Days Inn all

Room was disgusting. There were no Bed Spreads on the beds. Bathroom was nasty. Dust everywhere. No smoke detector. Blood on the sheets. When I called the front desk the guy working acted like he didn't care. I was in the process of leaving an Abusive Relationship. I had my 2 Son's with me. I paid $300 for 5 days. That was the last of my Money. If I would have had more money I definitely would have found a better HOTEL. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Took everything I had to stay here. But I had nowhere else to go.

Days Inn room cleanliness

Room upon checkin smelled like rotten feet. Was told another room would be available in an hour. After waiting was then told they had no rooms and I had to take the one given in the first place. Was told there would be a fridge in room and there was not. They put an electric air freshener in room and thought this was the only acceptable option. I stay in your hotels too many time to count in a year for work and this is by far the worst experience ever. They did get a fridge but that doesn't make up for the pungent odor I now have to put up with for the next couple nights. Very dissatisfied

Days Inn service and employee at the front desk day shift manager.

(Days 1-3) My wife and I arrived at this hotel with our 2 trained and housebroken cats on the 1/15/19 and after checking in this day manager asks us would we like a smoking room after noticing my wife's cigarettes. Declining politely I explain to him that even at our own home home in notwe step outside to smoke even in our own home due to our pets respritory problems the manager rudely said "if I catch you smoking in room I'll charge your card on file." After our 3rd day staying in this small doublebed room because of it's tiny size and lack of a w coffee maker, TV with bad reception and loose wires, lack of pressure & hot water, people yelling all night loud noises, lack of any type of breakfast that they claim to serve and no longer able to fight the cold bitter air through the frame we rebooked to a larger room which is the suite #236 at the same hotel hoping for a better room. The suite was a little better with more room and a coffee maker that actually worked. The following morning (Day 4) I submitted my review which was a bad review with poor rating and made a complaint, both explaining the situation and problems we endured. (Day 5) and Now our last, although we planned 7 vacation, as we booked the same suite just like we had before we ran into the retaliation for the bad review and complaint I had made 2 days previous. We were told to pack and move to another room.. When we asked the reasoning this same day manager said very rudely it's what you paid for. I said "yes we want the same room just like we have paid for yesterday and the day before, the Suite." The manager bruskly tells us, it's the same thing, a suite, just built differently. Thinking okay what's the big deal I leave to check on my mother who we were visiting for an hour. I get back at noon to see my wife standing outside with our cats in the cold and she says " he made me get out of the room with our things not giving me enough time and our room is nasty, dirty, and not the same. And we paid the exact same price for the upgrade yet it's worse, why? It's smoking and you know our pets have respritory problems and she starts crying. I go look at the room and immediately I'm angry and horrified as well. This room was sparsely furnished if you could even call it that. No chair the coffee table was tiny more like a night stand burnt and stained. Nothing on the walls, no TV stand that all the other rooms had which hold the microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker. And this room HAD NO COFFEE MAKER. The room smelled horrible with cigarette smell. The a/c dirtyand foul and halfway hanging off, the walk e444r44rr4r45rf fortunate ggthe TV cords all astrew only 1 pillow on a offset bed. No coat hangers whatsoever not even drawers for clothes or even a small wardrobe to hang clothes. Trash in the floor. So I took pictures.

This is not what Wyndham represents to it's customers I would hope. And has given Wyndham and Hotels.com a bad name. I am extremely upset and we will never again stay here and I'm very seriously weighing the idea of having my family which all are huge Wyndham customers cancel our memberships if nothing is done. We tried to tell the day manager but he made it very apparent he was displeased at my mentioning him in my bad review and complaint. It is very apparent this is retaliation and discrimination putting us into another room we had paid a higher amount for, a nasty room that is handicapped and smoking which puts our pets at health risks.

