Canadian Tire poor workmanship on a car wheel alignment

On April 13 2017 I went to the Canadian Tire in St-Hyacinthe, QC. I went there to install my 4 new four season Bridgestone tires (EP422 Plus size 19565R15 91H M+S). Canadian Tire consulted me to change air filters, and to also do a wheel alignment. I accepted and paid $230.58. The wheel alignment was $69.96 + Tax. Invoice [protected] is attached to this complaint.

On November 23, 2017 I went to Honda in Boucherville to get my winter tires put on only to be told that my four season Brudgestone front tires (EP422 Plus size 19565R15 91H M+S) are finished but my back tires are almost new 9/32. The reason is the mechanic at Canadian Tire never screwed the bolts onto the tie rod. My front tires are useless now. I also had to pay for another wheel alignment at Honda. Invoice SB77683. The invoice is attached to this complaint (demonstrating I paid for another wheel alignment and the status of my four season tires they removed from my car).

I expect a refund of $69.96 + Tax for the wheel alignment I had to pay at Canadian Tire and I expect a refund for qty 2 tires (Bridgestone EP422 Plus size 19565R15 91H M+S). I regret ever going to Canadian Tire. I am very lucky I was not in an accident with the unfinished wheel alignment (not attaching the bolt to the tie_rod.

Canadian Tire okotoks alberta canadian tire store dark and dingy, dirty

In all my years of shopping at various CT stores, I have never seen a store more dislikable and poorly operated as the one in Okotoks. I gladly now go to either Calgary or High River IF I really need something unique to CT. This store is so poorly managed that I detest going there - even the staff agree when you can actually talk to them...they hate the conditions too.
The store lights have been turned down to half power and it is as dark as going in to an old Army and Navy store basement. The aisles are almost intimidating and unwelcome as little light gets in to the aisles. Its so dark that I can't even read the print on packages. They also play music so loud that it is extremely irritating. I don't go to a store to listen to some radio station; that's not what a store should be doing. Background music to subtly help encourage shopping is what it should be.
I have quit going there entirely but when I did, it was all I could do to get the heck out of there as fast as possible. The High River store, even though it is further away, is much much better stocked, staff receptive, bright, and staff are friendly, ...all the things that the Okotoks store is not. Eventually, this store will close because they can't see the forest, due to too many trees in their way.

Canadian Tire poor summer tires installation

To whom this may concern,

On the 22nd of May 2017, at Canadian Tire Ste-Foy (1170 route de l'eglise, [protected]), I had my Summer tires installed on my car.

Today, the 24th of November 2017, I had these Summer tires removed and my Winter tires installed on my car at a different garage.

The garage that installed my Winter tires reported extreme difficulty with the REMOVAL of my Summer tires, due to poor installation of my Summer tires, as done by the Canadian Tire noted above.

To be exact, it was reported, "Summer tires are same brand but different threads, and were mixed on different axle. Whoever installed summer tires re-installed wheel nuts cross-thread and damaged studs. Needs at least 2 new studs per wheel. We had to cut 1 stud front right to remove the tire."

This is absolutely ridiculous. This garage is not the first to comment on the installation of my Summer tires. On the 3rd of September 2017, I visited a garage for a check-up on an unrelated issue. Part of this check-up required the removal of my front passenger tire which was unable to be done, due to the way that the bolt had been tightened on the tires. At this time, I was warned that my Summer tires had not been put on properly and to warn the garage who would put on my Winter tires about this issue. I was unaware how severe this issue was.

I am now worried about my safety when driving my car. Because the wheel had to be CUT off, I am down one stud on one of my wheels, which will need to be replaced, along with at least 2 more for each of the other tires. This is a financial cost that I would NOT have if my tires had been properly put on in the first place. I must now check to ensure my bolts are still tight when I go to drive any long distance until the studs are replaced.

