FlyDubai refund

My flight E5JMSR was cancelled on 16th Mar 2019 and a refund request was placed same time. I was promised to get the refund within 5 to 7 weeks. Its been 7 weekz now and there is no amount i have recieved yet. I spoke to a customer care person Anna who was so rude and ignorant and provided no solution or clarification on my request.
The pathetic and annoying service I have ever faced. Just waiting for my money back and it will be a big good bye from my side forever.

FlyDubai flydubai

I arrived just at the 1 hour mark on April 25th and was told it was too late to check in by the supervisor Beslin at the Flydubai checkin counter. I explained to him that I tried to check in earlier in the day on their website but was unable to because their site was having issues. But according to them I was at fault, I missed my flight because of their arguing with me. They expected me to book an entirely new flight when they were at fault. Horrible service.

FlyDubai fz-436 hyd to dxb - delayed

REMINDER-1
I had planned to resume my work on Saturday 13th April 2019 morning in Riyadh, but I could not do so due to flight (FZ-436 Hyd to DXB) was delayed. Due to this delay my connecting flight (FZ-847 DXB to RUH) missed. I was allotted a seat in the Flight FZ-8845, which departed from DXB at around 11:30 am and I reached Riyadh airport at 1:00pm. While looking for my checked baggage I could not find it up to the end I complained to the Airport Authority and could get out from the airport at around 2:30pm. Next day I had got arrival information of my baggage and I had collected it. While opening the baggage at home I found all my food stuffs were wrotten.

Hence, I lost one working day due to the delay of your flight. Kindly reimburse me appropriately for the above delay which incurred my one day lost, In addition to the inconvenience.

FlyDubai 2 hours delay until now still remaining

I am travelling from Dubai to Multan in flight number FZ5325 at 18 April 2019 should take off 5:20am now 7:35am still waiting in plan, i really did not understand why they are taking too much time it is really very bad people can not wait they had reached on the top of there passion, and Really this is my first and last ever bad experience with fly Dubai i will suggest my friends to consider before fly with flydubai,
Even the behaviour of crew is very rood i am really very disappointed to see all this,

FlyDubai staff

Dear flydubai people,
At georgia airport tiblisi at counter 39 at 8:45 am on 12 april your staff misbehaved with me and used foul language in front of other staff and they all supported her. For me asking to attach fragile sticker which later other staff attached. I should have went for police if my flight was not late. It was my first nd last time in fly dubai. Thanks

FlyDubai business to economy

My name is Sova Elena Madalina.
I was traveling with FZ 1795 from.Dubai to Bucharest on 06th of April. With 10 min prior embarking i received a call that the plane is not configured for business and they change my ticket to Economy. The Flydubai employee told me on the phone that i will received meal and drinks and seat with space.
No seat with space, no meal no nothing!
This is the second time in 4 month!
I paid for business i stayed in economy, i had to pay even for my meal!
For this please, make possible to return my money paid to received nothing for both flights.

FlyDubai delay in flight and delay in baggage

Flydubai made me and my family wait in the aircraft for 3 hours without providing us with anything not even snacks.

On my return i have been waiting for my baggage near the carousel from last 2 hours and still there is no indication to our luggage. Some stay it has not been loaded in the aircraft and some say it has been mixed with transit passengers.

FlyDubai airlines

Hello,

I want to raise a complaint about your bad service, I hope to take my points in consideration. 

1 - you canceled my flight without informing me, so I had to drive for one hour to go back to the my brother house. At least you should give a call.

2 - you booked a flight to me without asking.

3- the waiting time was 7 hours in DXB and the old one was only 1 hour, so I had to lost some business in Jordan because of that.

I need a Compensation.

Waiting you reply ASAP.

FlyDubai baggage delayed

Dear Managenent,
I travelled with my parents(3 passengers) on fly dubai for umrah from multan to madina via dubai on dated 21st of feb 2019 and we had to return on 1st of march 2019 but due to pakistan air base circumstances our connecting flight from dubai to multan cancelled and we got to know from your website as well as travelling agent that passengers having return flight to pakistan avoid boarding and wait for the next schedule .Then after 5 days we decided to return to karachi and we changed the dlight from madina to karachi via dubai instead of multan. On arrival at the karachi airport we surprised that out of 7 bags we just got 1 bag .Then i complaint to emirates office at jinnah international Airport karachi.Today is 13 march 2019 and till now we didn't received our luggage. So, I do claim fly dubai to pay for this inconvenience/ delayed luggage. Also i want to let u know that that was my first and last travelling with dly dubai !I would never use this service again.

