Fashion Nova online order for one day shipping

Received the below for an item I requested the one day shipping option for... the link to cancel the order does not work and they don't respond via phone calls nor email...

"ORDER DELAYED

Due to delays in our warehouse, we are still putting the finishing touches on your order. We're as excited for you to receive your order as you are! While we don't have an estimated ship date for you yet, we will be dispatching your order and sending you a tracking number ASAP.

If you'd rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here and we will make every effort to cancel your order. Please note that we are unable ro cancel orders that are already in the process of being shipped. Of course, if you want to wait for your order, you don't need to do anything.

Fashion Nova received wrong order

I placed an order for over night shipping for an event, I opened the package and it was the wrong order. I called customer service I was told I have to pay to have the wrong items shipped when it wasn't my fault at all. I was told once I ship the items they will send my original order which I highly doubt. I don't know how the company is so big and doesn't have free return shipping on orders especially wrong orders. I called customer service I was told I would have a call back never received a return call. I am beyond pissed I love their clothes but i hightly doubt I will use the as often anymore. Very unprofessional

Fashion Nova bulk items lost in transit

I purchased a large number of items from Fashion Nova for my honeymoon next month. The items became lost in transit and I was informed I would need to wait 30 days for the investigation to be completed. Fashionnova informed me that as the items are no longer available to be reshipped, I would eventually receive a store credit (date to be confirmed). I have requested a full refund which I have not heard a response back. I do not wish to purchase anything again to be lost in transit again. I have limited time to purchase items for my honeymoon and need this money back to do so. All of this has repeatedly been articulated to Fashionnova who have ignored this point.

Fashion Nova clothing and shoes

I'm new to fashion nova and just about wanted to order everything but when it comes down to it. Everything is out of stock!. One item I got an email that it restocked and it didn't?. That's very frustrating and just makes me wanna say forget it and buy nothing, when im taking almost an hr to scroll thru items that I can't buy. It's very disappointing that they don't restock.

Fashion Nova parcel lost

okay first thing I called the number provided from them, it isn't working (I tried twice)
also, I've ordered from them around 3 times now with no problems.. So I emailed them asking for help it says they reply in 12-24hrs which they haven't it been 48hrs now and still no reply. So, I have emailed them again which means another 24hr to wait for a reply and another day where my parcel has been lost. I ordered it on the 26th of March and it was going smoothly till it was put in transition with yodel and they received the data but not the physical thing- is there any way I can have a talk with a human one to one who can actually give me a straight answer or at least a refund?!

Fashion Nova customer service

I placed an order and after weeks of it not being delivered and being told by customer service that it's been shipped I finally get told by customer service that there was an error with the processing of my order and they would have to refund me. At first I was disappointed but said that's fine thinking I was going to get my money back to my credit card. Turns out all they can do is give me store credit when the error was on them. I wasn't returning any items. They messed up my order. After being disappointed I said fine later to find out when I revive the store credit it's not for the same amount that I paid. It's less because they don't refund shipping. Why would I be charged shipping when my item never shipped. I need a full refund and proper customer service.

I placed an order for 4 high wasted Jeans. This was my first time ordering. My sister has been trying to get me to order these Jeans because she loves them and we are tall and they are suppose to be all that. However, I was happy to select 4 pairs, selected my size and added them to my cart. The next day I noticed that they were all in a size 0. I know that I did not select a size 0. I went back to the site and realize that even though I clearly selected my size and placed in the cart. It was changed to a size 0 no warning no mention just automatically changed. I am so pissed I called them and they are like well nothing I can do about it. I got them at 40% off and that sale was set to end the next day. I was told I had to wait on my order pay to send them back and then wait for a store credit and then they offered my 30% off. I just wanted my money back at this time. I'm already out $12 and didn't even get anything from them. At the very lease they should have just send the correct sizes for the price I already paid seeing it was their website that is flawed, or offered me the same 40% seeing I have to now pay to send the order back.

