Chili's Grill & Bar dinner customer service or lack thereof...

On Jan 20, 2016 at 6:15pm, My wife and I took our daughter and her boyfriend out to a movie and a dinner next door at the Glendora Chile's. Our waitress was lauren and food server was teddy. The restaurant was not crowded at all and we were set to celebrate my daughter's 26th birthday. The food came on time and my daughter asked lauren for some pico de gallo. Lauren never came back! I had ordered the unlimited enchiladas and Lauren never returned as i finished my plate. We did notice that lauren went to the table behind me at least 3 times and that group was seated after us. The hostess did her best to not look at anyone already seated as she walked thru the area. Finally, after about 35-40 minutes, we waived down teddy. i asked for the next order of enchiladas & the pico de gallo for my daughter. He asked had lauren put in the order for them & I told him she had not come back since we had been served. we waited another 10-15 minutes, paid our bill on the remote table top machine and were getting ready to leave when she brought the enchiladas boxed. For the first time in my life, i did not leave a tip. Google Chiles Complaints. Called the manager and corporate! "Oh, we're sorry..the day manager said, 'we'll send you some coupons"..." How about a refund or come back & have a better dinner on on us. Worst service ever! A real lack of concern by management or corporate. yet when you google Chile's complaints...seems we werent the only ones that got horrible service!

Chili's Grill & Bar id policy problem / bad customer service

I had a similar experience today . I asked for an alcohol beverage, waitress then asked for my ID not a driver license.
I took out my only Mexican picture ID issued in California. He then said "sorry we can't take that " I asked "why not" he said to me "we just don't " My friend going with me then said ok I'll take the drink and she took out her California ID . of course it was for me so I was drinking it . Manager then came up to me trying to explain once again only that he actually had a better reason and mentioned it was under their policy .manager then said to me he can take a California iD or a PASSPORT I was in total shock and disbelief and couldnt comprehend his concerned . I was upset and bother . I thought it was all about the age when drinking alcohol, sadly today I learned it isn't. I believe chiles must have more knowledge of what kind of Id's they should take rather than just taking one kind. Not all of us can obtain the same kind .

Chili's Grill & Bar waiter

My oh my! The manager "jason" didn't even say "sorry" he (Manager) brings me a towel and a club soda after the waitress waste barbeque sauce on my green dress. This particular sunday i had to sing at another church. I gave the waitress my business card for her to have the manager call me asap! My dress was a personal loaner dress for the show that night. I had to pay got of pocket for cleaning! I've called the restaurant never has the manager called back! Please train your waiter's and your waitress!

after dinning at Chili's last night: food ok, service very good. Our server ask for us to enter and " how we did " survey.
this is a scam to take you to another site trying to sell something (?) I caught the $9.95 a month and informed the operator, I was not interested.
I truly did not believe Chili's would lower themselves to this level!

My otherwise good experience at Chili's restuarant was sp0iled by a woman yakking on her cellphone at the top of her lungs. Her loud conversation was so annoying, and the staff at Chili's did not ask her to quiet down; very upsetting!

Chili's Grill & Bar misleading their customers

As admirable as it may be that Chili's has their "causes", it is despicable that they drive their agenda through deceit. I was just "blocked" from Chili's FaceBook page, my commment removed which you can see here:

"Chili's is becoming another Fox News outlet. I'm still incensed by their new policy of "no e-cigs permitted". It's fine that they have banned them. I get that...their choice, but...what is wrong is that they are telling their customers that the FDA has banned all e-cigs. This is an insult to customers who happen to be up on the news and know for a fact that they have not been banned by the FDA. When I asked Chil's corporate for a copy of the FDA ban they essentially told me that as far as they were concerned the issue was closed, no need for further communication. I love how Chil's has their head in the sand on so many issues and willingly misleads their customer base."

