On 3/12/19 I went to Chili's on East Kemper Road Cincinnati Ohio and I had order the 3 for 10. On one of these order was supposed to be Roasted Corn so I asked the gentleman at the counter was on the roasted corn and he said yes I checked them and they were all plain corn on the cob. When I arrived home I realized that they had not put my fries in non on the boxes I ordered 3. Then when I ordered on the phone I told the guy 3 pink lemonades with no ice I get there and all 3 drinks had I so I asked him to remake them and he told me that they were out of lemonades. I have never seen a restaurant function so poorly. It seems like every time we go to this location there is always some kind of problems. We did contact the manager about not getting our fries so he said if my husband come back he would make sure we get them. We don't live around the corner from Chili's so it is a good 20 minute drive to go back to get something we should have gotten in the first place. Totally a big inconvenience they ruined my dinner that night by the time we had to go back to get stuff I did not even want the meal any more. Chili's needs to get it together or I will stop going period. Management does not seem to care

My name is Jason Starling. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. On 3/21/19 at 2:39pm I called in a pick up order to Chili's Grill & Bar, located at 817 Old York Rd, Jenkintown, PA 19046. I placed my order and was told that the order would take 30 minutes. I agreed, but when I arrived at 3:30pm, 50 minutes later, my order wasn't ready. I drove out of my way thinking that I would have a great experience. which did not happen. The manager walked pass me twice and never said a word. The bar server asked me what I ordered and he went to check on it. He told me that they were just making my order because the original chicken crispers were frozen. I was told that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I could not wait an aditional 20 minutes. I had my two children waiting for me to return to the car with their food which now I could not provide. I also was due in to work by 4:30pm which if I waited would have made me late for work. I had to find an alternative for my children to eat and they were hungry which frustrated me because I could not give them what I promised them due to this restaurants poor management. I am absolutely turned off from ever visiting this location again and I would like to be contacted with some type of resolve.

Our visit was to hikes lane and Bardstown rd location in Louisville Ky. Visit was March 3 2019 @ 845pm for our Anniversary dinner. Upon arrival the restaurant was about empty but tables were not cleaned off from previous customers. Restrooms were a disaster, toilet tissue, paper towels and water all over the floor. We ordered drinks before ordering food, it took a long time to receive them. Our food and waiter were good. Other employees were rude complaining about previous customers that had not left a tip after being a pain in their rear. Over all with the experience we had we would not be attending the restaurant again unless it is a carry out. You would just think spending over 70.00 on a nice dinner the experience would be better, or at least be pleasant and clean.

This is a complaint for 02/09/2019 at 11:55. My wife and I went to Chili's in Palestine, Texas for lunch today. Ordered the two most expensive items on the menu. (18 oz. Ribeye steaks). After waiting 30 minutes the food came out and the steaks were cold. I sent my food back, and my wife decided to keep hers. She took two bites and pushed it to the side. It was very tough and full of gristle. My next steak came out 20 minutes later and it was also full of gristle and very tough. By this time I had been in your restaurant for 50 minute with no food. The manger came over and could not even cut into it. By this time I could not take it anymore. I ordered a margarita chicken dish and my steak was taken off the ticket. When I got home I figured the chicken could not be bad but it was also tough and chewy. I had to throw it out. I am overall very unhappy with the food quality and the service I received. I wish someone could go under cover and see for themselves about the quality. My ticket was 511694. The total of my bill was $36.34. I would like a refund for this.

Chili's on rand road in Mt prospect il. Have been there two times in the last two months. First visit was terrible service wise. Didn't even see the server the entire time. Had to track down others. Floors were disgusting throughout the restaurant. The Manager was worse. Terrible Mgmt at that restaurant. The second was for a pickup. Stood at that counter forever. Finally went into that filthy kitchen and all that time the food had been sitting in a bag not warmed. Food was cold when I brought it home. I bought the two for 25. I asked what appetizers came. He then charged me additional saying that choice was not one. Again the floors were disgusting. You need better Mgmt at that location. I will not go back until it's better managed.

I walked in to the batesville Ms chills yesterday and stood at the door over 5 mins before the ditzy red hair manager greeted me. I think her name was Tanya or Tasha. As I walked to my table the floor was nasty and my booth was also. I asked for another table she smirked at me and walked next to the window and it's already too cold outside and it's like they have the damn air on. So me and my guest sit down and I see a waitress whispering in the red hair manager ear like she didn't want to serve us.. The red hair manager comes back and takes my drink order I asked was she gonna take care of us and she said no my server will b right out. Red hair brought my drinks and took my order. Order was wrong. Food was cold and the same server that whispered in the ear of the manager finally comes to the table to deliver my receipt. At this point I'm pissed off. Horrible service and the manager is dumb as a box of rocks. I will never return to this chills again. As long as that ditzy red hair lady is the manager I will never return.. Hint hint.. If your a man she will flirt with u all day.. Trust me I seen it happen right before my eyes. She paid more attention to the White male customers out of everybody