I had placed order online on 13 March 2019 which I'm still waiting for, it did charge me for shipping cost then few days I received email saying I need to pay for shipping I emailed them several time but getting automated response I'm getting bit frustrated now can someone help are there any real person working on customer service side who can resolve this matter as in this has never happened from I am little disappointed or could you give me my refund please

Fashion Nova clothing returns

I bought $300 dollars worth of clothes that didn't fit I had to pay to have the items shipped back for a refund or store credit. I have not received a refund yet and I haven even received a call from the company regarding the returns. I am extremely upset and I will be contacting my credit card company to have the items purchased disputed. This company is not going to get away with this scam .

Fashion Nova unauthorized order

I was shopping on their website, had items in my cart, and when I clicked to add a giftcard/promo code, it processed my order without even using the promocode, my order was not complete, and my card was charged the full amount, over $100, I never got to use the giftcard and my bank account is now over withdrawn! I just want them to cancel the order and refund back to my card but I can't speak to anybody! Issues on their website always freezing and changing pages, now it processed an order I didn't approve of!

Fashion Nova incorrect item

Fashinova is very inconsiderate. They shipped me an incorrect package and then blamed me for it. I called and they told me I could not receive the correct item. So let me get this right? You shipped me an incorrect item and I was unable to return it? It was two piece set and they told me they needed me to send it back to them... and ALSO could not ship items one by one... However they did manage to ship me a romper without any tags and then told me I needed to resend everything back. Very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from them ever again!

Fashion Nova non received items

Hi I havent recieved my order or a refund or a gift card since october 2017last year when I initially ordered my order status has always been unfullfilled and no email to say out of stock or anything. What is going noone is replying to my emails either I starting to feel like I was really robbed by this site. I accidently made a order couple days ago and sent an email to cancel they said they do not cancel and I can send back the item, and also to reply back to email with any further questions so I replied about my order I never recieved nor was it ever sent and to my surprise they did not even reply at all! At this point im very frustated and I feel like I was scammed of my hard earned money while the ceo of this company is living lavishly and some customers do without and make sacrifices to order things they like or feel they deserve.

Fashion Nova return

I was ask to provide a tracking number for a return in which I did. Then I received a email (same rep) stating I need to show proof of the receipt. I am appalled that I was ask to provide a photo copy of the receipt tracking info as if I can make up a tracking number. I shop with Fashion Nova at least 3x a mth and has since started my husband with shopping. They are making it difficult to stay on board with all of their inconsistencies.

Fashion Nova purchasing and shipping

Thieves!
I placed 2 orders. One on january 31st, the other on february 6th.

My first order has never been shipped. The last update was february 4th - rancho dominguez. Nothing since. I have emailed many times and all they say respond is with a generic pasted message that they are not responsible for the shipping and customs. It never hit customs. It went missing from ranch dominguez. My second order has already been delivered.

They have basically stolen my money from me and will not refund or even tell me where my order is.

There has got to be something done, this is basic theft. They cannot just get away with stealing your money.

Thieves!

They have basically stolen my money from me and will not refund or even tell me where my order is. No one wants to answer to where it is. They continuously give the same scripted responses. Then send a form to fill out to start an investigation and then when I send it back they tell me they will not do anything as they aren't responsible for customs.

IT NEVER EVEN REACHED CUSTOMS - IT NEVER LEFT RANCHO DOMIGUEZ WHICH IS THEIR LOCATION!

There has got to be something done, this is basic theft. They cannot just get away with stealing your money.

How can they not be held accountable for products people pay for?

Fashion Nova Refusal to cancel unfulfilled order

Refusal to cancel unfulfilled order : order placed at 8:00am and request sent to cancel order at 8:01am, february 13th, 2019. Instructed to either:

A. Tell carrier that I refuse to accept the package (at which point it will be returned and a credit issued)

B. Accept the package and return the items with a request to refund the order.

Point being is what type of company does not allow you to cancel an order placed in error, especially minutes after it has been placed and not fulfilled by their shipping department.

Fashion Nova returned item

I also returned an item to fashion nova since December 19th 2018 ant till date they claim not to have received the item. Unfortunately I couldn't find the return receipt for tracking. This is very unfair. If item was not received, I expect it to have been returned to the return address on the envelop. I feel really frustrated and dont know what to do next

Fashion Nova unauthorized account creation

Without even hearing of this company, I received an email about my newly activated account. How can that be when I never signed up for this? Most places require you to click on a confirmation email to be certain it was you that signed up for the account. When I emailed them, they said there was no way to delete an account. Seriously? How is that even possible?
They gave me a request #[protected] and the person I have been corresponding with is named Axel Borjas (info@fashionnova.com). The following is a copy of the last email they sent to me:

"Hi Love,

Thank you for contacting Fashion Nova! I'm happy to help!