It is very clear that the installation of my Summer tires was a RUSHED service. From my telephone bill records, I have the time of my appointment compared to the time when my car was ready to be picked up. The oil was also changed on my car during this appointment, and given the time in which my car was ready, it is obvious that this service was rushed and not done properly.

I believe it is not my financial responsibility to pay for the repairs that are now needed to my car to ensure proper function and safety of my car, as they are solely due to the poor installation of my Summer tires as done by Canadian Tire. I wish for this issue to to be seen to and resolved ASAP.

I await a response,

Canadian Tire automotive service - very poor customer service / car kept overnight

This happened on Friday, November 17th 2017 in the evening. I went in to get my winter tires installed as I had a set 4 on the rim already. They told me it would be 40 dollars for the set and they could do it in about an hour. This was fine with me and after about an hour they told me that my summer tire lug nuts were not compatible with the lug nuts they needed for the winter tires. I agreed to pay for the required lug nuts and the total came to around 78 dollars. One of your automotive employees put 2 of the wrong lug nuts into my car and jammed them. They said a mechanic would not be available until the morning and that they needed to keep the car there over night. Thankfully I live close by and walked home but I did need my car that night for a job I had committed to. I feel that this was unacceptable and would like to be credited for at least some of the bill as keeping my car overnight and jamming the wrong lug nuts into my car could have damaged it. I have had my car shaking a tiny bit on the highway and getting it checked by a different mechanic this weekend which is yet another cost and hassle for me. This was a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5S, at your London, Ontario Location of 1125 Wellington Rd. Customer name is Carlos Burgos and I do still have the invoice if required.

Canadian Tire bar stools pricing

I bought 4 bar stools a week ago and tomorrow for the 4 day Black Friday sale they go on sale for $40 less each stool. I asked if I could go in with receipt for price adjustment and was told no. I could technically return all stools and purchase them again but that's a huge hassle for me to do so. I just don't understand why they can't do a price adjustment with the receipt. That's a big difference in price. Honestly this has left such a bad taste in my mouth I don't know if I would ever shop here again. I had recommended these stools to some family members but now I'm going to get them to purchase them somewhere else

Canadian Tire snow tire service

Thurs 23rd Nov, the vehicle was taken in first thing approx. between 8.30-9 for a pre booked appointment for snow tire services. We checked in with the store at about 3-4pm who advised the fitting was on track for pick up in the evening. When we arrived at 6.30pm, 9 hours after the car was dropped off the vehicle was not ready, we had out children with us so we requested the original tires be put back on. We were persuaded against our better judgement to reschedule and were advised we could bring it in the next day. When I called on Friday lunchtime to check I could bring the vehicle in the 4 rims had arrived but I was told they were not matching so they would be reordered for Saturday. I bought the car in around 2.30 saturday and by 4pm the new tires, rims and pressure sensors were fitted. Immediately as I drive the vehicle there was a rubbing noise and I took the vehicle back to the service centre. I was advised that the rims/tires did not fit and I asked for the original tires to be put back on. I ended up leaving canadian tire at about 6pm, I'd had my 5 year old daughter with me the whole time, whilst we were offered apologies at no time were we offered a drink or any refreshment. I asked if the tv could be turned to a children channel but was told they did not know where the remote was. I had paid for the tires and my credit card was voided which I was given a void photocopy, the credit card payment has still been taken from my account and no void or refund has appeared. This whole experience and levels of care and customer service have been appalling and a complete waste of my time. As I left on saturday I was promised by Jordan that the case would be handed to his manager and I would receive a call on Monday, no-one called. I called today tues and asked to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting, Steve has called me back and I wasn't available and now I'm waiting for a further call.. I have no snow tires, I have $1400 charged to my credit card, I took time out of my working day on thursday and I lost 3.5 hrs of my precious weekend on saturday and have wasted further time today. Please look into this and work to implement better procedure within your stores. I wont be recommending canadian tire garage services to anyone. I can be contacted on [protected]. I would like my refund to be processed and compensation for the time I have wasted. Many thanks Joanne

Canadian Tire parts department

Store at 656 Erb St W, Waterloo. On Sunday, November 19th. The parts department at this place is a disgrace. I was there this morning and the gentleman behind the counter told me he had the rims I needed but I had to come back to get them two days after because he was alone in the parts area and he couldn't leave the counter for 25min to go get the rims. I blame the store manager and owner. They are the ones responsible for scheduling and staffing. I doubt I'll ever go back to this store and if you know what's good for you, stay away.

