Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Payment for accommodation in thailand not reimbursed through country club

I am a member of Country Club. I had got the membership from Country Club Saudi in 2016. Recently, I had planned a family trip to Thailand. I thought of availing the country club holidays option as it was part of the package and asked them to book the accommodation in Bangkok, Thailand. They booked it and shared me the voucher. Along with that, they asked me to pay the additional tax (Rs: 4266 (per day charges is Rs:20.6 usd)) for which i paid. They also said I do not have to pay any additional amount to the hotel in bangkok. So, once i reached the hotel in Bangkok on 8th August 2019 late in the night, the receptionist told that my booking exists but i have to pay the accommodation cost. When i told them that it has been booked from country club, the hotel receptionist said that they have not received any payment from country club and he will not let me do the check in without payment. He also said lot of customers from country club have been facing the same problem. It was a horrible experience for me. A Total Embarrassment. I contacted the country club representative from Saudi on Whatsapp immediately and told the issue. He apologized to me, asked me to do the payment and assured me that he will fix the issue. I paid around 4800 THB and took the receipt from the hotel and shared it with the country club representatives and asked for the reimbursement. It has been 3 weeks now, I have been following up with them to reimburse my amount but there is no proper response from them. Most of the times, the responses have been unprofessional.I just want my money back. Moreover, I have asked them to revoke my country club membership and refund my membership amount as I was totally unhappy with their services. There is no response for that too. In Fact, They have never called me on their own after i took the membership. This company lacks professionalism and ethics. Customer Satisfaction is horrible. I Suggest to everyone not to take any memberships from Country Club.
I do not know how to get my money back. I badly want them to revoke my country club membership and refund my membership amount. If country club does not solve my issue, I am going to take this issue to social media.

bought a fitness + tour package for RM12, 000.00 -

a lot promises given (free local tour, gold coin) - nothing materialized and got a news their services shifted to dubai. How are we in malaysia going to deal with the tour arrangement's and so on?

Rakesh and nantha for country club fitness you guys are responsible for this.

We are also paid RM 4000 in country club and after 2 weeks no response from Country club members (Rakesh main cheater). Please inform us, if you got any details about the cheater. We went to Bukit Bintang branch and they shifted already. Please trust them and one of the cheater in Malaysia.

We had paid 30, 000 aed for membership and we didnt get any service they are tied up with mashreq credit card and they gave us mashreq card credit card to pay in easy installment for membership and we end up paying for 2 years and now we have nothing but loan with mashreq
Country club is big cheater, [censored], [censored]ers they don't reply to any email and no one answering the phone in Dubai and even in India the office they keep there mouth shut and told you can speak to Dubai branch which doesn't exit at all

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club membership

One month back, walking near Riyadh Zoo with my family, I was approached by a person who claims to work for some tourist club and asked me to fill my details in a form. I just gave them my mobile number thinking it to be some gym membership offer. After that I started receiving calls almost every day from M/s Country Club, Akaria office, Riyadh saying that I have won a free vacation trip to any tourist attractions in India or to Sri Lanka, UAE, or Malaysia. They also informed that I have won a free gift and invited me & my family to attend a "presentation" about their company. I have been called many times to attend their presentation and collect my free gift and free tour package.

Though reluctant, I and my family decided to go to their office and see what they have to offer. What we saw there was a very nice office and very well dressed executives. We were taken to a hall and were made to sit for a presentation. It was a one-to -one meeting/presentation by one of the salesman named Mr. Taher (+966 50 5889110) and Mr. Khaja Masiuddin, (+966 53 429 2260) Line Manager.

These salesmen started talking about M/s Country Club, its offices, resorts, etc.. And they showed lots of pictures, some reference letters etc.. We were made to sit for two and half hours and mind washed to accept the offer. Their offer is something like this,

1. One week family holiday valid for 1 year.
2. Gym membership trial basis 10 days
3. 2 Nights-3 days' vacation package for 3 consecutive years for me and my family
4. Free GYM membership for lifetime.