Days Inn room

I reserved a room through booking.com for 01/06/2019 to 01/09/2019 for a friend and I. The first room given was not smoking room that I was booked. We checked in at 3pm, we had company with us at the time and when they left a few hours later I noticed that there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there were only 2 bath towels and no toilet paper or any of the shampoo/cond or hand soap. I called the front desk and was given attitude about why I was just noticing these things missing and why I hadn't called sooner. I called front desk on the next day to request smoking room and they made me wait until 3pm to change from #153 to #183 when I got in the room there was no refridgerator in the room so the desk moved me to #184. Again having company and being very busy I did not notice things again until a few hours later in which the same attendant asked again why I am noticing now and hadn't sooner. This mad me very upset, my friend and I started to look around the room and wow what a discovery we found. We found a dirty needle, weed roaches, meth on dresser with the tv. Also garbage in under and around the bed. Dirty sheets on the bed to top it all off. We found black pubic hair in the shower. This is not a bad area and these rooms should not be like this at all! I expect compensation for this. I took pictures of the room. I asked also on our last night to be given another room and I was told that the system was down but not more than 15 minutes later there were other people checking in! Days Inn over billed

I stayed at Days Inn Downtown Gatlinburg from 11/30/18 -12/2/18. I was double charged. I paid the full fee of $229.62 the morning of the 30th and then was charged an additional $114.81 that night. I was told when I called the following week that was an error and I should have never been charged the $ 114.81. I was told that I would receive a refund back on my card but I never received it. I then was told via email on December 17th that it would take 7-10 business days to process the refund. I never received that refund and haven't been able to get any more response from the hotel. I would like my refund to be processed.

Days Inn staff

A man who is a housekeeper has barged into my room 3 times while i was not dressed and refused to close my door or get out. I have complained everytime about this to the manager yet nothing has been done and i was basically dismissed like well what do you want me to do?! You knock on the dooor announce yourself knock again and announce yourself again. You dont knock on the door and immediately use your key to gain entry before saying anything. Im beyond pissed and i want to file a lawsuit.

Days Inn flag flying at wallaceburg, on location

Good Evening,
As a proud Canadian I am deeply offended by the half American/half Canadian Flag being flown at your Wallaceburg Ontario location. I find it an absolute disgrace!
Please out of respect have it removed immediately. I cannot believe this would be approved whether its a Corporate location or a franchise. It just isnt right. Its a slap in the face to Canadians.

There is a dignity to be held on all flags. These complaints are in no way meant offend our US neighbors. They are purely for the respect of the flags. Take a minute and read.

Days Inn the room was disgusting and I was disappointed with the location overall

Our room was awful. There was mold on the ceiling and it was partially coming down. The mattress was broken and extremely uncomfortable. The lamps on/off switch was broken off and we had to use the plug to turn it on and off. The toilet was broken and continuously was running. When we went down at 10am for breakfast, it was cleaned up and we were ignored when we asked about it.

Days Inn unethical behavior and signs of racism

December 24, 2018, room 146 housing keeping came into my room and trashed a lot of my personal belonging. Contact lens, things for my hair, stole some of my wine and pain killers. They also trashed my 4 breakfast vouchers and no one offered to replace anything. When reported they sent me in circles from one person to the next like they really didn't want to be bothered. When asked for an explanation the manager Laura said the house keeper thought we left for good. My bags were still in the room and clothes were still hanging, we booked from December 22-26th so I confused in why she decided to lie. I am claiming that it had something to do with race because we have been sent in circles about everything we ask the front desk but our one and only time eating breakfast we saw how they were just giving food away to "other" people but was told we had to have a voucher. From the beginning we have been treated horrible, we are in a room with no heat so after a few hours and lies about it needing time to heat up and after us complaining more they "found" a space heater. I would like a refund because most of my Christmas Vacation I was cold and disrespected, I wasted money here and would have rather got my money back the first night and tried to find a different place that I am actually welcome.

Days Inn filthy and disgusting hotel

Pool area smelled like a swamp filled with dirty socks, pool water was a nasty greenish brown, dirt all over the sides and bottom of pool. Throughout hotel, paint and wall paper peeling. broken floor tiles. Rooms: dirty, not vacuumed, towels-sheets-bed covers stained and had holes, maids just dumped coffee pot down sink, and left coffee stains all over sink, and counter, coffee pot not cleaned. furniture broken, appliances either missing or broken, (hair dryer, micro wave, iron, ironing boards. Black mold and bugs throughout bathrooms. The entire hotel was disgusting. VERY DISAPPOINTED! and will never stay at WYNDHAM HOTEL again!