Let me first start off by saying that I used to be a server a few years ago at this very location so I know what was expected of me as a chillihead I took my mom there for her bday and told the waitress that it was my moms bday she didn't offer my mom free desert or had any servers sing happy bday nothing she also took over 15 mins to bring us are drinks we finally got are appetizer after I kid you not 50 mins and finally she put in are order 45 mins later are food came out cold and at that point I asked to please speak with her manager and she brought him to the table and he didn't try and make anything right he just kept making excuses and telling us how we were wrong on the times so after all this I had an online chillis coupon and the same manager wouldn't honor it he said it was a fake and that it hadn't come from the chillis web site I was so mad I couldn't see strait I know how I was expected to conduct myself as an employee and let me tell you that was the worst experience of my life as far as service goes and to top it all off they ruined my moms 65 birthday sincerely michael

On 10/30/2018 @ 7:34 pm we went to the Chili's at Dadeland #968 8815 SW 72 Place Miami, Fl 33156, we went for a quick bite, the quick bite took 2 hours and that was sitting in the bar area, very poor management. Finally when the food arrived, the chicken fajitas were under cooked, the chicken was very pink-very dangerous to eat raw chicken! We paid for a full meal that we didn't even touch. Had chips and salsa, two soft drinks and left.

I visited the above mentioned restaurant on November 10th, 2018 around 5:00 pm. I ordered the sizzling chicken fajitas, without red peppers and cilantro. They took half an hours to serve the meals, there were three of us, two with fajitas and a salad. When the two fajitas arrive at our table they were not sizzling like they are suppose to be. I took a bite of my chicken and it was completely raw, to the point that I had to spit on a napkin. I tasted the black beans and they were cold and the rice was hard. I called the server and she took the food back and apologize. The food was returned no sizzling again and again the beans were cold. Call the server and told her about it, she was very apologetic. I should have return the food because it was cold, and I was already feeling sick by looking at the chicken, I ate a few pieces of the chicken and asked for a box. She handed me the bill and I told her, am I really going to be charged for this horrible meal? she proceeded to call her Manager. He offer me another meal, a dessert and I told him I wanted the cost of the meal to be removed from my bill. He went away and came back and told me he will give me 50% off the meal. I told him absolutely no, he offer more food, then I told him I was going to contact Chili's corporate and complaint about the meal. He went away and never returned, all of the sudden the server came with a bill for 0 dollars. He was nowhere to be found. My questions what kind of a manager is he that can't face the customer. I arrive at my house a few minutes ago and I have been vomiting and now I have diarrhea. I will never visit another Chili in my life, no wonder that Chili is rated a three what others in the Rochester areas are rated a five. I want the Restaurant Manager to contact me and give me an apology . Mili Calvo, [protected]. Worse customer experience ever. Chicken is a very dangerous item to be served uncooked.

Nov. 2, 2018, Evening around 7 pm. Our weekly visit to Chillis in Boynton Beach Florida. Sat at bar with the amazing server Christine. Been a ritual for about two years as we've been going to the Wellington Chillis before we moved here.
This Night my wife had her usual 4 cocktails. She went to go to ladies room and suddenly couldn't walk. This has never happened. Since no one came to her aid I helped her to the ladies room. There was no one in there so I was able to help her into the stall. Not one female associate, not one manager, asked if we needed help.
I went back to my seat. Then someone said there's a lady on the floor in ladies room. Again no one especially the manager offered help. So I went myself. I opened the door and just looked to the immediate right at the first stall (for obvious reasons).
It's then yelled at by some young lady in her 20s to get out, her boyfriend tried to pick a fight with me. We are 65&68 years old..Still no assistance from the manager or anyone. Then her friends start yelling at me to not touch my wife. Really? I guess I should have just let her fall on face. I got back in their face. Told them to mind their business. It got loud and stupid. They www just shouting us down, embarrassed us. Finally your manager steps in, never asked about my wife, tells us not to come back. What? We go one to two times a week. Never saw these people there. But they maybe were his buddies.
So embarrassed us further by calling the police to have us trespassed. How humiliating, and still never asked if she needed anything.
Worse manager ever.
This whole thing could have been avoided if he did his job right the first time. However, after speaking to the police, they were not officially trespassing us. They were pretty shocked they were called at all.
This night manager needs some training or even be fired. His lack of action and professionalism caused a situation that a customer could have been injured. Allowing a group to become an angry mob and shout down two senior citizens was a direct result of his inability to do his job.