FlyDubai traveling delay and compensation

Dear

I am Husssin Ghaniam. Traveling on Flaydubai on flight no FZ252 and FZ021. Traveling from Mashahad to Dubai. And Dubai to Bahrain.

Our travel time from Mashahad to Dubai should be at 5:00 am and it is delay to 6:00 am.

And our travel time from Duabi to Bahrain should be at 11:00 am.

They inform us the travel dealy until 1:00 pm and we are wait in Dubai airport tell this time after we go to the gate. Again they inform the travel delay until 4:00 pm.
Our arrival time should be at 11:00 to Bahrain. And we are in Mashahad airport around 2:20 am.
I am with my family and there is two old woman on wheel chair and they have pain in there knee from surgical operation.

When I ask Flydubai staff they said there is no solve for us only waiting more.

Is that good?!

Please I need to know about about our compensation.

FlyDubai life threatening experience

Dear customer service team,

I am writing you this email about the worst experience ever that I had today before even going on board of your flight flying from dubai to jeddah 8:10am and the reason it we have been exposed to a life threatening situation during our transportation from the airport building to the aircraft.
We have been locked in the bus for more than 40 mins in a freezing cold temperature if I am not mistaken 10-12 degrees celsius with a maximum fan power and I tried multiple time to inform the driver to low the AC but he was standing out of the bus and what had me loss my temper and almost make a big fight that that employee from the ground services team named Afsar.
I kept on waving to him and signing that there is an emergency, please come to help and he had an eye contact with me and in the most rude and unmannerly and aggressive way he waves his hand in a shut up wave sign and kept on ignoring my call for help and left all of the passengers freezing and let me tell you that I am a young man 33 years with a military background and I am a tough guy and I was freezing cold and shivering, of course you can imagine how old and sick passenger would be feeling and most of them are wearing very thin pieces of cloth for doing umrah. Sorry to say that but if we were chicken or cows that unhuman employee will make sure that we arrive in the best condition to our destination.

I expect a prompt response and this employee should be properly punished for that act as it affects the brand image and worsen your passenger experience to the max.

I am really sorry to say that but such kind of employee throw all the hard work that Fly Dubai do in all its hard working devisions in the garbage.

I need some of your respectable manager to give me a call urgently on [protected])

FlyDubai booking cancelled without informing the passenger

I booked a flight to Sofia for March 10, 2019. This was an Emirates flight operated by Fly Dubai. Not being able to check-in online (without a clear indication as to why), I arrived at the airport on the day of my flight, to be told that my booking was cancelled. Fly Dubai desk informed me, after telephone debates with Emirates, that they were not paid BY Emirates, therefore they went ahead and cancelled the booking.
Throughout this process, I, the passenger, was not informed of any change in my booking. I am a resident of Dubai and all my details were easily accessible. When asking how come I wasn't informed, the answer I got was: 'Well, the issue was sorted, wasn't it? And you still have time! In fact you need to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for your booking to re-appear in the system.'
I arrived on time for certain reasons that I do not need to explain to anyone, but what if I was late and lost my flight?
Poor customer service, dismissive attitude, no care for the passenger, who paid for the service.
In the future, regardless of the type of communication the two airlines have or don't have, I strongly recommend that you make it a rule to inform the passenger of any change or cancelation in their booking.

FlyDubai accidental booking!

I booked this flight less than 24 hours ago, by force. I was forced to make this booking by the Thai security at the airport in Thailand, because they threatened to not allow my wife to fly to my Saudi location, unless she had a return flight. She's my wife, the visa states she's allowed a 90 day stay. Why did they force me to book this ticket? They were very rude, they made my wife cry, and told her she would not be allowed on the flight unless I paid for a return ticket back to Thailand. She had 40 minutes before the gate closed and I had no choice. No where on her visa does it say she had to do this. Does Flydubai do this to make money off of poor unsuspecting customers? Please refund me, as I do not have this money to spare. I cannot afford to lose this money! Please help me and refund my card, my family depends on this! If I'm not afforded a refund I will report this as high as I can and take this to the media because this is not fair. I was forced to make this purchase for no reason and I expect a refund, PLEASE!

