Domino's Pizza ordered placed with dominos

I placed an order at 8:21pm. The delievery person told to come a little late by 10 mins. It was okay. But my order delievered by 9:35. Which is way more than 39 mins. If you can not deliever as your promise please do not take the order.

The ordered delievered was the worst ever. Farlic bread was cold and soggy.pasta was the worst ever, it was just a raw pasta with no cream.

Ao please try to initiate a refund beacuse your order was very pathetic in terms of everything

Domino's Pizza 30 minutes or less. bad quality.

To who it may concern! On Monday January 27th/2019 around 7pm.
I had placed an order with Dominos
pizza and selected delivery.
Called in my order . order was confirmed etc at 704 pm.

Waited and waited and i understand winter months bad weather etc but still i waited until 935 pm when my pizza finally showed up.
Not surprising my product was no longer Hot. And looked like it was just thrown together. Disappointing when you spend your hard earned money on poor service ! And lack of customer care!
What i had ordered
1 lg Pizza
Toppings.
Cheese
Pepperoni
Green pepper
Onion
2 lt coke.
Dominos cheesy sticks
And dip.
I was missing my dips.
They gave me dr.pepper instead of coke.
Got my toppings wrong.

Domino's Pizza service

I entered the Domino's at 73/2 Cape St, Dickson ACT 2602, Australia at 6:30 PM on 17th January 2019. At 6:31 I ordered one pizza and paid for. I was told it would take about 15 minutes. I sat down and to my surprise my name came up with 18 minutes! The person after me ordered three pizzas. When my name came up with "Ready" I stood up waiting to get my order. The person who was after me got his order and left the store. I asked at the counter that my order should be ready according to your display and the person who just left was after me! while I was waiting to get my order 2 staff members were serving and one went to search for my pizza. About 5-6 minutes passed. Another staff/worker/manager/supervisor came from behind and instead of a simple sorry or giving any explanation said to me: I will have to wait another 8 minutes!?!?, as it was my fault for their dis-order and running into each other?

Therefore, observing such appalling service and with a great deal of frustration I said: I can't wait and don't want that order any more and left the store at 7:00 PM.

This was my worst ever experience!

Domino's Pizza the pizza

I ordered 4 pizzas
2 medium pepperoni.
1 large with pepperoni and bacon.
1 large with bacon and cheese.
The order came very fast but the bacon and cheese was pepperoni and cheese.
So called back to correct this order and another pizza arrives 35 minutes later. This pizza was over cooked very dry and no sauce. I have never had pizza from dominos this bad before.

Domino's Pizza 30 minutes

About a week ago my husband went to purchase a 7.99 3 topping pizza for my grandson and him for dinner. This was our first visit to Domino. My husband didn't call the pizza in because we had never been before he wanted to go directly to the store to place his order. After waiting 15 minutes he name came up as ready and when he went to the counter to pick up his pizza they told him it had never been made and it would be another 15 minutes. He waited the 15 minutes and finally got his pizza. They never as much as said they were sorry for the mix up. He said they didn't even bother to say thank you for waiting or I am sorry for the mixup. When he got home he told me the pizza was good, but I won't be going back they could have arleast said they were sorry. I have let this bother me for a week and I wanted to let you know of the poor service he got at you establishment.

Attention dominos corporate office this is the 3rd time this has happend iv complained to the store some girl named breana answered and was completely rude whem I just called to complain about the 3rd pizza I have ordered and they have done this anyways I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza 1st topping was pepperoni 2nd was buffalo sauce well when igot my pizza it wqs just bread pepperoni cheese no pizza sauce and a lil buffalo sauce dabbled around my pizza this is the 3rd time

Domino's Pizza horrible management, tact, and capability

710 E 32nd St, Yuma, AZ 85365. Store 7691.

The "general manager" Jordan. Horrible tact, & enjoys arguing. As though the store's ran by a teenager with an attitude is good for business.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 1 came out BLACK &charred. I called the store & told her I didn't want that pizza, it wasn't touched, & she said it was ordered well done. I informed her I didn't want it well done, also it was the only well done pizza I got from dominos black. She proceeded with "I made it so I'm going to have to charge you for another"

All I wanted was another pizza & she could take back the black one. But Jordan said "I don't care, I'm going to have to charge you for another one."

I told her, what about Domino's guarantee?, she said her dad owned the store. As though that's a justifiable reason for being rude.

Jordan's tone, tact, unprofessionalism, poor interpersonal relations & lack of compassion- gave an impression she didn't get her job for being deserving of it. She continually argued with me because I wasn't satisfied with the product that she had made.

All I asked for was a 1 for 1 swap.

I spent a decade in the United States Marine Corps, just got out this year - only to deal with civilians in charge of a store, who can't satisfy a customer, or have any evident of having professionalism.

In the end, my kids didn't get a pizza, my 1 year old is still learning to chew, Im not trusting an extra crispy - burnt pizza, or he'd choke.

Besides her, this store had been scrutinized once before, had a corporate manager inspecting all items that excited (that was the only time in the past 3 years that I got great food as well as customer service).