My boyfriend and I always enjoy Chili's but tonight was different. Our waitress never told us her name, never smiled, didn't check on us. She would laugh and chat with other customers. We waited 20 minutes for an appetizer and 45 for our entrees. When we asked for our check, which we were tired of bad service and waiting and ready to go home, she proceeded to chat and laugh with coworkers. Our food was horrible. My bun to my cheeseburgers was very hard. My boyfriends trio fajita had more onions than meat. We will not be going back for a while.

Chili's Grill & Bar refused service

My wife and I went to eat at Chilis for lunch and nobody was in the restaurant apart from a hostess and two waitresses that were drinking at the bar when we walked in. The hostess greeted us and told us we need to sign their guest book and provide our name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address prior to being seated. We told her we didn't want to and she said then she can't seat us.

Chili's Grill & Bar horrible service and health violations

My family and I decided to have lunch at chili's today despite the fact that we all know they have terrible service. We thought with them not being so crowded it'd be a little different. It was not! My fiance and I shared a glass of tea because they were so slow with the refills, also I found a long hair in my pasta. When I explained to the manager what I'd found he only offered me another plate of pasta, no discount or comp. I was appalled. I decided to go to the restroom which has a clear view of the kitchen and noticed all the workers in there were girls with long hair and NO HAIRNETS or even hats! I cook for a nursing home and we are not aloud to even be near the dining area without a hairnet! That is so unsanitary! Needless to say we will never go back to chili's in tupelo ms.

My family and I drove from out of town and went to the Mall. Chilis Was one of our families favorite restaurants were we usually meet for dinner. From our previous visits to Chilis in the past there has been an excellent experience..But this particular time in this Chillis we had a part of 10 due to our family comming from out of town..We arived at Chilis around 6:40pm, and was told by the host that will be seated in 10 minutes..The host then came back and said that we will be seated in 15 minutes, 40 minutes later still no seat..Meanwhile in between the time we were waiting the host was seating tables of 6 and 8 and even parties of 7..We kept asking the host when were we going to be seated and she said in a couple of minutes..After the 40 minutes we were eventually seated but she tried to make us split up and sit at two different tables, but all this time there was a table that seated all of us. By this time its around 7:20 pm we get seating then 20 minutes later we finally get drinks, we order food. We actually ordered apetizers then another hour we receive our food at 8:40pm we got the food before we received our appetizer, didnt get the appetizer had to tell the waiter that we didnt get it..He then went back to the back and said that they didnt make the appetizer, I ordered french fries but got beens and rice which I am allergic to black beens, my niece food didnt even come, so he had to go back and fix it, then he came back and said that they were out of chicken tenders. So she had to wait an additional 15 minutes to eat. We requested to speak to the manager but the waiter said that it was his fault, and we still didnt talk to one...There was one guy walking around speaking to every table, but ours...Im assuming that he was the assistant manager or the manager, but when we went to Chili at other locations, they made sure they made there way to the larger tables other than the smaller one's. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a chilis, and was very disappointed in my visit, and will not be back to this location. And will not recommend this location for my business anymore or anymore of our family gatherings.

