giving orders to customers. I live nearby and would say that my orders are usually wrong 50% of the time. Frustrating, as middle schoolers could likely do a better job.

Burger King tacos

Hello. My name is La Toya Nelson. I am writing you to place a complaint regarding the food service I received on the evening of Wednesday, January 10, 2019 between 5:15-5:25pm. I purchased the 2 tacos for $1.79. Unfortunately, I had to admit that when I arrived home, which is only 3 minutes from the restaurant, I had to place the tacos in the microwave to warm them. But then, when I begin to eat the tacos, I noticed the lettuce was severely brown and the cheese had a greenish spot forming on the tip of it.
Needless to say, I did not eat them. But I was indeed disgusted not only by the food presentation but by the customer service. The staff were rude and unfriendly.
I believe they are fairly new. Both the cashier, who wore exceptionally long braids with no hair net. And the cook who was a young boy who was so nonchalant about cooking the food up-to-par. My number is [protected]. And would greatly like to be reimbursed for this food I was not able to eat.

Burger King wrong whopper

I went thru drive thu no recite I order a whopper no pickle no Tom lite lettuce add cheese bacon and bbq large fry sm onion ring and a 10 pc nuggets! Get home and my whopper wrapper said at bacon and bbq lite lettuce and no bacon no bbq no cheese with everything else on it, called and she said I think we put yours in a different wrapper but you can come back and get a new one! Not coming back anything else you can do no I am sorry that is it! Well guess what not good with that so I don't know if I will go back unless made right! Thank U

Burger King customer service

at 8:07 my wife and I went to your location at the corner of austell rd and hurt rd in marietta georgia and we both are senior citizens, as we took the trouble to park and make our way to the door for a dine in dinner the door was locked and we looked at the sign on the wall beside the door that said the dining room is open till 10 pm on most nights and 11 pm on the other nights so we stood there till a young man saw us and he rudley said go to the drive through and i pointed out the hours on your sign and again he gave us a dirty look and rudley pointed at the drive through and said go to the drive through! If we had wanted to pick up our food and drive home just to eat a cold dinner we would have just stayed home and made something there, there was no signs indicating why the dinning area was closed. I will drive the extra miles to eat at a differant establishment from now on. Thought you should know why this location is probly not doing to well.

Burger King cold food/ long wait

This will be my third attempt at getting a response from Burger King. On December 20, 2018 I used the drive thru at 353 South Kennedy in Bradley Illinois. I arrived shortly before 12:44 pm (I know this because a radio announcer had just mentioned the time) I ordered a sandwich and waited my turn at the pay window. The cost was $1.90, I finally got to the pick up window at 1:03 pm, got my sandwich and drove 2 blocks away to a park to eat. The sandwich was cold---not "not warm"----COLD. I did not fight the traffic to return to the restaurant, but instead decided to register a complaint for a full refund. AsI stated earlier, this will be my third attempt. I will not stop registering my complaint till I get a response. If I have to search the internet for a V.P.'s phone number, I will. I demand a response and a refund.

Burger King product and services

The entire staff is unprofessional mainly the manager yelling and degrading employees as well as unprofessionalism at front counter and window which takes in excess of 10+ minutes to get out. orders are often incorrect and food unprepared. Staff is always yelling at one another, the communication skills are remedial at best! The manager is constantly making mistakes in schedule and sometimes doesn't know who was supposed to be in what shift. I highly recommend a secret shopper or a DM to assess the store for professionalism, productivity, cleanliness, and conduct

Burger King whopper

Purchased a whopper meal for my grandson on Friday, January 4, 2019 and found pieces of plastic(like Saran Wrap) on the lettuce in the sandwich. Of course my grandson did not eat the sandwich even though we did not find anymore plastic, we simply threw it out.
I did call the number on the receipt and left a message with my name and phone number but never heard anything back from anyone. I found this disturbing. At the very least I thought someone would call to apologize so this us why I am emailing you. This happened at a restaurant in Columbia, South Carolina. The receipt says #4370. Burger King rude store manager, woodbridge mall new jersey