Canadian Tire automotive service

Oct 31, 2017.
Invoice #[protected]

Canadian Tire #424 - Automotive Service Center
2510 Hyde Park Gate, Oakville

Purchased new rims for winter tires.
Requested to have rims mounted to vehicle.

After installation, heavy vibrations when travelling high speeds. Inspected rims when I returned home to discover that they were not mounted concentric to the wheel hub. The use of studs to center the rim was done incorrectly such that wheel was off-center. In addition, lug nuts were not torqued correctly.

As this was a safety issue, I performed the remedy myself immediately.

I returned the next day to communicate the problem and was told to call the service manager, Joe, the next day for resolution. Upon reaching Joe, he quickly told me that he would call me back to resolve. It has now been almost 3 weeks and I have left two additional VMs for Joe with no reply.

I would have been happy with an apology and offer to refund the labour service cost as this could have been an honest mistake by the mechanic. Having heard nothing for 3 weeks, I feel the staff at this branch have no interest in respecting me as a customer, and more importantly, the resulting safety risk posed by their poor workmanship.

If by some miracle someone actually responds to this complaint, I would request that I receive a phone call from a representative from the service center along with an offer to compensate me for the trouble of having to do the job correctly.

Canadian Tire tire change

I showed up 15 min early for a tire change appointment at 4:00 pm on 14 Nov, I had made 2 weeks earlier, at the Canadian Tire off 97 st in Edmonton. It took them 2 1/2 hours to switch my tires over, and when I got home I found out that they didn't even lay a plastic sheet in my back seat before putting the tires in. My back seats are now a mess and I will have to pay to get the car detailed in the hopes that the stains can be removed or it will affect the resale value of the vehicle.

The fact that the store had overbooked it self to the point of a 2 hour delay was inconvenient to say the least. The fact that I now have to cover an additional cost to rectify the damage done to my interior is unacceptable.

Canadian Tire auto service department

I went to the Canadian Tire on Cremazie boulevard in Montreal, QC. I had a tire and oil change appointment at 10 am. I arrived at the store about 10 minutes in advance. It took a good 15-20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me at the front desk. Finally, I was called forward to sign the invoice and I handed over my keys. I was asked to wait in the waiting room. Which I did... for 2 whole hours! I was furious. The whole procedure should have taken no more than 30-40 minutes TOP. Finally the guy comes over and explains to me that the tires are unaligned and asks me if I wish to get that done... I looked at him and told him I had already been waiting over 2 hours and so unfortunately for them, I wouldn't be aligning my tires with them today.. or ever for that matter.

The only reason I went to see them was because I bought my tires there and they offered a cheaper price and an insurance. I am NEVER going back to Canadian Tire for car services.

Canadian Tire auto service department

I had a tire change appointment, today, 11th November at 1pm. When I was handing in my car, I was told that the appointment would last 1 hr... an 1.5 max. Till 3:30pm... 2.5 hrs into my appointment, I patiently kept waiting in their waiting area. I finally walked over to the auto service desk, and inquired.

