FloryDay no customer service

I have wasted hours trying to get a return address from this company. They do not get back to me. The items are cheap and ugly. They are in China and are cheats!
I have tried every possible connection to return the three items I have. If I send them to the address I found in London, England, I feel that I am just throwing away more money. The Floryday customer service says they will get back to me with a return address, but, they never do.
Not only am I stuck with shoddy clothes, that I paid for, but, I have wasted many hours going in circles trying to get help.
After reading all the reviews of other customers with the same complaints, can something be done to make this situation right?

Apparently the company had sent me the return address that I needed, however, it had gone to my spam. Now, they are offering to reimburse me in full, without having to return the clothing that I don’t want. Hopefully, they will keep their word. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

FloryDay unethical behaviour - beware of the scam!!!

I received goods from this company which in terms of quality were good. However I needed to return 2 items as they did not fit properly.

The parcel as is normal practice did not contain any details of a return address or any contact details whatsoever ! Subsequently I visited the Floryday website to arrange a return however the website would not accept my order number. I then attempted to contact them by phone. The phone number on the website is invalid and doesn't even present a dialling tone.

I therefore was left with no choice but to return the item to the dispatch address. When I eventually managed to contact Floryday and explain my position, they only offered me a 50% refund. By law, Florday have to issue a refund if the goods are returned within 14 days. However they make it impossible for you to return the goods within 14 days as they provide no returns information, and feel its acceptable to offer a derisory 50% offer.

If they do not provide me with a full refund, I will be issuing legal action as this is nothing short of a scam !

Scam company. Still waiting for an order placed a month ago. Cannot track it and no way to check. I needed this for a wedding in 2 weeks.

FloryDay I wish to return items and can't find any address to send them back to.

I ordered two items from floryday and they are not suitable and very badly made. I wish to send them back but cannot find any address to send them back to. They say to contact them within 14 days and they will give an address by email. I rang a number in London Regent Street but the company at that address say that Floryday are using their address and number illegally. What can I do I have paid them over £70 for badly made items! I now see that there are lots of similar complaints. This seems to be a scam company.

FloryDay two blouses.

They have agreed to refund my money. So this problem has been corrected. The computer just told me my info msg is too short and no one would notice until I made it longer. Original problem, 2 blouses...neither fit. and the 4X was smaller than the 3X. I thought I checked the size chart but evidently not. I will be giving these to Good will but I will cut out the size label as it is misleading in american styles.

FloryDay two blouses.

How is it that a 4X is smaller than a 3X and the 3X is nowhere near a 3X in all of my other clothing. I just received them one week ago and now I cant find the invoice. I cant even find the same pictures on line anymore. This is a horrible company with false info and false sizing. Stay away from them. I would put the last sentence in caps but they make a point of saying not to do that on the complaint details, so I figure they will not post anything that has all Caps. But believe me...I am screaming. I am also filing a report with American Express. They should be able to keep others from getting ripped off. Good luck if you decide to order.

This is a scam site. Beware! I ordered two coats and the money was taken immediately. The goods have never arrived and all emails to their forum have gone unanswered, although I have provided them with all the information and order number they tequested. They have no contact phone numbers and no way of contacting directly, only through the email forum. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

FloryDay the dress that I received did not even resemble the picture and was inappropriate for my event.

I received my dress in a timely manner, but it was not at all what I was expected. I would like to return the dress, but the website does not recognize my password. I tried to set a new password and was told that I would receive an email with instructions, but never did. I tried several times. I tried to submit a contact form with my order #, but the submit button was disabled. I am very frustrated and would just like to return the dress and get a refund. My order number was [protected].

The day after submitting this complaint, I was contacted by Floryday with an apology for the mix up and an offer to completely refund my money. I even get to keep the dress! I have to admit that I was determined to avoid this company forever, but I am very satisfied with their quick responses.

FloryDay faulty item, colours do not match, armholes so large that underwear would show. order number [protected]

Emailedtheir complaint form on 14 January 2019. Received reply stating I would be contacted by email within 24 hours, 72 hours later still no reply. This company should be barred from trading in the UK because of their disgusting unethical treatment of customers. I will be contacting Trading Standards to complain in the strongest possible terms about this company.

Have sent numerous emails to FloryDay regarding the above item. It was purchased as a Christmas present for me, by a dear friend of mine. It was not delivered to her in Cornwall until after Christmas and she duly sent it on by post.
Unfortunately, despite being a Medium, it is far too small for me. I have been trying to make contact with FloryDay ever since.
Has anybody found a phone number for them - apart from the one in Hong Kong? Does my friend have to return it ? They don't seem to want to answer me!
I need to return the item and gain a credit for my friend or obtain a larger size.
Please help.

FloryDay return process

The dress I ordered is nothing like the dress that is pictured on your website. I know you get what you pay for, but this is unacceptable. There is no invoice included in the package, only a packing list with an email that doesn't work. The order number is [protected]. If I do not receive a response on how to return this dress before the 14 day return period, I WILL contact the Better Business Bureau along with my credit card to stop payment. I will also be contacting Pinterest, as I first saw a picture of this dress in the wedding section. Photos can be deceiving, and this one certainly is.

