Filtropur Air cleaner

Over paid for the product, but I was pretty happy with it. Does a good job of cleaning the air, and you can't even tell I own several Boxers when you walk in. Only problem is that their "warranty" covers only if you buy their filters. Sure, they clean it for free. But then you have to pay $120 for a filter I can make for $20. When I first purchased, they were about half that price. But since I refuse to get raped on the filter, it's not covered or cleaned, anymore. Purchased in 2014. Short of tearing the whole thing apart myself, and praying I don't break any of the cheaply made plastic parts, I'm not sure if it is even worth messing with. Do yourselves a favor and stay clear of these products. They aren't worth the hassle.

Filtropur vacuum cleaner

The vacuum cleaner is way overpriced and does not deliver what promised. We fell for it because our son has asthma and we trusted the readout on this meter that supposedly measures the impurities in the air. After purchasing the vacuum cleaner for $2000, we used it and after that used the rainbow vacuum. You won't believe the dirt that cleaner picked up! When we complained and wanted to return the machine to HQ, we were told that there would be a $300 restocking fee! Sure enough, it had been hand written in the printed contract, which we signed. But it seemed to us that the restocking fee clause was added on the line above our signature after we signed! But we have no proof! To this day we wish we had decided to lose the $300 than get stuck with this worthless POS of a vacuum cleaner! And, of course, we wish we had never let Ezra into our house, who fraudulently sold it to us!

Filtropur Filtropur products

My mother purchased one of these vacuum cleaners and 2 air purifiers about 6years ago for me and its truly the worst products for the money i have ever seen or worked with.its falling apart handle is broke air purifiers do not work correctly i think we have been scammed, I have been countlessly trying to go to web sights and phone contact thru these 6 years and no luck. I did better with my kmart vacuum for $59.95.i should have kept it.we will see if i get any replies this time from a complaint.I think they should return my money with there special warrenty that dont cover much.

Filtropur Skeptical

I'd like to share our experience with your products. When we bought the air cleaner and vacuum, I was HIGHLYskeptical that the machines could accomplish what our salesman, Andrew, promised. Recently my husband and I vacationed for six weeks. I cleaned the house before leaving and, upon returning, was thrilled that I didn't have to dust or vacuum. In fact, I didn't have to clean (vacuum and dust) for another two weeks. I am absolutely delighted with the performance of the air cleaners and vacuum. Please pass my comments along to your manager.

Filtropur Service/Product

Dear April,
I just wanted to email you to tell you how much I love my Filtropure vacuum. I previously had a Kirby and I hated it. It was big, heavy & clunky. It was awkward to change between using the floor/carpet head to the attachments. I have had my Filtropure for several years now, and it is light and very easy to change between cleaning my carpet and using the attachments. It makes my carpets feel really soft. In fact, about 22 years ago we replaced the carpet that had originally been installed in our house 35 years ago. My husband took the original carpet and pieced it together and put it downstairs. This past summer, I was showing our senior pastor and his wife and our associate pastor our house, and our senior pastor's wife couldn't believe the carpet downstairs was 35 years old. She said it was incredibly clean looking and soft underfoot. She asked me how I kept it in such good condition, and I told her it was my Filtropure vacuum. It really gets all the deep down dirt out and our carpets look and feel wonderful!
Also, I really appreciate the great service I get from you, April, and your technicians. I bring my machine in for regular check-ups as recommended, and they always take care of any minor problems I may have. The employees are very friendly and the technicians always do a great job, are efficient, and take care of things in a very short time. Today, I brought my Filtropure vacuum in because the beater bar was making a grinding noise and not working properly. I went to your new location and found the building but I wasn't sure where your office was. I phoned the office, and a technician came out to my car and carried it into the office. After the repair was completed he carried it back out to my car. The parts that were not working properly were replaced with updated parts and it is working great again. Keep up the great work and the great service!

Filtropur absolutely NO rating, No consumer reports...

We purchased 2 air purifiers and the vacuum, an outrageous amount-it was either that or a pontoon. I put the purifier in our bedroom, opposite my husbands oxygen machine(which sounds like heavy equipment or truck idling) and my husband went to nap, couldn't sleep cause the purifier was too loud! I turned it down and it doesn't feel like anything is even coming out...I don't know if it even works. The vacuum seems like it works..but the one i traded in did too...when i emptied the cup there was stuff in there from dirt to hair...a lot more than in this one...i think i made a mistake...my husband wants the pontoon and a new pickup to pull it with now!

An agent called back finally and was rude from the get go, said filter is $130! I explained that my client is on a fixed income and he rudely said good luck finding one cheaper. This occurred on 8/30/23.
