This is wrong that both etsy and amazon carry the unlawful products. It is a liability and scam. The owner carol hernandez howe is rude, her lotion caused harm to me and she freaked. The usda requirements for the use of the term "organic" are separate from the laws and regulations that fda enforces for cosmetics. Cosmetic products labeled with organic claims must comply with both usda regulations for the organic claim and fda regulations for labeling and safety requirements for cosmetics. Per faceboook the product sold to me by this company via amazon is not organic as stated (organic certified) or compliant with fda compliant labels or seals. No lot, no expiration date, no accountability. Their face lotion caused bodily harm and they refused a refund. This company is a hypocrisy of what they claim to sell and whom they are. Thank god, obama changed the laws in 2015 to protect us from preditors like this. Please sell with a conscious.

Wild herb soap co. Llc first off, we do not state 'certified' organic! We know labeling laws an since we state everywhere in all places we sell that our distiller is certified and not us, we are in full compliance. The lotion could not cause 'bodily harm'. You stated it was too thick for use on your face. Funny, but we've sold thousands upon thousands of this lotion over the 10 years we've been in business with no damage to skin. It's a 100% natural product. So unless you are allergic to the rosewood essential oil you requested to be put in the lotion, your skin is not damaged. Such a shame you take for granted these facts! Obama's laws do not affect any part of our operations. We have many, many excellent reviews and happy customers on amazon, etsy, in our brick & mortar store and many other places we sell. We do realize we cannot make everyone happy... That's impossible.

Lotion cannot be returned because it is a health hazard. Once it is used, we cannot resell this item. I'm sure as a buyer, you wouldn't want a used lotion that someone returned to us.
Also, scented lotion may sting the eyes if it gets too close or one is allergic to the scent. I use this exact lotion on my face, and actually my entire body, every single day with no problem. But, everyone is different.
In addition, by the time you pay return postage and we deduct the original postage, there would not be much left to refund... My suggestion is to use it on your hands, legs and other parts than your face.

Wow, and I have contacted the fda which told me to call an attorney to make a probe into this matter.