Days Inn management overcharged and won't give me a receipt

I've already submitted a few complaints a hopefully this is the right avenue to get some kind of a response! I was overcharged in september by a days inn in lawrenceville georgia i've contacted that marchant on several occasions and so is my bank and I think cannot close the claim without a receipt from hotel which they refused to give me. Can you get me a receipt from the time of my stay and also is it in general practices of your hotel managers to run a debit card for more than the amount approved or without authorization? What is your policy on that? Also the manager and the staff I assume his family they all talk the same we're not helpful at all and trying to compromise or make any kind of resolution in this they were right I was wrong and they would not hear anything else well fact is they're wrong and if this is not resolved some way I am going to report to the better business bureau. I am a gold member and my husband is a silver member with hotels.com we stay in a lot of hotels this has never happened not once in 365 days of a year he probably stays in the hotel 220 of those days myself probably 150 to 200 so this next year none of those days will go to days inn les this matter is resolved call me personally so that I can discuss all the details cuz i'm tired of typing them my phone number is [protected] if I do not answer leave a voicemail and I will call you back thank you very much for your time and attendance to this matter,

Days Inn found ants in my bathroom sink and countertop

I stay at 9301 south orange blossom trail, Orlando Florida on 12/07/2018 to 12/10/2018.
On 12/08/2018 returning back to my room after shopping at the Florida mall. I go to use the restroom and brush my teeth for bed: I found ants crawling over the kitchen sink and countertop.
I immediately contact front desk. The female at the front desk told me she would send maintenance. While I waited for maintenance staff. All he brought with him a can of spray . He spray the sink and then he spray outside my hotel room window of unit 119 where my ac unit connected . I didn't understand this but I waited to see if front desk would offer me a different room? But nothing else was offered, not even a follow up on the incident of the ants. That's when I decided to contact corporate days inn at Wyndham to report my claim.
First I was upset when I booked this room online at booking.com. It never stated a hotel deposit upon arrival.
My bill went from 170.88 cents to $249 dollars.
The hidden fee of the 75 dollars was never told to me. Instead I had to can't front desk just to find out the deposit was added. The front desk never discuss the deposit at check in nor did she give me good customer service by providing me information of the wifi system and code for the guest. The overall experience I got was the worst.
I froze on the airport shuttle, because drive would not turn the heat up.
It was terrible. I recorded the ant situation in my room.
I don't mind sending you that actually video proof.

Days Inn overcharges and unprofessional management

I booked a room at the days inn lawrenceville ga on duluth hwy 9/19/2018 thru hotels.Com. I booked this room fir my sister and her pet i stayed in a room with my fiancee we checked her in and i went in to get keys on 9/19/18 we decided she would stay there and pay nightly until we finished worming the fair in lawrenceville on the 23 rd i paid one other night on hotels the final night of the stay 22-23 i paid the pet fee in cash at check in. I approved one charge for 85.00 on the 20th over the phone then sent my sister w my card on the 21. The hotel did not charge me until the 25 for 383.14? and the 26th for 154.26 those amounts were never approved. Ever. This was a 4 night stay 2 of which were paid online thru hotels.Com. I conacted the hotel manager on 3 occasions. Once on the 24 to tell them that we had left early on the 23 keys were in the room. Then on the 25th regarding the charges and the 26th i said we had left 3days before y were they still charging me he said no i had not. I can prove i and ny sister were in alabama at the time that he told me we were at the hotel. The manager needs to be replaced he is stealing and lying. Please help me resolve these charges i or my husband are in motels 9 months of the year working out of town. We and our employees will not stay in days inn anywhere until this matter is resolved, period. I ve never been treated like that by a hotel manager ever.
Thank you for your prompt resolution of this matter. I paid a total of 743.48 out if my checking account for this single room for 4 days! plus 50 in cash for pet fee, i mean seriously? it was 85.00 a night on hotels.Com...! that was too high cosidering the coackroaches and nasty room.

Approximately 12-1-18 in the 11o clock hour about 10 children and 3 adults arrived at Days Inn gained access to pool area and went forward to get all the kids in the water the little ones weren't allowed to get in until second adult was back.
I received an emergency phone call to return they were outside wet and I could hear my family member saying "don't put your hands on not another kid of mine" When I arrived a number of police officers were present and a lot of derogatory remarks were being made. My son began crying and my other son started to tell me about a man pushing him until he fell and how he also slapped his younger brothers hand. At that point I was refused to make a report on the employee at the company nor with the police and just told to get off the premises. I did not leave until I got the officers name and the hotel manager. December 3, 2018 I spoke with a lady from corporate AND NOT EVEN "I will apologize for my employee" " The employee will be disciplined " NOTHING...One of the derogatory remarks were "[censored]s
This hotel has a history of treating people of color unfairly, guest or not. There needs to be a change in management and or corporate. This world is full of hate and if I can make a difference or a change in the customer service world then I will do so. Change is the reason for my complaint, no other human being mainly kids should endure this behavior. I pray I give another the courage to speak up on discrimination and insubordination. Days Inn no receipt