This afternoon 1/7/2019 I went to the Burger King restaurant in Woodbridge Mall in New Jersey.. After I ordered Original chicken sandwich with French fries, I insisted on getting French fries that was hot and not stale and also without salt because of my health condition - I am hypertensive... Obviously peeved by my request for hot French fries and unsalted fries, the manager who was supposed to know better instructed the customer service personnel to mix the already prepared salted French fries with the new hot French fries that I requested. He then turned around and said to the customer service rep using the Spanish term "pendeja' meaning"idiot" an obvious reference to me.. When I got home, I called the manager (he stated his name as Damien Abrego) back to confront him about his rude behavior and to my dismay, he admitted the use of that word but then lied that he was referencing himself.. I am sure Burger King as a corporate entity prides itself on good customer service and I am writing to alert you about this uncouth manager so that his rude behavior will not be visited on other clients. Burger King service, not receiving product ordered

First time to a Burger King.

New Burger King opened in Bradford, Ontario. Saw advertisement for a Bacon King and thought I would try it.

Go to drive through, two cars ahead of me, yet I sit for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me on the speaker. Order the Bacon King and get an OK, not giving me the total, just OK.

Five minutes later pull up to window and pay for a Bacon King.

Take the bag home and find no receipt in the bag and NOT a Bacon King but a single patty burger with no bacon.

Slow and poor service and received a lesser product than what I paid for.

Tried Burger King, guess I won't be trying again

Burger King crown card gift card

I am seeing this place already only has a 1n1/2 stars so I'm thinking the Burger King franchise doesn't give a [censored] how their name is showing to the public, and probably won't care about this complaint either, so this is for the public beware. I received a $25 dollar Burger King gift card for Christmas, went to try and use it at this establishment the other day and was told this card is unsupported. I thought maybe I needed to activate it online, so when I returned home, I went to the site on the back of the card. There was no activation, but if you put in the numbers on the card it will give you the balance, and my card showed $25 dollars on it, so apparently this Burger King doesn't honor the gift card. Wrote an email to the Burger King gift card, and they claim they are not responsible, so all they do is take your money, and now it is up to me to hunt for a Burger King that will honor the gift card, or I will be stuck with a piece of worthless plastic. My wisdom to you is, don't buy Burger Kings worthless gift cards, and now that I see from Yelp this place only has a 1n1/2 stars, probably shouldn't patronize this establishment either till the franchise starts caring about their customers and makes them clean up their act. On a funny note, guess what I will be regifting next year ;-)

Burger King a manager

My complaint is about a manager that I work with. This situation occurred after I was asked to move from Whopper board to Specialty board. Which at the time the employee that was on the board was being sent on break. I was in the middle of stocking the board and dropping more product. A co-worker asked for a spicy chicken jr. I jad to go to the freezer to get chicken jrs to cook and I let her know that ot had to cook. The manager that just came on duty asked for the same sandwich at which i let him know that they were cooking. He proceeded to raise his voice at me and said the customer had been waiting for seven minutes for the sandwich. I just let him know that I just got on the board and the product was cooking. I told him that was not my problem because I just got on the board and the station had not been properly stocked before I was asked to get on the board and in order for me to make sure every customer is taken care of. I was required to stock the area. So I decided to leave the board to avoid confrontation with the manager and decided to talk to the store manager. I was in the middle of getting ready to talk to the store manager about what had just occurred. The manager Giovanni Byrd who is the manager im making the complaint on, proceeded to leave the floor up front and decided to take it upon hisself to try and confront me. Raising his voice and calling me a liar and acting like he was going to put his hands on me. I could not speak to the atore about this situation because of the manager being unprofessional. I am one of their best workers and I always work hard and doing my work and others work a majority of the time. I feel like my life has been threatened and in danger. I will not tplerate neing disreapected in a work place where the employees are being mistreated most of the time. I will appreciate it if something is done anout this because I will put in my two weeks notice and move forward. I deserve better treatment than what I have today.