I understand that its the weekend and CT seemed understaffed but the auto service desk representative was extremely rude, and said "Sir you have to wait patiently..." and then glanced over to his supervisor and said, "this guy thinks he came to a McDonald's drive through"... this is no way to talk to somebody specially when you are in the wrong

CT needs to get their act together... only reason I got their auto service was because I purchased my tires from them... never getting anything done from their again

Canadian Tire service department

I had an appointment to get my tires changed on my 2013Dodge caravan today.I picked up my vehicle and then went to a Remembrance Day service at my daughters school. When we left the school my daughter said what is that mess, I looked up and the ceiling of my van was black spots everywhere.I went back down to ask what and why was that mess there. They looked at it and said they cannot remove it and they don't know what it is, They said to go to a Shine factory to see if they can remove it and they will cover cost. That doesn't cover the fact that I am using my gas and time trying to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened.I drove out to a shine factory and boom closed so that means another trip.I am not one bit pleased with this especially when they don't even know what it is.God only knows what is on my seat that I cannot see, according to the mess on the ceiling of my van.I believe I am entitled to have more than that spot cleaned. Thanks

Canadian Tire terrible customer service

To whom this may concern,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the poor quality of service and the disrespectful manner in which I was treated while dealing with the automotive service department of the Canadian Tire Southdale location, 157 Vermillion Rd. in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 30, 2017. My service order number is [protected]. In particular, my complaint is with Mr. Dennis Heinrick who I believe is a service writer at this location. The details of my experience are as follows.

On the morning of October 30, I left my truck with the service department at 9:23 am. At this time I dealt with a gentleman named Murray, who was very pleasant. I informed Murray that I wished to leave my truck with Canadian Tire for the entire day if they would be able to fit me into their schedule and install new tires. Murray informed me that they could definitely accommodate me no problem.

My truck is a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500. My old tires on the truck at this time were Goodyear Duratrac tires, LT 265/70/17, and I requested that a new set of LT Duratracs be installed. Murray informed me that they did indeed have the LT tires in stock and these would be installed on my truck. I then asked Murray if it was possible to get the most recent sale price on these tires as I was out of town during the previous sale two weeks prior and was told by another location that these tires would likely be on sale again in the near future. After checking with his supervisor, Murray informed me that I could indeed get the most recent sale price. Murray then quoted me a final price of approximately $1500 which included installation, balancing, a wheel alignment, and all taxes. As I was satisfied with this price, I left my keys with Murray and left the store.

On a side note, while waiting outside the store for my girlfriend to pick me up, I noticed a vehicle parked immediately outside the service doors. The hood of this vehicle was raised and two females were working under the hood. The temperature outside was very cold on this day, winds were high, and these women were clearly not dressed for the conditions. Out of curiosity, I walked over to this vehicle to see if everything was ok. A woman and her teenage daughter, who had recently moved to Manitoba from BC, were attempting to remove the battery from their vehicle and replace it with a new battery which they had just purchased at this Canadian Tire location. However, neither one knew how to do this. I asked them why wasn't anyone from the service department helping them, to which they replied, "they would be happy to help for a $50 replacement fee". The service department did however lend them some tools for the job but did not help them beyond that point. While waiting for my ride to arrive, I gladly helped these people and had them on their way in approximately 10 minutes. Certainly, a small gesture of kindness would go a long way toward customer service. Prior to leaving, these women thanked me for my help and commented that they would not return to this Canadian Tire location in the future. End of side note.

Hours later, now back at my home, I received a phone call from Dennis Heinrick of the service department at approximately 12:30 pm. Dennis was calling to confirm / question my choice of tires which I requested be installed on my truck. The telephone conversation went as follows:

Dennis: I see that you have requested Duratrac LT 265/70/17 tires be installed on you truck. Is this correct?

Me: Yes, that is correct.

Dennis: You currently have P-rated tires on your truck so I just wanted to confirm that you wanted the LT tires installed rather then the P tires.

Me: Actually, I currently have LT 265 Duratracs on my truck and I would like a new set of those installed as these tires have served me very well. These are the tires I ordered when dealing with Murray in the morning.

Dennis: No, you currently have P-rated tires on your truck, which is why I'm calling to confirm.

Me: No Dennis, I know for a fact I currently have LT tires and that is what I want installed.