After a lengthy presentation of two and half hours, I refused their membership offer for SAR 26, 000/- and then they offered another lower grade membership. I explained to them my job situation being critical and asking more time to review their offer which they disagreed. They insisted it has to be signed today and make payment. I signed the contract with M/s Country vacations International Limited, Riyadh and supposed to pay SAR 8, 000.00 as the total package from which I paid 50% (SR 4, 000).They asked me to pay SAR 4, 000 as the next installments. Somehow, I decided (was enforced) to take the membership and pay the money. Mr. Khaja Masiuddin (The manager) insisted to pay (SR 4000 totally) and (INR 52, 000 equivalent SR 2, 732) was paid through internet banking even when I excused for not having cash and balance SR 1, 268 paid through cash. Once they took the payment, the manager came with a contract and asked me to sign it. The contract terms were quite different than what they presented to us and we couldn't do anything as the payment was made. The manager told me that clauses in the contract are just a formality. They gave me the receipt and contract to me and we came back to our home after few minutes.

After we came back to our home and after analyzing all these things, I understood that we've been coerced into accepting this deal. However, 2 weeks later I lost my job and decided to cancel my membership and claim full refund as I wouldn't be able to continue and make further payment.
I never used the service even i did not received any product (membership cards as they claimed) yet, they also commit me that they will deliver the cards through courier within 2-3 days but it 30 days now and nothing.
So I went back to their office and informed them about my intention. They firstly refused any refund and upon requesting, asked me to write emails to customer care which I've been doing (12 emails already sent) for last 3 weeks but to no avail. Even the customer care persons aren't taking any calls or responding emails.

Now I am chasing them but nobody is picking the phone and not giving the response. Later I came to know from many forums about their cheating methods with many such customers in India and other Gulf countries.

I want my amount refunded (SR 4000/-) as I feel cheated and no promise has been fulfilled by country club.

In the name of Sanjeev Sharma and Faeza Aqueel.
We signed this membership for 30 years thinking they would adhere to the services as promised. Our first experience was horrible and later on it worsen as we were not heard. We being customers chased the company for hearing us but the only time they come in contact is outstanding mails. Why should we keep paying our hard earned money to a company like this? And now we are trapped. They are not listening to us when we want termination of the policy and want our money back. Please help

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club / country club doing fraud in riyadh/saudi arabia

Hello Friends!

Since I paid for the membership 8000.00 Saudi Riyals on 20th July 2018, I have not benefited what country club as promised. Once I got the membership next day I visited (After writing big mail about why I need to withdraw from this deal as I saw many negative reviews about their service) the office and met Mr.Sameer, (he is the one requested me to come after seeing my complaint email) demanded to refund my hard earning money as I felt I am cheated. He convinced & promised me, family gym facilities will be in Malaz with 4 months (means by November 2018) otherwise, will do the full refund.

When I recalled the whole process that the way how country club approached me to get into the deal; One day after shopping when I came from NESTO shopping Center (Malaz), a guy approached me and gave me a coupon to fill and get two weeks free gym in Malaz district, I interested and filled and gave, the next day a phone call from lady voice that I won a prize and invited to come with the FAMILY, we were excited, when we reached to CC office, they directed to the presentation room and told after the presentation, the gift will be given, then the presentation (convince and brain-washed) and sold a package. Gym facilities, local/abroad banquet facilities, travel and accommodation, etc. Firstly I was interested, especially gym for the family + other travel and accommodation plans.

**After the presentation I did not have money in my pocket. One guy came from CC Sales.. all the way to ATM get the 5000.00 SAR, then he came home to get the balance 3000.00 SAR; means they did not give a single minute to me, re-think or review my decision until I paid fully.