I am a 35 year old PHD student at a nearby college. As we do on a normal basis, a group of us arrived at approximately 9:50pm. I was denied the purchase of an alcoholic beverage because my only ID was a photo of my valid US passport. The waiter told me this was against ATF-regulation (which I speculated to be untrue). The manager "Mick" came to confirm his statement. I asked for proof of this legislation or policy. He said he would bring his rule-book; that never happened. During our checkout (3 tabs), every single tab was mismatched. The waiter was nowhere to be found to rectify the situation. We paid on the tablet. I stood up as we were leaving and asked for a to-go water, to leave, with my to-go order. This request was denied, because there was alcohol on the table. This waiter gave us a hard time since the moment we walked in the door, messed up our checks, disappeared to have them corrected, and denied my to-go water. I was demeaned, ignored, and treated like a criminal. Terrible experience. My group will certainly not be frequenting this facility any longer.

Went in door, restaurant was empty only two customers at the bar. 20 college kids outside. Went to sit at the bar was told no seating and no open bar available. Asked for manager said it was 20-30 minute wait. She said no open seating at the bar. I told her it was practically empty and she said not enough workers. So no seating. This is crap. Worst experience ever and especially at a chili's which I thought was a good place. This was at 7pm on a Thursday night. Staff was all standing around talking to other college kids whom I guess they all in classes together. How can you not except my business and afford to keep this place open if you will not wait on the very few customers that are there. I have never heard or seen this happen in my life and I am a business owner myself. Absolutely sad

There is a lady manager at Ponte Vedra/Jax Beach named Tiffany...with blue hair. Not sure of her last name. I'm a regular at this location and it's been going downhill for a few months. She is a TIRANT who berates her employees right in front of the entire restaurant. I've her threaten to fire a different employee every time I go there. The poor staff look like beaten dogs with their tail tucked between their legs. I've spoken to many friends, also regulars and if her behavior continues we will ALL take our business to Longhorns across the street.

What we thought would be a 30-40 minute midweek dinner before we had an appointment to make turned into a 2 hour process just to eat dinner. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait and we waited and were texted about 16 minutes later that our table was ready which was completely reasonable but, once we were seated we waited for approximately 20 minutes just to be introduced by waiter and get our drinks order. Our waiter sat down at our table and took our order, didn't even tell us her name, and treated us like robots. We are a newly wed young adult couple that expect to be treated with kindness and at the very least, friendliness. Then, it was another 15 minutes to get drinks and we NEVER got a refill that night for our drinks. We got our appetizer and then eventually our food came. When she took our dinner order I ordered a burger and she didn't asked me how I wanted it cooked, I had to tell her after she brought the drinks. The food was great which is why we chose to come to chili's as we have often done in our 2 year courtship. We felt disrespected and unacknowledged the entire night. She also never asked us what our dessert order would be because we got the 2 for $25 deal and I had to remind her about it. We were late to our appointment as we waited for our boxes and then check. We couldn't even pay with the Ziosk because it wasn't working and our waiter never acknowledged that until after we waited for another 20 minutes just to be able to pay and leave. She finally apologized for not taking our ticket sooner because she didn't know our ziosk was broken when it was on the booth table the whole time facing her. This was the worst service we received in a long time. We only saw her about 5 brief times in a period of 2 hours.

I ordered food on 10/15 around 4pm and noticed that around 6pm my card was charged twice. I called right away and asked to speak to the manager to get a refund. It's currently 6:25 and I have been on hold for 25 minutes. I do not think that it is acceptable to wait longer than 5 minutes. I need both charges refunded to my account. I am not waiting longer than 30 minutes on hold. I am not happy and unfortunately I always go to chilis and so does my family but after this experience I feel as if I am not a priority. I don't understand why a manager cannot spare 2 minutes to speak with me and refund my money because of a mistake they made! This is ridiculous. I provided photos of the 30+ minutes I waited on hold on the phone and the 2 charges on my account by chili's. Like I said I expect both charges to be refunded.

On October 6th I visted the chili's resturant in Tampa Florida on North Dale Mabry Hwy. I order a 6oz steak with 2 sides. The steak was over cooked and buttery. I also ordered a dessert which was the baked cookie sundae and the dough was only half cooked. I waited a for a while to get someone's attention and my waiter only came around the table when it was almost time to leave.

My family & I had dinner last night at your Tempe, Az location. First Our appetizer was made wrong & our waitress didn't pass by for about ten minutes so we can send it back. When we received our food everything was cold. Also my sons kids meal/Mac n cheese came out last. It was dry and cold. Once again our waitress was nowhere to be found. We paid for another kids meal. Very disappointing.

We had a party with 2 adults and 3 kids and were sat down and did not even get a waitress to speak or take a drink order until we sat for over 20 minutes. Once we finally got drinks & placed a food order our food came out after waiting a long time incorrectly so they had to fix it and we waited again! Next we ordered a coke zero- My sister is a diabetic and a coke for me. They mixed it up twice and gave my diabetic sister a regular coke risking raising her sugar levels... After we finished we did not get checked on which made us have to wait a long time to get our checks...

Overall experiences at this particular store have been horrible lately.