We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. As much as we would like to help, we don't have the option to disable an account or eliminate it. The account is not able to be deleted by the customer as well, unfortunately.

Fashion Nova customer service

I have done a lot of business with Fashion Nova. Normally my experience is Great! For the most part, my shipment make it within a week.
I had ordered 2 diff. shipments recently, 1 on 1/14 and 1 on 1/15.
I tracked both packages. The package from 1/14 was suppose to arrive on 1/17.
I checked back on 1/17 and USPS showed the address had to be verified. I was advised the vendor (Fashion Nova) put a "1" in front of my address. (Not sure how they could have messed that one up when I've been purchasing numerous packages within the last year in a half, and never ran into a shipment issue).
I contacted Fashion Nova customer service and was advised by BOTH, Oscar Solano and Jesus Amaya that their was nothing they could do.. the customer would have to file a claim with USPS. I was advised by USPS the vendor had to file a claim AND verify the address. I've sent numerous emails to these 2 and nothing got done.
USPS ended up shipping my package back to Fashion Nova. I sent them BOTH an email advising if they can correct the address and resend my items once the package was received back in. They said NO, they can ONLY credit me for what was shipped out EXCEPT the shipping charge! That is complete [censored]! First off, It was Fashion Nova that entered the address into USPS incorrectly so THEY should be held 100% responsible for a FULL REFUND! 2nd, I ordered 2 outfits special for an event I have this weekend.. I went to check if my size was still available and of course, it's NOT.
You cannot run a business like this and think it's OK!

Fashion Nova two separate orders with missing items

After ordering two separate times and having missing items in both orders, I contacted customer service multiple times without response. When I finally did, they asked for photos and proof with a packing slip and furthermore said I would receive my refund within a few days later. Fast forward a few months later and nothing. Emails go unanswered and they then reply with the fact that I have a pay pal claim that they will resolve. Which my pay pal case was closed because I didn't not escalate it due to them telling me I would receive my refund. Worst service ever. This is such a waste of time and effort. What a scam

Fashion Nova return shipping

I purchased a dress from fashion Nova in December 23, 2018 cost me 27.99, I received the package and the dress did not fit me at all, I decided to return it went to UPS store and pay for the return shipment which was $12 on January 6, 2019, I emailed them 5 times and someone else keeps answering with no answer as to why the package was never received when the tracking number for the returned item for UPS was received, I feel like I have been scammed and I want my store credit.

Fashion Nova returns

I have been a Fashion Nova shopper since 2016 and I've never had major issues with them until now. I have always hated the fact that I had to pay to send items back that didn't fit or that I was not found of but I just brushed it off and continued to order things because I liked their clothes. Recently I returned 2 items on October 20, 2018 they were received at their facility on October 22, 2018. I called on October 30, 2018 because I did not get a confirmation that they received the return. I was told that my return would be expedited, I waited and nothing. On December 4, 2018 I sent an email in regards to this matter and still nothing was done other than a generic email being sent saying there was a holiday delay. I emailed them again on January 8, 2019 and finally got a response the next day. They gave me a store credit for $21.19 when it should have been $42.58. Once I voiced this I was told that since I did not report that my items were damaged within 2 days I could only get partial credit (50%). I've returned items before and I have never heard of this policy. How is someone supposed to report damaged items within 2 days when we can barely contact them or get a response on the status of our order or return after multiple weeks ? Its already an inconvenience paying to ship the items back to their facility and now their saying that we have to lose out on money (store credit) because of a manufacturing error on their part ? This policy does not favor the best interest of the customers and I find it very absurd. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the length of time it took to process my return. This company makes too much money to have the return policy that they have in place. I WILL NOT be shopping at Fashion Nova anymore and I advise everyone else to do the same unless you want to be ripped off and scammed by a company making millions of dollars on behalf of their manufacturing errors, out of stock errors, shipment errors, and false advertisement at our disposal.