As of now, they have not provided the membership cards for any members, and when I inquired about local banquet facilities as promised but he changed his version, just small gathering or parties at like PAK house.. but initially(by presentation) it was said, in good hotels. Furthermore, when I asked about accommodation facilities in Turkey, where I visited, Mr.Sameer & sales agent, they did not give proper information.

I only visited your gym facilities for two months. This is the only benefit I got it. I tried to reach the customer care agents, most of them left your organization. Even I contacted Mr.Sameer (manager)he too left India (Later when I reached via WhatsApp, he said, if I need money.. do not go customer care.. they will not give.. better to approach via Riyadh Indian Embassy.

I renewed my complaint via mail (19.06.2019) to customer care (customercare@countryclubsaudi.com follow up mail to centralcustomercare@countryclubmail.com ), Called customer care.. one Mr. Suman, he said, mail forwarded to Dubai office, will get in two days.. then after I followed up, via call no answer (I call around 20 times), then I visited last night (18.06.2019), I was informed by Sale Guy, customer care team was not available, come next day.. and he promised, he will request to Mr.Sumanth or Customer Care team to call. But still no calls.

I feel ashamed of myself, how I opted to get into this deal so quickly. But I will fight till end get my money back and we need to protect other innocent people who will fall into their trap.

As I was waiting for the response after calling many times to KSA customer care Numbers +[protected]/ +[protected]/ +[protected], mostly they will not answer as they know my number and even WhatsApp too. Customer care they responded after showing this complain link



The guy responded that forwarded my case to Dubai office and sponsor(In KSA any business registered under Saudi Sponsor), by the end of June I would get a positive reply. Then Keep callling 30th June as a follow up.. did not respond.. Finally, next day the guy in customer care told, we will provide our services and regret inconveniences
But they will not refund. I told them I will fight till last via all legal means. I will escalate and protect another victim from this cheating frauds.

I have been forcibly tortured to take the...membership and...buy a plot which is veryy far away from my place...im now in debt i want to.take back my money the very next day ...i told them not to proceed any further details ...cancel my membership hence they are delaying...not interested to speak...im verry much disheartened...disappointed...being muslims...they treat like this...i jus need my money back or i have to take action.and file complait in embassy...pls look into.it...get in touch with me on [protected]...i actually wanted...to invest my saving in which i can happily stay...i can be sure but i heared my friends also.have been cheeted by u guys.no membership given...bt now im.not interested anymore...before i take any legal step..do consider my complaint to the upmost thanks n hoping for genuine reply...

Want to register complaint against one of your Employee Ambika Patil from Hyderabad branch. While pitching about the membership fees she told me that in that membership fees she will
1. Wave my annual fees of two year
2. Will give us food vouchers
3. Holiday package ( which I denied to take for )
So as per her advice I believe in her word and subscribe member ship fees of 35K on December 8, 2018 and 10000 on 31 at March, 2019 on her employee ID. But even after payment she didn't update my profile for the promises she made to me I have all the records relating to that.
Even after three months there is no updation on my profile and now she is ignoring me and telling me to Contact Viresh sir and same time Viresh tells me to contact Ambika.
This is very shameful on the part of organisation like you doing hospitality from last 25 years. I hope you will take serious action against these people and justice me by updating my records to that effect.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Promises not fulfilled and irresponsible behavior after payment

Dear Country Club Team,

I was having very good impression on your club by seeing the Advertisement holding on the way to airport in Hyderabad and Bangalore. All got spoiled by joining your club as I faced worst experience ever.

Let me come to the point,

Myself Shaik Mujeebur Rehaman from India currently residing in Riyadh. One fine day I got a call from your Country club office Riyadh, saying that there is a promotion going on and there is an event happening today(Dated 26-04-2019) at Murabba and your will be given with multiple gifts ( 150 SAR LULU coupons, dinner set and a holiday voucher) and they also told that this will be given to only families. I was excited and went with family and we reached around 8:30PM as they told it was 30 - 45 mins event.