Domino's Pizza identity theft of my dominos account

On December 18, 2018 I received email notification regarding my order in Watsonville, CA with Dominos store #8302. The order used the available points on my dominos rewards account. Clearly someone hacked into my account as I live in Virginia. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman named Philipe. He advised me that he would cancel the order but that he could not refund the points that were used nor would he give me any information regarding the person/persons that hacked my account. He advised me to call corporate. I said fine and asked for the phone number for corporate. He refused to give me the number and put me on hold for 14 minutes and then disconnected the line. I then called back and he put me on hold for 13 minutes and again disconnected the line. I called again and he advised me that he spoke with his manager (whom he would not let me speak with) and advised that the manager said to call corporate. I asked him why he hung up on me intentionally, he had no answer. I said I would be happy to call corporate and again he refused to give me any contact info for "corporate". I advised him that somehow I would get the contact information and be making a complaint against him and a complaint about someone hacking into my dominos account (with personal and debit card information) and how poorly it was handled.

Domino's Pizza not received food, and money deducted, and no refund, and been ignored by customer care

I have a complain, before 2 months ago I ordered pizza, but due to some address concern, the service was not available, however my 40 min were been vested and my money was been deducted,
I called at customer care last month around 5 times, all the time I was disappointing as no proper answer was been given, now I will not be satisfied by the refund policy, infact I will demand compacation - from the frenches as it is shame to be done from a reputed company, thank you

Domino's Pizza miscommunication and disregard

Last Friday (december 7), I got home from work and called Domino's ([protected]) at 7:46pm and placed an order for a large pizza one 2L coke and a cake, just before I hang up I asked the lady to please send me change for a 100 dollars and she acknowledged that.
When the delivery guy got here, I brought my order to the kitchen and went to get the money, when I handed the money he told that he didn't have change for it. He made a phone call in front of me and I was able to hear the guy telling him to bring it all back if I couldn't pay with a smaller bill. I had to take the pizza that I did order, explain to my younger brother that we couldn't eat that but we could order somewhere else, we were very disappointed with the situation, I even offered to give the 100 and he would have to bring me the change at some point that night but the answer was "give me the pizza".
I really like Domino's pizza and every time I have friends over and we feel like having pizza for dinner Domino's is the choice, but from now on I'm not sure.
Very disappointed.

Domino's Pizza uncooked chicken wings

Earlier this week I got food poisoning from undercooked Frank's hot wings delivered from Domino's and was extremely sick for 2 days. I know it was the chicken wings because my girlfriend didn't eat any of them and was fine the next day. My symptoms were consistent with that of food poisoning as a result of undercooked chicken. I wouldn't like anybody else to experience this so I would like that more care is taken to cook food properly, and hygiene standards are met.

Domino's Pizza employee abuse from asst. mgr.

I was pushed by an AM at the oven where she had a tantrum and bagered and harassed to the point that i could not complete working out my one week only allotted notice by the young immature manager who is best friends with the abusive Bipokar? AM, I was further elbowed by a driver JM who hogs the oven and bosses all employees around.
My prior manager has no idea how abusive the AM at 5661 JB is to me especially.
I do not take orders from greedy drivers period!
I was abused from the entire time of my employment and the Manager who is great friends with the main AM does not believe me.
I was in AM training and my hours were cut constantly so I left 12-5-18 and will drop off my uniform shirts tomorrow!

Ive never had a worse employment negative reinforcement experience in my life!

Dominoes sucks wind!

The AM at 5661 talks bad about all the employees in front of other employees. She has temper tantrums and doesn't follow dress code but expects others to. She's abusive and the assistant to assistant manager isn't much better. They stand outside all day and smoke and complain they are the only ones who work hard. The manager Stephen from 5660 South store came in at 3am and started flipping out saying all his employees were dumb and worthless. Even made a big deal about how he got 16$ an hour and was soaking up overtime and didn't give a [censored] about anyone or anything. Dominos is toxic. They pre-prep food the night before that creates bacteria...and they don't care. They don't train employees and complain when they don't know how to do anything. Worst working experience ever, the 100$ in tips i made wasn't worth cleaning till 3am for..while the managers sit on there [censored] talking [censored] about everyone for 3 hours while we bust our [censored]. No teamwork, hours are unmanageable, pay is severely taxed, condescending attitudes of managers, the old guy Tony whos a driver is a pervert and sexually
harassed me in front of AM and did nothing about it. Worst job ever. Henry is great, when he's there the managers don't act up. When he's not there, they abuse the roles and situations. DONE!