About a year ago, my husband and I went for dinner at our local Chilis. We were seated quickly. We were told that 2 people would be serving us that evening. One was a young man and the other a woman. Why they need 2 waiters/waitresses is beyond me...anyway, the young man came over about 10 minutes later, no one asked if we wanted anything to drink...he asked if we were ready to order. We were, so we did, and asked if we could get something to drink as well. His reply was "oh, no one asked you if you wanted anything? well, I will go let them know that you would like your beverages." Uhhh, why don't you just go get them! We received our meal, about 10 minutes later a woman, the other waitress, asked how we were doing. We were fine at that moment. So, we finished our meal...without any refills on drinks...because no one ever came back to check on us. My husband wanted more soft tortilla shells so he could finish his meal and we were also talking about dessert. The young man came back to the table, with the CHECK! he proceeded to say that he would take that up when we are ready. I said "well, could we maybe get some more shells for his meal and maybe some refills on drinks"? he seemed unfazed by the fact that we had to ask and were not ready to leave yet...! So, he brought us drinks and shells, I asked for a take out container and he asked about the bill again. This was no where near closing, just FYI, it was about 9pm on a Saturday! So, then we waited for him again to come back with my container, which was about 20 minutes later and yes, by that time we were ready to leave. When he came back with the container, I gave the bill to him and said, "guess we won't be having dessert tonight...", no response...I sent an e-mail to Chilis after that. They did try to contact me by phone, it was the manager of the local Chilis, I was unable to take the call, since I was at work. The following day, I received a voucher in the mail for so much off our next meal. About a month later, we decided to go ahead and try it again and use our voucher, all was fine with out meal and the service. The manager who was working that evening, came over to the table (after we handed our waitress the voucher when she collected for our bill) and asked how everything was, it was fine... About 3 weeks ago, we were out and about and wanted to stop for lunch...well, we decided to stop in at that same Chilis, since last time was fine. Well, low and behold this visit was not...again! I will not be returning to Southgate, Chilis. We were barely waited on. Had to ask for napkins 3 times and you would think they were rationing them because she brought us one at a time, when one of us was having ribs! NEVER asked if we wanted another drink. At one point my husband had to get up and walk over to the bar to ask if he could have another. We ordered chips and salsa, which we never received. Even though we asked twice for them. Not sure if the waitress even cared if we got anything, it was not busy, it was early on a Sunday, a few people seated in the bar area. We waited a half hour to get our bill, because everytime we did see our waitress she was near the bar, talking to other employees or only taking care of the men at the bar...hmmmm. So, maybe Chilis in Southgate, Michigan needs to review their employees. Have better hiring requirements. Maybe hire some waitresses who know how to read and write, since pretty much they all seem pretty oblivious to what is going on and the waiters not much better, only concerned with when their customers are ready to leave! Not a good way to earn your tip money!

That does sound like some pretty bad experiences!My boyfriend and I had a waitress that never refilled our drinks either and would ask how we are doing but then walk away as we were answering.I haven't experienced anything like you did though.

Why didn't you ask to see the manager during your visit/meal? They can't fix it if they're not aware what's happening!

I am not sure what some of these other comments are all about. The bottom line I am surprised that the servers don't really understand how they're really compensated, yes, tips! Like I mentioned before you need to notify management when service is not up to par. Although Chilis is not a 5 Star restaurant, they still charge enough for their food to make a decent profit. I think McDonald's has better service than the service you experienced!

I think you noticed that my profile says male and you are picking on me because I am gay. I did not want to bring this up but the reason I believe I got bad service from Chili's is because we are an homosexual married couple. You noticed this as well and made you rude comments. Frankly if they are going to discriminate against me for being a homosexual they will not be getting our service.

OH by the way I am not seven. I am 20.

Chili's Grill & Bar poor service and food

My husband and I called in our order to the Weatherford, Tx Chili's. Because we've both been working very long hours and were exhausted, we ordered extra so that we really had no worries about having enough and having leftovers when we returned home. We spent $50 for two people! We were absolutely fine with the price, but I think when someone spends that much, the order ought to be correct. Upon arriving home, I not only find that the sides are incorrect with my meal, but the flavor is less than appealing. I'd ordered a large side of ranch dressing, which we didn't receive. I ordered a drink to go and got something completely different, my husband's meal lacked very much appeal, as well. When I orders my meal, the girl asked if I wanted the usual sides that come with it. I said yes. Instead, I got nearly tasteless sides from two other meals.
I'm truly disappointed in the food's representation, flavor, portion size, and the fact that about four things were completely wrong with an order we spent half one hundred bucks on! Very poor job, Chili's!

