Facebook unauthorized charges on my debit card

I have three charges on my Chase bank account still pending from 10/6/2013. The charges show $4.85 three times =($14.55) from my debit card ending in 8742. I called the number showing on my bank account, and the voice message directed me to a c.facebook.com/credit website. I didn't find any way to direct my complaint to Facebook.. I am requesting a full refund to my chase bank account. My name is Lisa Puente. My email is [protected]@hotmail.com. my phone number is [protected].

Facebook casino gaming

On 9/24/13 I was on facebook site checking on friends etc . I saw sites to the right of the main facebook page . These were for gaming casino etc . I clicked on said site and found myself playing a slot type machine for free .When the points started to get low I clicked on how to get more points . It stated the best deal was for $ 240.00 or there about . I used my credit card to purchase the coins/points . I returned to the game continued to play until I wanted to cash out . That was when I realised there was no way to cash out in real money . The machine plays on points but they add up to nothing if at the end of the day you cant obtain whatever it it you have won . Nowhere did I see disclaimers of this sort . this site looks just like any other site on the internet where you can play for real money . If I knew there was no real money to be earned or won on these machines, I would never have bought $240.00 worth of coins to play a machine you can never win.

Facebook charges made to credit card not authorized

On 9/22/13 I tried to purchase 25 farmville credits for $5. Oo using mt debit card, after putting in info, the screen blipped and put me back to the game w/o an acceptance memo and showing 0 farmville credits. I tried again, thinking the computer blipped and the same thing happened, no accept no credits. I tried a third time with the same results. Today, when I checked my banking account, it showed 3 separate charges totalling $15.00, I did not want this I only wanted 1 $5.00 charge for 25 farmville credits. If I wanted more credits I would have selected a higher amount as you get more credits. This a fraud and I want the $10.00 refunded to my account. My email is [protected]@aol.com.

Facebook unauthorized charges needs to refunded

I as I can see many others on here credit card has been debited for unauthorized charges. I ran a couple one time ads with Facebook and advertised my like page for a few days then stopped all ads. For two months I have been charged about $30.00, which this month cause me a $30.00 overdraft fee which my bank states Facebook is responsible for refunding. So in all almost $90.00. The #800 direct me to a website that is no help and has no where to contact company for refund. I am so frustrated and am ready to report this to the BBB. From what I see there is hundreds more unhappy people having a similar issue. Please contact me and tell me how I get my money back. If no help I will report as fraud.

Facebook a conman posing as a sportscar repairman stole my deposit.

I left my 2001 911 Porsche with Sal Arslan at Salos Motorsports Inc. 2298 Jericho Tpke, Garden City Park, New York 11040 for engine repair and, at that time, tendered a $1, 500 cash deposit to him for the repairs. He resides at 15-35 209 St. Bayside, NY 11360.

Several months passed as I waited for him to return my car. He dropped the car off at my residence on months later at a time that I was not at home.

It was clear that no repairs had been done at all and that he had done nothing except to take my money.

I have made numerous attempts to contact him including leaving voice mails and texting him several times a day on his mobile phone but he does not respond to my requests for a refund of my $1, 500 cash deposit.

Facebook fraudulent charges on my credit card

facebook prompted me yesterday 9/8 to give them my credit card number after I logged into facebook from a new smart phone. I did so to get back on facebook, NOT to purchase anything, yet today my bank is telling me that facebook charged me on 9/9 for $5.39, $50.83, $31.31. and $28.37 on my credit card ! I DID NOT authorize this ! please help me

I have been charged $451.19 on my credit card and have only approved $26.99. My credit card company called me and informed me of the charges. Since I did buy some credits they said you would have to reverse the charges. I have a file but can not save in any of the formaats you accept. How do I send you a word or excel format? Facebook credit card charge

i attempted to purchase credits for a game on facebook it asked me for a csc but it wasnt marked on the card. i entered the number i thought was right and when i typed in my cc information it says my card was declined. when i attempted a second time it gave me the same message i contacted card carrier services do they can tell me where the security code number was they told me my account had insufficient funds which i knew there was at least ten dollars in the account. when i contacted my bank they informed me my card had been charged on both failed attempts to enter my card information and that due to two charges of four dollars each i now have 2 dollars but i have received no credits in my game. i hope this will be rectified

Used to love Facebook, until the changes that started with their removing the bottom navigation bar. Timeline killed it a bit more, and now you have to pay to make sure all your Page's likers see your posts. Working on switching to G+.

this game is ridiculous not at 1st since they draw you in now the level i am on i need to keep playing the scenes over and over again because i dont have enough points tp go to next level. you have this set up where you deplete all your cash and coins, thats probably so you can spend real money to play on. shouldnt have to buy things to play and most people dont have the money to spend. also they say to go to next level you need to decorate your island, well guess what my island is so full there is no more room to put anything else plus since i cant move on i cant earn the 20 extra points i need to open a new area. so if you want people to play this game you should find a more practical way to move on.