FloryDay red sequin dress - [protected]

To Customer Services

Received this dress long after the expected delivery date, unfortunately the quality is poor and I wish to return, I am now wishing that I looked at these reviews before ordering, there are no return details, or any paperwork to aid returns, however, you seem to have put in clauses I.e difficulty contacting and a 14 day window, it seems you are deliberately making it difficult? I am hoping that this is not the case and I can finish this complaint with a positive outcome, I have sent an e-mail, which by the way the link you have, doesn't appear to work, so entered separately, I await your urgent reply, if this is not forthcoming I will indeed be in touch with the necessary trading standards organisations.

After contacting Floryday, I am happy to say all has been resolved, I received a full refund with a very pleasant e-mail advising me of exactly what the process would be. Thank you, although you probably need to address your website for returns, along with quality of the garments.

I have been tryhing to contact customer service for a return form and refund. The website will not let me submit the details . the email address does not accept emails they are undelivered this is appauling service.
will never buy from them again. Base in Hong Kong ? No good. !

FloryDay two dresses concerning order#: [protected] floryday.com

I ordered two dresses on 9th Dec and hoping to receive them in time for Christmas, I paid €20 extra for a quick delivery (Floryday estimated 3-5 workdays). Christmas passed, I managed without the dresses and-well, yes. The deliverery came 27th Dec. I am very disappointed. I would appreciate it if you sent the €20 I payed extra IN RETURN!

FloryDay floryday no returns facility

I can't tell you just how many times I have had to write this information and it is getting rather frustrating.
My name is Patricia Duckworth. My order number was [protected] for three items all of which are far too small as follows:-

White top JLJSZ10769 ID 5221054 size medium
Burgundy dress ZHSZ139191 ID 5232269 size small
Dark blue top ZQPSZ44018 ID 5344812 size small

I paid £91.34 which was immediately taken from my account. On FINALLY receiving the goods, all items are far too small, the white top does not open as the buttons are sewn so as to look as though the garment opens but it doesn't. There was no return paperwork included and my MANY attempts to make contact with Floryday have fallen on deaf ears. IS THERE ANYBODY LISTENING!

It's very strange that Floryday continue to send me emails advertising items and yet they fail to contact me regarding MY requests.

If they do not contact me, I will have no alternative but to report them to the trades description organisation and take legal action against them.

FloryDay bags

They simply refuse to provide me with a return address. They instead give you multiple options where you are strong armed into keeping their defective products. They go back and forth with you daily to ensure their 14 day return time lapses while you're begging for an address. This is the address they sent me- honestly?!

I have tried to forward an email to them stating that all the items are too small and that I need to return them for a full refund of £91.34 but unfortunately there was no paperwork included in the parcel to enable me to return the items. I am concerned, as I have checked on line and discovered that numerous other customers have had the same problem.
The email I attempted to forward to them requested that they provide the necessary paperwork and assurances that my refund can be recorded. When I "sent" the email, it failed to appear in my sent items so alarm bells are now ringing as £91.34 is a very large amount of money to me. I also requested they call me on my number [protected] as I am concerned that their failure to respond would send the permitted time of 14 days in order to return items to lapse. Should this occur, it is their fault as they have failed miserably to conduct their business in an acceptable manner as other providers do. I have also tried to find a telephone number for their so called Head Office in Regent Street, London but the only number that appears is a Hong Kong number +[protected].
I would be grateful for your assistance.

FloryDay item nothing like the photo cheap and nasty itchy fabric with damage

Ordered a tunic length brilliant white T shirt and received a short dirty cream thing like a piece of old rag. Sleeve had hole in and other sleeve sewn in twisted. No labels or wash instructions not that I would have dreamt of wearing such itchy rubbish and sizing way to small. Asked for a refund they said they would refund but only if I took review of another website which I refused as that is blackmail . I will not be blackmailed into removing honest review to get what is rightfully mine a full refund including postage. I opened a claim with Paypal who immediately sorted the problem and guaranteed my refund within 10 days. Also said they were UK based they are not because parcel arrived from China

If you have had the misfortune to order anything from this site. You should be covered by the distance selling rule and floryday should pay for the cost of the return not you. If you paid by Paypal ask them to open a claim against them to get your money back.

FloryDay scam

I ordered an expensive dress to be delivered within 2 weeks from Floryday.com which provided info on one of its Facebook profiles as it's based in UK. Processing time should take 5-7 days. After 8 days it was still "being processed". I was then apologised and told that my £42 dress will be shipped after another week and delivery will take 2 weeks. I found contact details to complain and was shocked when I realised they are placed in HONG KONG. I cancelled my order so they promised refund which is going to be "processed" in about 15 days! I hope I'm going to get it. They take your money within seconds but reluctant to give it back.
Floryday have many profiles on FB. Each one is located in different country.
I would have never ordered Chinese dress for £42 plus delivery.
