Issue 1 :

I tried to complete a withdrawal transaction 6 days before and i did not get the money.

here is the screen shot .

Please kindly find the below withdrawal request:

[protected]:07:11 [protected]:07:15 [protected] Withdrawal USD -1268.55 USD Card Sent Your withdrawal has been sent.
Please allow some time for funds to arrive at your bank account.
1. How long it will take the withdrawal to reach my bank ?

Issue : 2

There is a bug in withdrawal button, when i click withdrawal it took money from my bank, instead of crediting the money, it took the same amount of money- the transaction is listed as "ECP OCT Service POS Debit London".

Amount debited - 80602.63

So i did not get my withdrawal money 1268.55 USD and additionally i have been debited for 80602.63 without my authorization...

Moreover, i tried to reach them in many ways... response was too little...

Hi .. did they managed to resolve the issue? I have the same issue too... suppose to credit the money to my bank but in the end deducted the money from my account instead