I upgraded the greenhouse. When the sign came on to play now for $24 I paid it. Then it says I have to wait 3 days or spend $30 more. Cheated again. This is not the first time. I've paid a lot of REAL money to play this game. Things like this make me just want to give it up.

This lady has way too many dogs and lives in very unsanitary conditions. She is ignorant, abusive, manipulative, and attempts to treat the dogs herself instead of taking them to a vet. Disgusting! She is a dog trader, not a reputable breeder. Buyer Beware.

I'm also one of Kara's client, and honestly I think that lady is very wrong about what she thinks about Kara and her dogs! I have bought 3 dogs from her, one of them pups is my brothers baby the other one is mine, the other will be my baby's soon too be partner! I'm very well satisfied with my dogs, and how Kara keeps me updated on my soon to be puppy. She takes really good care of them, I have also been to her home and I found it very clean and and like jenni said smelling very fresh. Also her dogs were very well groomed and taken care of. I had my dog sick at one point and I would take it to my vet, he kept saying she had all this things going on with her and he would give me meds for her nothing worked for her I wasted so much money taking her to the vet, and not getting results, Kara always checked up on how my dog was doing so i told her what was going on with my dog, she told me she could help me, so I took my baby to her for a week, in that week Kara cured my dog and didn't even charge me, since then my dog has been in good conditions. I'm pretty sure Kara knows what she is doing with her yorkies. She is a great lady, I'm very content with her, and my dogs!

One of Kara's puppy buyer and I have to say that since I meet this woman she has kept in touch with me about how my puppy is doing sending me pictures of my puppy. I at one point I had the opportunity to go to Gooding to visit my soon to be puppy and she treated me very Well she was very talkative. She even introduced me to her yorkies which by the way she seemed to have known each of their personalities very Well. Her dogs were all so friendly. I found very cute that while I was at her house if she walked one way her yorkies would follow seems like they really love her. Kara's home was smelling fresh and was very clean. Kara seems to know what she does super good. I honestly felt very welcomed by Kara, her husband and her kids. I honestly don't have something negative to say about her or the way she cares for her dogs.

Hi, im Kara from "Kara's Pretty Little Yorkies". I have no idea who you are, the person who posted this complaint, if I had to guess, I would say Beverly... let me clear a few things here, first of all, this lady is mad at me because she bought her puppy on a spay contract, the puppy was to become a trained service dog for her daughter, needless to say I was manipulated out of putting a date in the contract of when the spay needed to be done by, due to surgery interfering with her "training" so the contract stated within a reasonable time, I contacted her a few months later to get updates on the puppies progress, due to getting a report that the puppy was not being trained and was also not being taken care of. She reassured me that the dog was infact being well cared for but also refused to have her spayed then blocked me from any further contact with her. I do at this time have an attorny handling the situation with her. As far as her allegations, not any of what she said is the truth, my puppies are raised in my home, which is clean and sanitary, obviously my children also live here, so my work never ends, as far as trying to treat my dogs without a vet, absolutely not true, infact I depend on the help of my vet for a lot of things! Im requesting that this slander be removed, she has no proof to back up her allegation and since there is a legal matterat hand with my attorney involved it would be best to remove this entire thread!

Facebook blocking my friend request

I am continuing to be harrassed by facebook in making falsh claim that I have and continued to send out friend request to people that I dont know and that they have warn me before and have also block me not one but now this is the third time and is threatening to block me permanently if I dont stop it I have not send out friend request to people I dont know I have had people that I dont know to send friend request to me and I have confirmed them as my facebook friends I have attempted to send friend request to meet new friends and I am not on facebook that much I have way to many other things to attend to than to be on the computer I feel an injustice is happening here to me I dont know what is going on here with facebook and it personel but now I am the subject of this constant harrassment and I am tired of this I just want this to stop they got me all wrong and they must have me mix up with somebody else I have address this to thier attention before but I got no response back and nothing was done to correct and fix the issue or matter at hand I dont know if my facebook account has been compromised or not but I am not doing this I deserved an apology and to be treated with more respect than I have been this company deserved to be held accountable for thier action and I hope that you all will help me get the justice that I deserved this has goin on way to long and now it time for it to stop this has become very up setting to me and quite annoying so lets hold facebook accountable and make an example out of them to the rest of all the buisnesses out thier that this is not right and this will not be tolerated this is unfair cruel buisness practices and I as a facebook member deserved better than this this is a wrong that should be righted I am not on facebook that much and when I go on facebook I go to view messages that I may have and to communicate with the friends I already have and that is it I am and have been fashly accused for doing something I have not done so help me to get the respect and justice that I deserved and the respect as a member of facebook as well I am a very intellectual person thanks.

What on earth is network aggenda anyway? Never heard of it, and you took money from my bank account without my permission. I dont even know what this is. I found out about it when I called my bank about a suspicious amount of money withdrawn from my account. It better be put back in my account right away. That is called theft!