On Saturday, August 4, 2012 I went to Chilis restaurant with my family. The four of us stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated in an empty bar. When we finally got a seat, we waited another 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us to come and take our order. The whole time we waited, there was a group of 5 waitresses laughing and talking in the corner. When the waitress finally took our order, she was very rude and tried to rush us along. My sister asked a couple of questions about your promotional "2 for $20" deal and was given incorrect information about it. (we found that out after we got the bill). We waited for our food for another 20 minutes, which was a little frustrating for 2 reasons: 1.) We had to be someplace by 7:30 pm, 2.) My boyfriend and I only ordered appetizers. When we kept looking for our waitress, we could see her once again in the corner with 4 other waitresses laughing. They were laughing so hard that someone had to come and tell them to be quiet. Our food and check arrived at the exact same time, which I feel was rather rude. Chilis has always been my favorite restaurant to go to, but after the experience we had on Saturday, we will no longer go there.

It appears that Chlie's got a hold of my complaint and removed it from the site. I am glad I had a copy of the complaint on file so I don't have to type it again.

I have had mostly good experiences at Chili's up until today. Today I had the WORST experience ever at a Chili's restaurant at the Fayetteville, AR location. First off the wait was terrible. Me and my husband waited a whole hour to get seated. Then when we ordered chips and dip as appetizers and those took forever to get there. It also took too long to get our drinks. When we finally did get our drinks my Diet Coke tasted all watered down". I sent it back just to get another drink that came just a little less watered down|. When I went to the restroom between getting our appetizers and the main course, the restroom was filthy nasty:. Some woman had also peed all over the floor and it was going everywhere|. Plus there was dirty diaper with ### all over the changing table". I went straight to my waitress and alerted her about it all/. She said they were aware of the situation, but were too short staffed at the time for someone to go and clean it up, . The meal was less than satisfactory and tasted uncooked;. We hardly ever saw our waitress and left 2 pennies for her tip

Poor managment? Poor customer service? Well we couldn't get served! We waited patiently, but still no service. A waitress did stop by our table with a buch of dirty dishes and spit out some words that didn't make sense because she was talking to fast! Oh ya, she was trying to turn her tables over so she could make some money! Well this table walked out after I watched 2 other tables get sat, drinks on the table and free chips and then there orders getting taken! Looks to me like this server is used to having this section all to herself but if she cannot handle it you will loose customers. You lost one here. We went accross the street to applebee's and the waiter there was very attentive and the manager was even walking around the dinning room making sure everything was gonig smooth! Don't go to this chili's if your hungry because you wont get feed!

on march 28 i called to place an order put was put on hold for about 30min then i hung up an called back then i told the person on the phone my order an i asked for the amount of my bill i was put back on hold for about 15more min then some on Else answer the phone the person who took my order didn't put it in so i had to give it again.i was told my order would be ready in 20 to 25 min when i got there to pick up my order was not ready i waited another 35min before i got my order when i made it home my food was not what i order an there was very poor customer service .

Chili's Grill & Bar a racist & lousy restaurant; very poor customer service

My Second time going to Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant will be my last, the 1st time was a horrible experience the food was bad, and the waitresses were lazy and stupid, I gave them a second chance, hoping that they have changed, and they haven't, the waitress was very rude & the food tasted worst!

This chilis sucks. It has had great bartenders and servers but the owner try's to screw the customers. Today was a perfect example. The Managers have been told that they can't fill up beer glasses. They have to let it settle to an inch above top. That is crazy management and I will not go back. I will tell you that Logans, Carolina ale house, Buffalo Wild Wings and all others will fill up your beer.

