Edgars / mobile content charges

Dear Edgars I was charged for mobile content which I know nothing of. I went to nearest shop was not helped they always give me ref no. My since may going up n down. I once went to wonderoark to complain and they told its cancelled and I will be refunded but that did not happen instead I keep on getting threatening sms that ill be blacklisted for something I did not agree on pls help.
