Days Inn - unauthorized charges. overcharged. charged 4 times!!

I stayed at this Days Inn on 1/30/2019.
Hotel confirmation #: [protected]
I booked the room online & prepaid. When I got there the front desk person asked for the card I paid with. The next day I saw on my account she charged me again. So I complained to the front desk lady. She said it would be fixed.
I have now been charged 2 more times! Total of 4 charges now! 253. total. The initial charge was $55. I was then charged 75. I called once I got home, after driving all day & the lady told me she was sorry, but she did have the manager fix it and the charges would be reversed. Well instead of them being reversed there have been 2 more charges added! One for 56. and one for 47. At this point I fear this hotel is going to keep charging my card daily. This is absurd. How can they keep charging my card? I stayed ONE night! It's like they're stealing my money. This is not right.
I would like a refund for the 3 unauthorized charges. I do have a receipt I was given when checking out, showing what I paid & what I would be refunded. At that point I had 2 charges. The front desk person said she couldn't figure out how to refund me. So she gave me a receipt stating I'd be refunded the second charge.
I was also told I'd get a receipt via email. I have not received one.

Days Inn - bad service

My wife and I stayed at the days inn on Thursday January 13 2011. The room was cold and the heat did not work all that great. The hot water seemed colder then it should be. That was understandable with the outside temp being around 8 degrees but the most disturbing part was when we awoke and found a bug crawling in the bed. When we checked out we showed the bug to the lady working the front desk all she did was tell us to call in a few days to see what it was and if the bug people came and took care of the problem. We stayed in room number 416. I feel that 112 dollars for a night should not include extra guests such as bugs. Because of this issue I will never stay at a days inn again. I will sooner sleep in my BUG FREE vehicle. I don't know how the issue can be resolved but its not fair to me the consumer to have to sleep with bugs and still pay full price. My name is Beau Lampron and my wife's name is Tiffany Lampron. Are address is 123 Shawnee Trail Albrightsville PA 18210. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com

I booked 2 rooms from hotels.com for the 4th of July with checkout on the 5th of July. We arrived about 7:30 p.m. checkin went smooth. I went to my room without doing an inspection of cleaniness (my mistake). My sister went to turn the light on and it didn''t work. We had to move the bed away from the wall to plug in the light. the next morning when i got up i threw back the quilt cover only to discover that there were 3 or 4 large spots of blood stains. (unbelievable).

Next the drapes looked like they had just been taken out of a bag that had been packed for weeks and hung then up.

Then in the hallways of the hotel there was wet white mold growing along the carpet and baseboards that had been removed. Also the carpeting on the hall floors were spotted all over with either rain or urine spots through all of the hotel . Just unbelievable. I called this hotel on 7/6/08 to the front desk (phone rang 30 times) no answer. refunded one room @ $88.53.

I have to agree, Days Inn's are usually crap, and definitely NOT consistent as a "brand", we like Ramada as a value chain :)

sorry you had a bad experience but how is telling a bunch of strangers your names, email and home address going to help?

why not post your credit card # too!

also, one bug? Perhaps you brought it in. The bed should always be inspected as this is a very common issue in hotels.