Dennis: I'm sorry, but you have P-rated tires right now. Are you sure you want the LT tires?

Me: (getting frustrated) Dennis, I have LT tires on my truck right now and I want a new set of LT tires just like I ordered this morning through Murray. If you look at my truck, you will see that they are LTs. To make things simple, whatever tires you currently see on my truck, install a new set of those EXACT SAME TIRES.

Dennis: Ok, we will do that for you. Just wanted to confirm.

I left my truck at Canadian Tire for the day and was promised it would be ready for pick-up by 5:00 pm. I returned to the service department at approximately 5:30 pm and was surprised that my bill was approximately $1300 as I was originally quoted a price of approximately $1500. The gentleman now working the service department desk (whose name I cannot recall) informed me that my truck was ready and was parked inside the doors of the service bay as my old tires were in the box. After paying my bill, the gentleman escorted me into the service bay to my truck. At this time I immediately noticed that the new tires on my truck were P-rated tires, NOT the LT tires which I had originally requested and had repeatedly confirmed to have requested over the phone with Dennis Heinrick that afternoon. My old LT tires were in the back of my truck at this time. After informing this gentleman of the mistake, he asked me who I had spoken with over the phone and I informed him it was Dennis. He then informed me that Dennis was still in the store and I could speak with him.

Returning to the service desk, the gentleman informed Dennis that the wrong tires were installed on my truck. Dennis then approached me to deal with the issue. I immediately asked Dennis if he recalled our phone conversation that afternoon during which time he repeatedly argued with me as to which tires were currently on my truck. Dennis did indeed recall our conversation. I then asked Dennis how, after repeatedly telling him that I currently had LT tires on my truck and repeatedly telling him that I wanted new LTs installed on my truck, did I end up with a set of P-rated tires? I said "Dennis, I told you to put on the exact same tires as I currently have, yet you did not listen to me and instead installed tires I do not want. After our conversation, did you not physically check which tires I had on my truck?" Dennis replied "I can't physically check every vehicle. The paper says P-rated tires, so that is what we installed." I again reminded Dennis that he had argued with me three to four times over the phone as to which tires I had on my truck and he still installed the incorrect ones. The original service order was for LT tires which is why Dennis called me in the first place. Both Dennis and I were upset over this matter and both of our voices became escalated. Several customers were in line at the service desk at this time and listened to this conversation and witnessed Dennis' condescending tone with me. I then told Dennis to get my truck back on the hoist and install the correct tires. At approximately 5:45 pm, my truck went back on the hoist while I waited in the store.

As I had no desire to shop in this store, I spent my time watching the service bay where my truck was now on the hoist. At no time was there any sense of urgency to alleviate this issue. My truck was on the hoist from 5:45 pm until 7:20 pm, a total of 1 hour and 35 minutes. I would have expected my truck to be a priority considering the mistake was a result of Dennis Heinrick arguing with me over the phone and subsequently having the incorrect tires installed. This was clearly not the case.

At approximately 7:30 pm I was presented with the bill for my truck, which was in the amount of the full price of the job. I literally laughed out loud and asked why I was not receiving some degree of discount considering the circumstances revolving around this incident, not to mention having to wait an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to correct this issue. Dennis Heinrick, now clearly quite angry with me, said to me in an elevated tone "We have already given you the sale price! What more do you want?" At this point I became very upset as well and returned Dennis' question in an elevated voice. I said "Dennis, these tires were on sale two weeks ago and will be on sale again (in fact these tires are now in the Nov 3 - 9 flyer for 25% off). I see your shop rate is $105 an hour! Well Dennis, it just so happens that my waiting time for you to correct your mistake is also $105 and hour! Is my time worth nothing? Is this how you treat your customers Dennis?"

Dennis then turned his back on me and walked away. I was informed by another employee that he was placing a call to the service manager who had now left the store for the day. Apparently Dennis could not be bothered to inform me of this himself. Upon returning to the counter approximately 10 minutes later, Dennis informed me that there was nothing he could do. I said, "That's fine Dennis. I will be contacting head office to file an official complaint on you". At this time, I paid the bill in full, asked for the telephone number of head office, and wrote down Dennis' full name.