We were welcomed nicely and took us to a hall where the music was like in Hell. One guy called "Salman" started the session with all boring questions and in between the manager will come show a glimpse of his face and go. His name was Mr. Ashish. They took almost 2 hrs and the explained about holidays, what all the event that will happen all around the world in country club. Until then it was good. Finally the moment came to sell the packages.

Again manager Mr. Ashish came and told today only some offer is going and company is giving you the membership at very less price started from 32, 000 SAR ( Appr 600, 000 INR) and I said no as I have some other commitments. As soon as the manager heard this word from me Ashish's face got changed and with anger he has informed his subordinate to handover the gift and let them go. I felt bad seeing his behavior. Later Mr. Salman started saying what you didn't like about our offer and all. Today you are the only one who is going with out buying membership.

Literally they were forcing everyone who has come there. Music was so high that one family should not listen what others are discussing. Seems like it's well planned trap. Later Ashish told me

"Sir, You trust me this is the best offer I'm giving you for 8000 SAR( 152, 000 INR) which you cannot get if you miss it "- some house wife offer and somehow managed to trap me. I told them give me some time let me read about it google it and then will decide. They said even if you go out and comeback ask for same offer we will not be able to give you was the response from Mr. Ashish and Mr. Salman.

By seeing their burnt and crying faces and I thought let us give a try.

I said I cannot pay full 8000 and I can pay partial which was 3200 SAR from my credit card at 11:30 PM. They told that this is for 3 years if you don't like you can cancel it.

Things they promised and never fulfilled:

1. As soon as we have done the payment they asked me to sign a document which they didn't even allow me to read it and asked us to sign it. Till now we haven't got welcome email nor any such email from country club that we are member of this club. Till now I'm having doubt that I'm a member or not.

2. Membership cards will be given in 15 days its 3rd week till now no update. now Mr. Ashish saying he told 45 days.

3. Mr. Ashish also told me that there is an option to rent any of the function hall if we don't have any functions or events in a particular year. I requested many times about those details till now no update.

4. Many more were told and I have a copy of the sheet that they explained me and wasted my money and time for hours together.

5. Even the gifts that they have mentioned were fake. They gave a 5 SAR pudding set (So called Dinnet set) and no LULU coupons nothing.

Coming to the conclusion, after 2 days I got welcome call and I started following up with Mr. Ashish and Mr. Salman about further details like membership details and all I got very late response. After trying many times I called them and questioned about the membership details will receive as soon as we got the welcome call. Mr. Ashish's voice changed and with arrogance he was saying me "Bhaiyya" I told within 2 days I became sir to Bhaiyya is it?. Leaving this aside, after tedious follow up they whatsapp me use id and password which was not working. I got pissed off and called them again, then they gave me the correct Userid and password.

Even a small company will deal all these details via email. Country club being such a big company( Heard off big company) is not doing the minimum things.

Seeing their behavior, In my busy schedule I took time I opened the sealed envelope and read the whole document whatever they have mentioned before buying only few things were mentioned in that membership document. Then I was regretting that It was a trap and I started seeing the reviews in facebook, Twitter and my bad the ratings were so bad. 2 out of 5 from lakes of reviewers.

4 weeks are completed and till now no update from your country club via email nor via any message ..nothing. When I called the manager Mr. Ashish asking about the trust he faked me before payment. He started changing the plates he said to check with company mail them to cancel my membership and get the amount refunded. The words he used

"Only for 3200 sar you are doing like"- Boss it's my hard earned money. I didn't get it like you guys faking people.

