Scam! Be aware of this big scam company.

We placed a deal on dazogo, paid $420+tax up front, so we were supposed to be getting 90% of the sales insted of 50%-50% (like others Groupon& WagJag) Dazogo guaranteed 100 vouchers at least will be sold in 2-3 months.
"The way we (Dazogo) can guarantee it is 100 is that if by the end of two months it is less than 100 we will keep you on for free with the same 90% to you until you reach AT LEAST 100.This way for the $420+tax you are paying you can easily know you are getting at least 100 people."
Sounds good right.

4 months later zero 0 voucher were sold, clearly their marketing certainly do not runs on all cylinders. After expressing my dissatisfaction and asking for my $420+tax back I"ve got :"Sorry to hear that your deal is not doing well. As for a refund, unfortunately there is no refund policy."

We got scammed by misleading advertising and false guarantees.

**** Company response to these allegations:

This customer signed up on February 11th 2014 and did not communicate any sort of issue with us until June 9th 2014 (118 days later). We have a courtesy refund policy of 30 days in case any business is not happy with the performance.
Other advertising agencies have no refund policy.
As she has pointed out herself this is what we guaranteed her:
"The way we can guarantee it is 100 is that if by the end of two months itis less than 100 we will keep you on for free with the same 90% to you until you reach AT LEAST 100"
By the end of the two months she sold less than 100. As promised we keep her on for free until she reaches AT LEAST 100.
The link to her deal is here as you see it is still active:
http://dazogo.com/deals/deals/heritage-way-medical-spa-deal

We did not guarantee ANY sort of end time this 100 minimum will be reached.

As per our contract she will remain on our service until she sells at least 100.

We have continuously provided the EXACT service we outlined in our agreement with her.
She knows we have not "breached any contract" and she also knows her claims of "scam" are false. She is just trying to bully us by providing negative feedback on our company in hopes of us getting scared and providing her with an undeserved refund.

Our company will not extend courtesy to a difficult, obnoxious and threatening customer. We will NOT provide her a refund. She is welcomed to cancel her deal with us at any time.

She has continuously threatened legal action and so far we have not received any sort of legal documentation. Our legal department has issued a warning to her for defamation and breach of a confidentiality agreement.