Received from our online banking info that a charge for $33.87 was charged to our account for which I have not used paypal since 2004 and there is no history of anything bought. I want reverse charges on this! We are in financial straights with medical bills from my husbands heart attack. If this is not taken care of I will be all over this and more. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this.

On May 31st I ordered from Facebook a NINJA EMBLEM for $30.00 every time I put in my Credit Card number it said FAILED the FIFTH (5) time it said ACCEPTED. Facebook charge on my credit card

I was playing Diamond Dash, an ad to purchase power came up, the cost was $3:30.
I purchased the stuff, and was told my card was no good.my purchase could not be
made with my card. i finished my game without the power up.
I then checked my account and $3.30 had been deducted from my account, so i want
the $3.30 put back into my account or the item i tried to purchase, credit to my game

Facebook pos pre-authorization

I was deducted 20.00 dollars from my debit card by Facebook.com without my consent and knowledge. And when I checked if something is credited in my account in facebook, there was none stated there. My facebook credit is still 0. Hope the amount deducted from my account by Facebook.com will be returned back to my debit card.

Facebook Cancelling of Membership

I went to cancel my membership due to a bad experience with the service and the owner literally cursed me out for several minutes in front of the whole gym. Then proceeded to follow me to my car and tried to fight me. I am doing all I can so the word is spread about this gym. I am not the only big complaint. Just go to Yelp or any other site.

On 9the May my facebook account has been disabled without any understandable reason.
The account username/login is [protected]@gmail.com, and my Facebook page URL is www.facebook.com/twinmaker.
When I've discovered this fact, I went to this page: https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/269030579858086 where they ask me to explain thee issue and upload a "government-issued, photo ID" (which is already a fact violating my privacy rights).
I've don' the thing, and shortly I've received an automated reply from notification+[protected]@facebookmail.com saying thee following:
"Upon investigation, we have determined that you are ineligible to use Facebook. You can view our Statement of Rights and Responsibilities at thee following address: https://www.facebook.com/terms.php
Unfortunately, for safety and security reasons, we cannot provide additional information as to why your account was disabled. This decision is final.
Thanks for your understanding, The Facebook Team"
My email address is also blocked from creating a new account, even more - following their Terms of Use, I have no right to create another account once my first account has been found ineligible to use thee service.
I've sent immediately a detailed mail to [protected]@facebook.com and to [protected]@facebook.com, explaining that there was no violations of thee Facebook Terms of Use, and thee fact that my account was disabled by a bug or a mistake; being a trained IT specialist, I explain also some security measures I was applying to make my account hacker-proof (so there was no scam/spam sending from my account).
Explaining that my Facebook account is very important for me, being a main tool to keep in contact with my relatives and friends all over thee world, I'm asking politely to restore my Facebook account.
Since then, I had only got an automated answer again, saying "Thanks for your email. We're improving how we receive feedback to best help resolve your issue quickly."
All that means that I was banned from this social network without any explanation neither any human reaction to my complaints.
I guess there is no need to explain you thee meaning of having a working facebook account nowadays for someone, for whom it was a main way of keeping in touch with almost all his contacts worldwide since several years.
As I could see searching Google, my case is not an only one - there are thousands of people who was banned thee same way since last few years. And as I could see - thee most of those cases were left without any response from thee Facebook support.
I find it unacceptable to ban someone from accessing world's most popular social network without any given reason or warning.

...All this is just ridiculous.

Apparently, as I could understand googling the case, there is some sort of mechanism intended to fight spammers, which automatically disables accounts of some users who are, for example, using the poke feature more than twice a day. Or reply too fast to a private message. Yes, I'm exaggerating, but the principle is the same. And there are hundreds of those cases. Some lucky users have a chance to see the reasons of the ban; but the most of them - neither reasons nor warnings.
Facebook is positioning its network as "the only service you'll ever need to communicate with the rest of the world", encouraging you to forget the e-mails, skypes, sms, keeping your photos or texts anywhere else besides Facebook; and suddenly - bam! All is gone.
Reasons? Never mind.
Fair? No.
Can I do anything about it? Nada.
Just live with it, and take it as a lesson...

Apparently, as I could understand googling the case, there is some sort of mechanism intended to fight spammers, which automatically disables accounts of some users who are, for example, using the poke feature more than twice a day. Or reply too fast to a private message. Yes, I'm exaggerating, but the principle is the same. And there are hundreds of those cases. Some lucky users have a chance to see the reasons of the ban; but the most of them - neither reasons nor warnings.
Facebook is positioning its network as "the only service you'll ever need to communicate with the rest of the world", encouraging you to forget the e-mails, skypes, sms, keeping your photos or texts anywhere else besides Facebook; and suddenly - bam! All is gone.
Reasons? Never mind.
Fair? No.
Can I do anything about it? Nada.
Just live with it, and take it as a lesson...