My wife and I stayed at the Days Inn, Los Angeles Inglewood Manchester Road on the evening of 23rd October 2018. My wife had previously had her passport stolen and we had to leave the free accommodation with relatives to go to the British Consulate in Los Angeles for a temporary one before flying home. We are trying to get recompense from out travel insurance. Unfortunately, the stay was arranged by phone, we received no confirmation from the hotel and when we left we were not given a receipt. The insurance company want this. I have tried to contact the hotel but got no response. Can you help me? Our names are Mr Mrs Longley.

Days Inn getting shut down

Hello, My name is Terra Habeck.
5/16/16-10/25/16 I stay at the days inn on 3955 empire lane n plymouth Minnesota.
Which is now a (being redone) building has been for almost 2 years. Anyways on 10/25/16 when i was about 7 months pregnant we got a knock on the door from the manager (Chris) saying that we had to leave and we only had like 2 hours, now we are wondering why? Because of black mold & bed bugs! I did have quite a few bed bug bites but the worst part? I was pregnant and i had complications because i was so exposed to all of this, which could have been deadly to my unborn child. I have proof of staying there and paying this whole time from receipts i had them print off. Its taken some time to get those recipts tracked down so its been quite sometime after me staying there. But this is my compromise, i want paid back all the money i spent on this hotel during my stay here because while staying this hotel got condemed and shut down by the health department which should be telling you something because thats not easy do to. And if this isnt paid back in full i will ve filing a lawsuit with my own lawyer representing me.

Days Inn money/payment

I stayed at the days inn in pine bluff mutilple times, the first time was smooth with no problems, and so was the second time and third no problem with age and I was under the impression that I was old enough to stay that until this last time I tried to check in my room for the 7th and I was denied and they also took the money out of my account even tho I did not get to stay in the room . I've called back to back days . I've asked to speak with the owner of the building but he hasn't been there, but he has made it clear that he is not going to give my money back but my point is if one employee or the company is not going to allow a person under age to stay then don't do it all and I want my mney back because I had to turn around go somewhere else and buy another room . I will be looking for number for somebody higher, and if I have to I will take higher action

Days Inn fraud

On November 5th 2018 .Days Inn of Pittsburgh PA. Committed fraud by taking $104.00 from my bank account. I did not authorize this transaction. When I called all the Days Inn in Pittsburgh the reply I received from all was "I'm sorry there are no records of this being done".This transaction has left a negative balance on my account. My bank statement clearly states "Days Inn" as being the culprit.

Days Inn kendal uk

We went to days in last Saturday the 3rd November for one night room was nice the around 10pm we heard alot of banging above us then it continued till 12pm then we realised it was dogs in the room above us, it went quiet just after 12pm then at 4am the dogs started again but this time louder and barking which was ridiculous we were both tired but we're awake from 4am we went to reception at 7am but it was locked up so waited until 9am was still locked spoke to a cleaner who said it was closed till 3pm and Gave us a number to call we had a long journey to drive home which wasn't good considering we had been up since 4am, when we got home I phoned to complain the manager offered half refund so was waiting for it, then today I checked my bank and instead of refunding half the money they took another 38 out of my account I phoned and spoke to manager was really annoyed by this time she didn't apologize just said I think I know what I did, I'm not happy at all we have now got to wait another 4or5 working days to have this money back ive never experienced anything like it, this is our first time staying in a days Inn and don't think I will be staying in one again

Days Inn lack of handicapped parking/access

The days in main parking lot, which also houses a wHite Spot restaurant as pat of the days inn, does not have even one handicapped parking stall. There is one marked spot on the backside of the hotel, quite far away from the hotel. If you park there you must cross a service alley that is nothing more than a rubble of broken pavement. More often than not, there are vagrants and people passed out in the alley. It is not safe on a few different levels!
I have written to the management at the Days iinn in terrace and have received NO response nor action. Others I know have complained also. This is completely unacceptable in this day and age to have no handicapped parking or access to a hotel from the main parking lot.