Chili's Grill & Bar bad experience

On Aug 13th my husband and I went to the Chilis located in Houma, LA (70360). I had to talk my husband into going because he had eaten there a few months ago and was very unimpressed with the service and the food. I wanted to try the "two for $20 ribs" so I told him we should go to dinner early so it would not be busy and see if he had a better experience. We entered the restaurant a few minutes after 4pm. We were told by the hostess (who never once smiled) there would be a 15-20 min wait. To my left I could see 10 tables, some clean, some just needed to be wiped down and some with dirty glasses still on them. Out of the 10 tables, 1 table had customers. To my right (the bar area) I could see 12 tables with 2 tables with customers. Several people came in and some looked around and decided to eat elsewhere, some went to eat at the bar. During the 30 minutes we waited only 2 additional tables were seated somewhere in the back of the restaurant. The discussion between the waiting guests was how we could not believe there were so many tables available, but so few were being seated. It was amazing to me the waitstaff did not seem to be concerned either, even though they only had one or two tables in the areas I could see, with customers. At the end of our 30 min wait I finally asked to speak to the manager. A very nice man by the name of James came to the front and asked if we were being helped. I explained to him the above concerns and his takeaway was the hostess had told us we were going to have a 30 min wait. I explained that she had said 15-20 min, but that was not the point I was trying to make. Again I showed him the empty tables to the left and right and explained that two other sets of customers had been waiting longer than us and that made no sense for the number of empty tables and adequate staff. He apologized and we left to go next door to the Outback (I found out they have ribs also). Outback was much busier, but there was no wait. We were seated immediately by a very friendly hostess. Within 10 minutes we were eating our salad, bread and had our drinks. The two experiences were completely different. I remember several years ago when Chilis was one of our favorite restaurants. Now we will not waste our time ever going back.

my husband and i went there for lunch today and had the worst experience ever. my waitress brought us our burgers and never came back to our table to see if we wanted anything, which we did. my husband wanted some mustard and i told her my burger didnt have the shoestring onions on it like it was suppose to. she said she would be right back and finanally came back with the mustard after he was done with his burger. same thing with the onions. my burger was so overcooked that it would choke you. i looked at it and it was burnt on one side and way overcooked. she never came back. i wanted some more coke and never got a refill. later she slapped the receipt on our table and said thanks and walked on. she never asked us if we wanted any dessert, which usually we do order dessert. we were pretty fed up by this point and paid our bill and left, with no tip for her. i just wanted to let you know how i feel because i usually never complain but that was a big waste of money and probably never go back there again.

It's Sunday night decided to go to the Chili's in Novi, Mi and sit in the bar area have dinner and watch the football game...Upon arriving there was an open table in the bar area however it needed to be cleaned. We told the hostess we wanted to sit in the bar area so there was no need to add us to the wait-list.

After several and I mean several minutes of waiting the table was still not cleaned and I again approached the hostess only to be told everyone was busy...I continued to wait and watch as those who arrived well after me were seated and had started receiving their food.

Again I approached the hostess only to be told once again the servers in the bar area were too busy to clean the table...At this point I gave up on watching the football game in the bar area and asked to sit in the regular table area. Of course I then had to wait my turn for a table.

Despite what was an obvious bad situation no one from management got involved and the hostess appeared afraid to ask the bar area servers why it was taking so long to clean the table...I ate my meal and promptly left.

While I was upset enough to send this e-mail, management of Chili's should be even more upset...the bar servers let a profit producing table sit un-cleaned and vacant in order to ease their workload...then rather than me and my guess having appetizers, dinner and drinks as we watched the game we only had dinner no drinks, no appetizers and the restaurant didn't get the revenue from those items.

What happened to me tonight only cost me time and my perception of Chili"s but it cost Chili's revenue (and we both know this probably didn't only happen to me but is a regular practice for the bar servers to control workload) and very possibly it cost Chili's a regular customer.

had a bad experience with chili's in carpenters-ville!food was cold and awful!thought seeing it was close to home would give it a try we waited to be seated for about 5 min no hostess was at the stand at all, the waiter acted like he was scared of us 11never once asked would we like a refill on our drinks ! soda and a tea!will never go back to that chilis ! we paid 25.00 for cold food and crappy service !