Of note, at NO TIME during this entire ordeal, did I receive even the slightest hint of an apology from Dennis nor hear the slightest hint of regret in his voice. This mistake is 100% the result of Dennis arguing with me as to the type of tires which were currently on my vehicle, the types of tires I wanted installed on my vehicle, and his lack of caring to ensure my order was filled correctly. Had I received some sort of an apology, I would have at least felt that my time and my business was worth something to Canadian Tire. In my opinion, Dennis Heinrick should not be in the customer service line of work. I will most definitely NOT be returning to this Canadian Tire store in the future. I have written this letter in hopes that others do not have to go though a similar experience with this store. I also feel I should be compensated for my time, inconvenience, and the disrespectful manner in which I was treated. Thank you for taking the time to hear my concerns.

Canadian Tire tire change service

One of the auto service agents at canadian tire on dundas st London ON is extremely irresponsible. Last Sunday Oct 29 I took my car for tire change at their store, after the service the lady told me she would call. There was no call and after 2 hours when I was at the store she told me that the service couldn't be done as they didn't have extra set at the store. She didn't care to call me to inform that. Then the same day I ordered for a set of 4 tires and she again told me she would call me to inform once the tire arrives. After a week this morning i called the store and another person informed me that the tires were there and I could make an appointment for the installation.
I'm very disappointed at this extremely irresponsible behavior by a store agent.

Canadian Tire appointment system is useless

I made an appointment for 5:00pm to change my tire. I came on time for this. I was advised that there was a long queue but the staff guaranteed that it will be finished at least before the store closes at 9pm. I know the store will close at 8pm but I assumed they would extend bec of the long queue. She promised to call me at my mobile number if there's anything they need to inform me regarding my car. I came back at 8:05pm and they were closed and they did not change the tire on my car. Luckily, I saw 2 staff coming out of the store and inquired about my car. They had no idea at all bec they work from other department. They helped me at least get my car key back otherwise I will be leaving my car outside their store. Canadian Tire did not even bother call me at my mobile number when they could not do the job. How irresponsible and insensitive company. It was cold and had blowing snow in winnipeg. I don't see any reason why a phone call was not done at least ! I had an appointment and not just walk-in. What's the use of having an appointment if you cannot deliver a service !

Canadian Tire rude employee offers no help

I would like to file a complaint for an employee at your "Parts" section near the automotive centre.

Thursday (November 2, 2017) around 8:30pm I was at your Canadian Tire location in South Edmonton Commons, Edmonton AB. I was with my boyfriend looking for a small heater for his van. There was one employee (who I later found out is named Matthew) who was in the aisles talking with two friends. Eventually after having no success looking ourselves I asked him where we could find one. He said "I don't know, maybe try aisle 6". I searched the aisle completing before returning to him, and his friends, and saying "There is none in aisle 6" to which he replied "i don't know, we might not have any" so I said "do you sell them here" and he said " i don't know man". And resumed his conversation with his two friends (one female, one male).
After this I was very frustrated. We ended up going into the "parts" line up which was quite long and there was only one person working consistently and then another younger guy who would ring someone through and then leave for an extended period of time. It was an exhaustive wait - with about three customers ahead of us it shouldn't have taken that long but the one person who was consistently working was helping an older woman.

Eventually a young man comes up and logs in to serve people - Matthew sees the line up and says to the young guy who just signed in (whose name I found out was Caleb), "I'm going to do face" with another employee.
Caleb asked him to come help at the cash since a log line had formed (at least 8 people). During this time many employees, including a manager, had walked by noticed the long line and did nothing to sign in to do cash, apologize for the wait, or offer to help if someone just had questions.
Caleb asked Matthew to come help to which Matthew said something to "you got it" to Caleb and kept walking. Caleb then left and followed Matthew and eventually they both came back and Matthew was muttering to Caleb "if you just did your job ". Matthew was incredibly rude not only my boyfriend and I as customers but he was blatantly rude to Caleb. It was disgusting to witness. We asked Caleb if he knew of a small heater and he left the cash and walked us (quickly) right to aisle 7 where it was. He was super kind and efficient and composed despite Matthew being disrespectful.