"Don't call me. Our relation is over. The matter is between you and Country Club" - this is what i got from Mr. Ashish

I have all the messages and proofs. I want to cancel this fake membership and get my hard earned money. There are many people like this who are getting trapped on daily basis. I raised many complaints in APP but in vain

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club false commitments to sell membership

Here I am complain about the country club membership - I took country club membership on 23/04/2018 by 8, 000SAR (one time full payment) with below commitments and facility.
• I will have the 2-3 night holiday package - My first request book 3 nights stay in Manama, Bahrain in the month of June-2018, but I did not get reservation. (Point was mention during buying the membership from Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat and confirmed that they will give the booking)
• Lifetime free membership for fitness club - As you have only one fitness center in Riyadh, which is very far from my place I never went and take advantage of that.
• Yearly 3-4 party hall booking - I requested to book Istraaha on 13/07/2018 & 06/09/2018, but I did not get any booking confirmation (email attached) (Point was mention during buying the membership from Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat and confirmed that they will give the booking)
• Marriage function booking in my city - I requested to book one marriage function hall on Nov-2018 in my city Kanpur, but I did not get any confirmation. (point was mention during buying the membership from Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat)

Mainly I became of member of country club just to take benefit for above highlighted facility, as per agreement and commitments, I had requested 4 times but I did not get any facility. I was following this issue from last 6 months to Mr. Pankaj. Each follow, he gave next date. Until now I did not use any benefit from your membership from day of joining. All the issues in this regards discussed with Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat, You can check with them.
Now start sending email, but no response.

Kindly cancel my membership and let me know when I could get the refund of my amount SAR 8000

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays "country club & vacations wll." who has not provided its service as agreed and money not returned

I have joined the "Country club-Qatar" in year 2013 in QATAR which is branch of Country club Hydrabad.

After joining I have availed the service one time at India-Hyderabad which was not found satisfactory as promised during meeting with the Country club agent in their office.

I have send the mail to them about the bad experience during that first and last tour with photographs.

After talking to their customer care representative he has used abusing words and not caring for their company and services.

For this I have sent mail to his supervisor and asked him to quite my membership and refund my all money (18000 QAR). After several time discussion they agreed to give the refund and provided me the attached confirmation latter.

I have call several time for several months and they told that the Cheque will be dispatched from their Dubai office and they are waiting for the signature for their higher authorities. But it never came.

After again contacting their office they do not want to give refund with reference to that letter.

They provided one more letter saying they will return QAR 9000/- after some time but requesting to keep continue the membership with Country club.

Again as promised (as per attached latter), they did not provided money (QAR 9000/-) up to now.

I want your help to get involve and get the my full reimbursement money with legal action. The money is stuck with Country club since 2013 and not received yet despite of many follow ups calls, personal visit and mails.

I want my all money back from this cheaters.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Damaged gifts were given

Dear All,

I was invited by a lady from country club riyadh saying I won a kitchen dinner set and told to come to their office in Riyadh. After 90 mins of presentation I was informed about the great holiday membership. Since they said to pay money immediately I disagreed and said to them. They gave me a gift box which was small. I immediately asked them I was told dinner set but the box is very small. Akram( sale rep) said by mistake they told in telephone. When I came home and opened in my home it was small cups which were damaged.

Seriously feel it was a great escape from them. When after all they can lie and treat people this way, better not to have taken the membership.

Hope the management of Country club looks into this and takes action against the riyadh team members. Basics of business is to treat prospects fairly so that they can turn into your customers/partners.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays amc for holidays

I had taken the country club membership here in Oman as their fitness center was very near to my place of residence and they where providing Zumba dance and karate classes also, However after taking membership the said fitness center was shifted to a a location far from my residence.

I was stuck with this fraud company and hence i was paying my AMC . Last year i recieved a call from the company representative stating that my entire AMC for the balance period will be covered if i pay a discounted amount . As i was already stuck with this company and to avail the services i need to pay a very high AMC . so i took this offer and paid the sum,
However after paying the amount the discounted amount is still not credited in my profile and i am unable to reach the concerned representative :- Naga Jyothi, , 9642177008.Country Club Hospitality and Holidays Ltd, Hyderabad.