CHILI'S SUCKS! DON'T EVER BUY STEAK FROM CHILI'S THEY NO LONGER USE A GRILL FOR YOUR STEAK INSTEAD THEY PASS IT THROUGH A MACHINE. I HAVE A FRIEND THAT WORKS AT CHILI'S AND HE TOLD ME HOW MESSY THE KITCHEN IS AND HE WOULD NEVER EAT FROM CHILI'S AGAIN.

On Sunday night, I ordered two meals from Chili's on Broadway in Boise. Right now I am battling stage 4 cancer, so I look pretty bad, No eyelashes or brows, I wore a knit cap to cover my bald head. I have to wonder if that was the cause of my bad experience. I went into Chili's at 6:00. I had to go to the bar. The bartender was making change and did not even acknowledged me. Two men came in and sat at the bar about 10 minutes later. She drew their beers and then drew a beer for someone in the kitchen. By now I have been waiting 20 minutes. Finally she spoke to me. She went & got a waitress. The waitress said I had not placed an order. I told her I had used the computer ordering. The manager came out & informed me that they had my order, but the computer system does not put the time on it. Frankly whats the point of the system? He did give me a coupon for the next time I come in. Neither he nor the waitress offered offered to hurry and cook my order. If I had been acknowledged before the beer drinkers there would have been time to cook my order. Not one of them offered to do that for me. Is this really Chili's? I know Sunday are not busy but I still expected to get the meal I ordered,

Chili's Grill & Bar the worst hostess and waitress ever

Ok so yesterday my boyfriend and I went to this Chilis place near I70 in aurora for dinner. It was the worst dinner experience ever. First we told the hostess that we wanted a booth and she kept insisting to put us at a table because it would ruin her order or something! After 5 min of her arguing with us and me STARVING i told her that at this point all we want is to just sit down no matter where. Then she said it was up to us! If it s up to me to begin with why are you standing there arguing with me for 5 minutes!
Anyway, she finally sat us at a booth and the waitress came...we got our drinks and placed the order...
An hour later we stil didn't have our food! Turned out the waitress FORGOT to place the order in the kitchen for half an hour! She was super slow and did not come to check on us or offer us coffee or water refills the whole time! It was soooo terrible that this was our last visit ever to Chilis! Worst customer service i ve ever experienced!

This place is always cold inside specially near bar side.Complained so many times all these years to general managers but no result.Cold even in winter time.Always staff noise coming from kitchen side.Food gets COLD quickly if having dinner in bar lounge area

I definitely know for a fact that the hostess does need to place people in certain places to keep from over-seating servers. It is for this very reason that Chili's employs a hostess in the first place, to keep people from seating themselves wherever they choose and causing a major disruption in table distribution per server which in return causes for the service to greatly suffer in return. The fact that your food came out after such a long time and that your server "forgot" to put your order in probably had something to do with the complaining that took place on your behalf upon your arrival. Always remember not to piss off your server, as it can tend to have a negative effect on your experience.

Chili's Grill & Bar service

Wife and I stopped in for an early dinner on a recent Sunday afternoon. There was no "host" at the front desk, and no sign
telling us to either wait to be seated or seat ourselves. We stood by the desk for a couple of minutes, feeling unsure and a
little embarrassed, then decided to seat ourselves. Although there were several servers standing no more than 10 feet from our table, chatting with each other of course, none would look in our direction and none came to welcome us much less take our order. After 7 minutes, and seeing that nothing would induce any of these people to serve us, we made moves to leave. Oddly, at that very moment, the "manager" came over and apologized for no one having realized we were there! When we explained that the problem started because the host was not at his/her station, she lamely excused the person by stating that she left to take some dishes to the kitchen. We suggested that a small sign, put in place whenever the host left, would solve at least an important part of the problem (only partially because the servers are not trained to think for themselves)
she told us that "corporate" didn't allow any kind of seating sign. Yeah, right.

Tilapia on a plank - comes with salad - 10.95 - asked for an exchange of salad _ I don't eat cheap iceberg lettuce- tilapia - small, no seasoning, undercooked - charged an extra 2.95 for romaine lettuce even tho server did not say it was an extra charge when I asked her. Poor food and poor value!