Domino's Pizza manager

I will never eat from this dominos again. They hve the absolute worst manager I have ever met in my entire life. He is so unprofessional. I placed an order nov 20 and the girl taking my order said they didn't deliver to my address and the manager came over the phone and said yes they do well the girl had a hard time taking my order and then when it came time to deliver they tried to say they called me and no one did and said they'd bring me cold pizza that had been sitting there over an hour so I had to drive to the store to get the food. Tonight I tried to place an order and they girl got my address and said okay and then I could hear the manager in the background saying "don't deliver to her. Don't deliver to her" because I gave them a review per the service I got last time. So the manager got on the phone and tried to lie to me and say that they didn't deliver to my address because of the review I gave them. And all he said was that he never said they delivered to my address and for me to call corporate if I wanted. The way he talked to me was totally inappropriate and I know the phone calls are recorded at dominos. I hope they remove him from this location for the sake of the business.I worked for dominos before so I know the policy. Also my home is 6 minutes away from dominos

Domino's Pizza hilliard ohio has bad customer service

I ordered a pizza on December 1st at 7:09 and was quoted delivery time of 78-89 minutes. At 9:09, 120 minutes later the pizza was not here. I called the store. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and once they answered, I was told it has not been made yet and it would be 1-2 more hours. What! She acted like that was no big deal. I decided to cancel the order and was told that I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I also told her this was awful customer service! I ordered dinner for my family around 7, expecting to have it around 830ish. Instead I'm told my family's dinner won't be here until after 10 or 11. Not acceptable. A phone call to let me know would have been fantastic. Now we're starving and stuck without dinner, scrambling around at 10 pm to feed my family. Very dissatisfied Domino's! Unacceptable customer service!

Domino's Pizza burnt pizza disgusting chicken wings l

Ordered online from Cypress Garden Road Winter Haven Florida. Picked up shortly after 5:00 pm. Burnt Deluxe Large pizza and mushy chicken wings, both items disgusting and ended in garbage at a cost of $17.00 and some change.This is my second letter sent to your company for the first one nobody took the time to reply My wife went to Domino's on Cypress Garden Road last evening and picked up a Deluxe pizza and an order chicken wings. This pizza was burnt no cheese and crust not even able to bite into . This was not the pizza that is advertise on TV. I will never order on line again. . The wings were like mush and again not able to eat Hopefully. this gets to the correct person and I do get a reply.

Domino's Pizza xl pizza

I ordered an xl pizza and it was horrible and dry (ordered extra sauce) 3 slices had feta (I ordered feta whole pizza) bacon only in centre no extra cheese and horrible bubbles all over! I love this product however if I wanted bad pizza I'd order from the pizza store next door to my house! Very disappointed with the quality! My purchase was from the Eagle Street location in Cambridge Ontario

I placed at order at 12:56 am and was told that my delivery would be made within 26-46 minutes. While watching the tracking logo that Dominoes offers on the website I noticed that no updates were being processed. My card had already been charged for the order so I proceeded to call the number provided to check on my order. The call went directly to voicemail saying that the location was now closed and it was after normal business hours. I then decided to refresh the tracker page just to make sure my order was still being made, just to make sure, and to my surprise the tracker now went blank. I waited around for an hour thinking maybe the delivery would be made and no bell ring, no knock at the door, i even found myself having to peek out the window every five minutes. No order EVER arrived. It is not the day after, 11/13/2018 and I had to personally call the store to ask what happened. No email, no call to let me know the order was cancelled, didn't go through nothing. The woman who picked up the call tried to tell me i input the wrong contact number and that's why the delivery wasn't placed and she couldnt pull up my order. I guess that was her way of trying to get out of their mistake not knowing that i had my confirmation email as well as my order number and once she realized that she quickly changed her response. How unprofessional do you have to be or maybe I should say how much of a fraud company is this that you would charge someone for food and make no attempt to rectify not making the delivery at all. She had absolutely no remorse in her voice and didn't apologize once for their mistake. I am absolutely disgusted and I want a refund for the food I never received.

Domino's Pizza manager jesus campos

Jesus is repeatedly unprofessional. Several months ago, I went to pick up my pizza and had to park down the street because there was a car parked illegally backwards in the diagonal parking in front of the store, taking up two spaces. As I walked by, it was Jesus sitting in the car. Blasting rap music and singing out the window while smoking of some sort. Why do his customers have to walk 1/2 a block to get pizza because he is parked on his break in the front two spots, illegally! On another occasion, I went in to pick up a pizza and he was running around squirting his employees with a water gun. He then proceeded to stare at me and make winky faces to other male employees while I waited for my pizza, though he did not know I saw. He wears his dominos shirts around Batavia everywhere he goes, and if this behavior continues outside his store, it does not look good for him to be repping the company. On his personal Facebook page, he has several disturbing pictures. One of which is him shirtless and sweaty standing inside the company's industrial cooler/freezer. In another photo, he is posing shirtless inside the store along the wallpapered wall with all the dominos designs in it, with the keys to the store around his arm. Why is this man shirtless so often inside a store, let alone sweaty and in the cooler with the food! Not to mention, he is now openly dating another manager Kaylee, at the store. Rumor has it she was married and had a kid, but cheated on her husband with Jesus and now she is 7 months pregnant with their kid. This is information going around Batavia that random citizens are talking about. A manager of a store should not have so much controversy and drama surrounding him. The town of Batavia should not know what is going on in his life. Unprofessional and disgusting to say the least.