My boyfriend and I both were 16 at one point and worked jobs (he at Canadian Tire and me at Tim Hortons) and we know what it's like to want to socialize with our friends and coworkers but we ALWAYS put customers first. This Canadian Tire is notorious for being slow especially in the parts department. It is very frustrating to be standing in line to ask a question to see several employees rush past you and not address you at all.

We choose to go to this store because it is large but I think we will prefer smaller stores that offer better customer service and efficiency.

Canadian Tire service

I was purchasing wiper blades. The handy guide said there was 30+ in stock but none on the rack. I went to the automotive counter to inquire if they had some the two young people working the counter continued their conversation finally they acknowledged me so I asked if they had any 22A Bosch Icon blades they said they had none. The handy guide said they had some neither one checked. So I figured they were right. I went to look for different wipers also not on the shelf. I went back to the automotive counter this time a more senior person was there she looked up the original wipers and imagine that they had some. I said to the other two next time you should go look because you do have some. They said "don't be rude" I walked away. I spend lots of money at this store. Totally un expectable. I did buy my wipers. The store is located in Olds Alberta. I was there at 5pm on November 4 2017

Canadian Tire price match policy and complaint

I went to shoppers word location and want to buy Vacuum cleaner [protected] on clearance for $89.99 as per website price . I visited store to purchase the item yesterday evening Saturday Oct 28, 2017 but they advised that they don't have in stock and lets see if another store have it and they checked in the system and mention that George town Canadian Tire store has two in stock and we called immediately to Georgetown store and request to ship to Brampton store and they mention that sorry, you have to come and pick up from George town . Today morning Sunday I drove all the way from Brampton to George town and they refused to give me for $89.99 by saying that our store is different while Carrying the same name Canadian tire... cannot digest that. Then I refer about the one day before conversation and mention that why their wasn't proper disclosure about the price . But they don't want to listen. I am a Layman and I assume that all stores are same as other franchise. and policy is same and price should me same at all locations .

Canadian Tire management

Dear Canadian tire, I am presently hired as a store commis located in Gaspe. I loved my job until recently. We have a serious shortage of employes and each one of of is doing a job alone that requires a minimum of 3 to 4 people. I have been in charge multiple times of the tool section, the quincaillerie, sports, kitchen and seasonal all at once due to a lack of employees. I have asked recently for a pay raise or for them to find another employee to help and none of these demands have been met. I have been feeling overwhelmed at work and very tired to come home to my kids after work. Due to this I am considering giving in my 2 weeks because I feel no support at work from my managers. Hopefully this letter will fall in good hands and make some serious changes needed in the Gaspe Canadian tire. Many clients have asked me already; how do I handle so much. My answer is; I like a job well done. But my envy for success is diminishing and do not feel like making anymore improvements in our store.

I was supposed to receive it on oct 22 2017 at the fredericton, nb store. As a result I booked an appointment for oct 27 for my tire change, assuming my new wheel would be here.

I called the store the other day, they had no way of knowing (south side store in fredericton, nb on smythe st) the status of my order.

They told me to call canadian tire online, where I placed my order [protected].)... I called the other day, around 2 days ago.. They said they have no way of finding the status of my order, they could only say it was in progress...

This is not acceptable, my order, paid, was supposed to be here on oct 22. I have scheduled an appointment for this friday and I have no clue where my wheel is...

Please kindly confirm the status of my order, other wise I will request a refund.

I have a scheduled appointment for this friday in fredericton and need this item..

Thank you.