I won't go to Chili's again!

On Saturday, April 16, 2011, a friend and I visited Chili's located near the mall in Valdosta, GA around 1pm. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy and we was seated pretty quickly, The service there was horrible, though! The waitress paid us absolutely no attention. It took her ten minutes to come take our drink order, and since it took her so long, we went ahead and ordered our food too. After waiting another ten/fifteen minutes everything came out at once (courtesy of another waitress). My friend and I noticed that our waitress wasn't just neglecting us, but she was neglecting her other tables too. When we was finished eating, we waited thirty minutes on our tickets (even after asking 2 different servers, including an employee that was dinning in the booth behind us--she overheard the conversation between my friend and I). The manager actually walked out and was talking with the girl, his waitress, that was dinning in, and when were still ticketless, the girl told him, he walked over, apologized, and said he would go get our ticket. He did not suggest a discount on our bill or anything of that matter. Five minutes after his attempt at being a "manager, " our waitress came with our ticket, and we walked out the door paying the entirety of our bill. SO needless to say, not only is the service HORRIBLE but the management is HORRIBLE too! We should have been in there, at the most, forty-five minutes, but we ended being in there for two hours.

If you're in Valdosta, GA and are thinking about dining out--stay away from this Chili's and their poor service! If I could suggest something, go to Cheddar's--great service, food, and good prices!

In recent months we have tried to have a meal at three different Chili's: New Iberia, Lafayette, and Lake Charles, Louisiana. We experienced the same behavior at all three. The wait staff is not giving the customers the proper attention. We felt neglected! Service was very poor. I want to know who is in charge of training and how are the servers being told to attend to their guests. I have totally had it with Chili's. There is a Ruby Tuesday nearby...That's where you will find me.

Chili's Grill & Bar forgery and fraudulent charge

On 08 January 2011, my son and I had dinner at Chili’s Restaurant located at 6121 Westheimer Road, Houston TX. I paid for my order using my visa credit card (9960). Upon receipt of my credit card statement later in the month, I noticed the charge was much higher than what had been ordered. Upon further investigation, it has been verified by the management staff that a $15.00 tip was included with my $23.00 order.
The Chili’s management team immediately removed the fraudulent charge. After several days of communicating with the staff, I became even more concerned that the individual who willfully forged my signature may have access to my card number and security code. I expressed this concern to senior management to include the area director, Jack Elder.
On 29 January, I was in the area and decided to stop in and request a copy of my receipt. Much to my surprise, the receipt bore a forged signature with fraudulent charges. The manager on duty was less than accommodating under the circumstances. I addition, the waiter who served my son and I is still working at the establishment. He is the one who forged my signature and made the fraudulent charge.
Chili’s management team has failed miserably to reconcile this issue. I have contacted my credit card company to make them aware of the fraudulent charge. I have also filed a police report of the incident.
It is very discouraging to be the victim of thief and have no recourse. I have requested an audit of my numerous visits to that same Chili’s location, but to no avail. The management team seems to think this issue is resolved. On the other hand, I contend as long as Chili’s continues to employ people who clearly lack honesty and integrity, this issue remains unsettled. The public is entitled to know this organization condones forgery and fraudulent charges by its employees.
I shall continue to make every effort (public and private) to ensure this type of misconduct does not happen to any loyal customers of Chili’s and or Brinker International. I have forwarded a copy of this compliant to the Texas State Attorney General’s office as well as your establishment. Additional communications will be viral.

Just tried one of their new lunch specials - $9.95 for what was a kids-menu item at most every other chain restaurant. Very disappointed!

We got a grasshopper from mush potatoes. I don't believe there food safety...then the manager cut off price only that meal... how do you think our feeling? I think the bug was old equal the mush potatoes old too... How they keep food? Did they covered food?