Since the said fitness club has been shifted and also the hotel accommodation are not of desired quality i would like to have a refund of the balance amount.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club malaysia membership services not fulfilled and ambience malligai land sale not completed and delivered

Subscribed to their membership in November 2017 and bought 2 plots of land in Kottaiyur Village. Have been delaing with Mr. Byreddy +918861889639 and +601115797004. Gave excuses after excuses for the land registration and finally asked to contact Mr. Rakesh +601126176554 on 29 Nov 2018 for registration. Mr. Rakesh Kumar venkatesh is now not answering the calls and not responding to messages.

Request for a refund if the are not able to deliver.

We were always not able to get accommodation. 1) 17 July 2018 to Chennai 2) 7 September 2018 Chennai 3) 8 November 2018 Penang 4) Did Not have tie up in Japan and Korea. One refund for extra payment made to Cititel Penang is still pending.

The Office in 8-9-6 Menara Mutiara Bangsar and Gym in Patent House Bukit Bintang has been vacated. The registered office in Serdang Perdana informs that they have received numerous legal notices.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Holidays membership

I had subscribed the membership of Country Club Hospitality & Holidays at their office in RIyadh on 24/04/2018 and I have paid SAR 9000. Recently (15/02/2019) I had make hotel reservation with them, but they are paying with and did not give any holiday reservation. Last one week I try to contact their office but the office is closed and no one is answering telephone.

Country club is creating a circumstances where you will be in a pressurized situation and will pay some money towards cv. Even i have told them during my presentation i will be unable to pay continue but the situation creates nicely and in a hypnotized circumstances i paid some money. I came out of the presentation area and found myself out of that hypnotized position. I asked them to get my money back. Though it was a few hundred omani rial but they keep me waiting until 2 years and gave hope to give my money back. But in a same manner they never gave me in writing or mail. Everything done in whats app or over telephone. One morning i found the guy communicating with me has left the company. All drama came to an end as new guy never entertained my previous conversation with earlier person who left. I never get my money back. Though it was written in a contract no refund but the way they talked about my refund and they will get an approval from higher management and all the approval will come from dubai. I believe them. It was a total cheat. I never took any services from them and even never get my money back. CV oman is cheated my money

I have taken Country Club Membership from Country Club Dubai office. Sorry to say that I had a very unpleasant experience dealing with one of their executives in Dubai office after I payment full fees and became a member. I was denied the agreed refund amount which clearly indicates sort of a cheating by paying only part payment and not responding at all to my several mails and phone calls on the matter .

I am registering this complaint with a request for immediate assistance / resolution on following matters -
1. Settlement of the balance outstanding amount of AED 2, 660.00
2. I have not availed a single holiday. I have filled and submitted the required form to transfer my membership from Dubai to India.Accordingly, I need my membership to be activated and my login ID & password to be reset.
3. I need to know the contact details of Country Club office in Navi Mumbai where I can personally visit and get my membership properly updated / re-activated.

I invested in country club membership with lot of expectations but unfortunately, and as already mentioned, my experience has been very bad.

Since I was not getting any response, I managed to visit Country Club Dubai office personally on 3rd October 2018 wherein I was assured immediate action by Mr. Santosh Kumar. I have been sending reminders and trying to call on his mobile number +971569192288 but not getting through.

I sincerely hope and wish to see a prompt and positive response to this complaint so that I am able to enjoy the benefits that I am supposed to get for paying huge amount and being a member of Country Club.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club cheats in riyadh saudi arabia / membership

Here I am complain about the country club membership- I took country club membership on 23/04/2018 by 8, 000SAR( one time full payment) with below commitments and facility.
• I will have the 2-3 night holiday package- My first request book 3 nights stay in Manama, Bahrain in the month of June-2018, but I did not get reservation. (Point was mention during buying the membership from Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat and confirmed that they will give the booking)
• Lifetime free membership for fitness club- As you have only one fitness center in Riyadh, which is very far from my place I never went and take advantage of that.
• Yearly 3-4 party hall booking - I requested to book Istraaha on 13/07/2018 & 06/09/2018, but I did not get any booking confirmation (email attached)(Point was mention during buying the membership from Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat and confirmed that they will give the booking)
• Marriage function booking in my city- I requested to book one marriage function hall on Nov-2018 in my city Kanpur, but I did not get any confirmation.(point was mention during buying the membership from Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat)

Mainly I became of member of country club just to take benefit for above highlighted facility, as per agreement and commitments, I had requested 4 times but I did not get any facility . I was following this issue from last 6 months to Mr. Pankaj. Each follow, he gave next date. Until now I did not use any benefit from your membership from day of joining. All the issues in this regards discussed with Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajat, You can check with them.
Now start sending email, but no response.

Kindly cancel my membership and let me know when I could get the refund of my amount SAR 8000.

Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Country club membership refund

One day While Returning out of Panda Near Hara, Riyadh I found a guy inviting me to a small show / family program to attaend at Country Club Building Near Hara Lulu.
I reached there as invited to only know that they invited me falsely for a marketing presentation of Country Club
I met a guy who introduced me to a few of the Country club accomplishments then another took rounds with the name of Pankaj. The Conversation email to pankaj after I made payment is below:

"It's been a pleasure dealing with you and your company
Kindly note that you as a employee of Country Club (CC) you promised me over the membership for Lifetime on Package which actually was SAR 11, 000 after a large scale discount for SAR 8000 for which you took a contract acknowledgement on 13th Aug 2018.

Me and my Wife reached the office at around 7.20pm and got 2-3 confirmation calls from CC till then. The lady who received us from the Ground Floor and told it will take at least 1hr to handover the gifts as they have to first make us attend an event for One Hour. We sat in office for 5mins .One guy receives us for small Introduction amid Loud Music inside a room where 3 families were also seated with individual presenters. Your Guy named Rizwan started the so called 1hour event with my 3 children seated starving your presentation turns to brainwashing Marketing Gimmick of CC extending to 2 hours.

Presentation started.They started boasting about country club, you took turns and presented topics in very ordered manner.The senior most person was very serious.. :P Some of his divine lines were, 'You should be giving an Yes or No before you leave as offer is valid only till then'

Coming back to subscription, you on my enrolment told me that for activation one time call shall come to me immediately may be same day which I did not receive for the past 3 days though its 16th Aug today.

Nor were there Calls from you unless I tried you on first 24 hours after payment.

Now with sons condition being worst and operation for his Hypospedia Case failed I need my money refunded for the amount paid since I never got enrolled or CC ever activate my membership. The same I did discuss with you yesterday 15th Aug 2018 around 9pm KSA time.

Moreover the reviews on CC have not done any good for the intention of me stop this membership immediately. Internet is filled with not just people but also the members of CC have filed a lot of complain not just from India or Saudi Arabia but Globally that your company has FRAUDULENT approach for people to tempt individuals enrol.

Kindly cancel my membership and let me know when I could get the refund of my amount SAR 8000 which I paid (Attached proof of Payment) and never got enrolled"

I tried following up lot of times after that but never got any response even after a lot of calls.

We became victimized by this so called Country Club Riyadh with fake promises. We received a call saying we have won a all paid expenses trip and when we reached they started a long presentation which went on for hours & finally they were so smart managed to trap us to sign up and paid 4400 Saudi Riyals m. The very next day we went back saying we need a refund but was told by the manager Sameer it's non refundable & to give it some time & use the facilities if not satisfied he will try to get us a refund ( I have this conversation recorded) We have a contract but instead of being signed by both parties it's only haviny my signature which I believe is going to be to my advantage. If country club Riyadh is not going to refund my money I'm willing to take legal action against the fraudulent company for cheating poor peoples hard earned money with false promises.