FlyDubai Flight no ek2125

Flight no EK2125 Delhi to Dubai
My ETKT [protected]
1-Long drop off bag queues even after checking in online.
2-Did not have the opportunity to buy or eat at the airport due to long security checking queues.
3-Flight departure time was 9.50 am, delayed to 11.49 am
4-Staff already appeared to be stressed and the meet and greet was cold.
5-The TV screens were not working
6-Was not given a choice of food, that is Veg or non-Veg. Just given inedible Veg packets. When asked for another option, I was told there wasn't any.
4-Water was not offered - had to purchase hot or cold drinks
5-Went to the toilet an the light was not working. Told the attendant, who was so stressed due to all the food complaints, who told me go with a light as nothing could be done.
6-The attendants on the flights lacked empathy.
The above jeopardised my health and safety during and after the flight.
I was dehydrated, hungry, had to go to the toilet in the dark and was upset that all my requests were dismissed.
I missed my connecting flight from Dubai. Had to stay overnight at Dubai airport.
As the flight was delayed, at least feed the me with decent food and water.
What annoys me is that I paid for my flight and expect a reasonable service, not to be treated as though you are doing me a favour.
Please acknowledge my complaint and would like to be compensated for the delay which meant I arrived back in the UK a day later.

FlyDubai late flight

Im a passenger on the flight No. FZ 173 flying to Alexandria HBE from DXB airport.

The actual departing time was at 23:25, however, the flight has been delayed more more than two hours because one of the passenger had some visa issues as per advised by the flight attendant "Mohamed".

Such action causes serious moral and material damages to me and Im hereby requesting an immediate remedy for such irresponsible and unjustified act.

I would like to stress that I shall file an official complaint before the consumer protection authority and I will seek damages without prejudice to any other compensation provided in the relevant laws in the UAE or any other laws should that be necessary.

I had a conformation# tfjfok too so what happened we reached at the airport and found out that our tickcts got cancelled and there is a person of fly dubai even we spoke but we didnt got any help by them too they said we can't do due to holiday season all our flight r full then we requsted next day too with fare that we paid than also we didnt get any response tha we ahave to spend whole night there with differnt flight booking and paying extrathree times fare with long hours stay over at the airport so please contact with solution I need my refund that I didn't used for

1. I purchase two return tickets for myself and for my wife from Sialkot to Dubai, Dubai to Jeddah for the date 03/01/19 and return on 16/1/19 Jeddah to Dubai, Dubai to Sialkot at final destination..
2. Booking ref number WLHXDZ .

4. Fly Dubai from very start of travel mis managed flight operations and our first departure was two hour late from Sialkot to Dubai..
5. When we reached Dubai then further flight Dubai to Jeddah was not available on scheduled time. We ask from flydubai information counter regarding our flight actual time then they told us the flight is delayed and require more 12 hours for next flight.
6. When flydubai airline officials informed about 12 hours flight delay then we demanded hotel but flydubai airline official refused to accommodate any staying hotel, food and give instruction to wait in sitting area. After long hours wait my sugar level went down because I am diabetic patient. In this situation, I must immediate need of food but I was out of UAE dirham. So, I exchanged my Pakistani currency from currency exchange and bought food two times for myself and for my wife as well as she was also hungry.
7. After a long wait plane came 12 hours late and we departure for Jeddah. When we reached at Jeddah airport then our hotel agent was not there due to un-certain late of flight and we arranged taxi from own cash payment and after a hectic long journey we reached at hotel.
8. On end of our religious activities of Umrah the flight was scheduled from Jeddah to Dubai, Dubai to Sialkot on date 16/1/19 ..on the time of departure from Dubai to Sialkot, we came to know the flight final designation is Faisalabad instead of Sialkot. We asked airhostess our ticket is schedule for Dubai to Sialkot airport then why airplane switch to Faisalabad then the airhostess told the flight not goes to Sialkot and we drop all passengers at Faisalabad airport. when we reached at Faisalabad airport I requested Fly Dubai staff to provide shuttle or taxi so we can reach to our final destination Sialkot but they refuse to provide any facility.
9. In this circumstance I feel extremely bad experience from Fly Dubai airline travel and bear extra financial cost, difficulties, empty stomach hunger, a killing wait & mis management of all operations so I claim for compensation Two lac rupees (200000 /PERSON) each for redress myself and my wife in 15 days. The notice is courier to you in light of Consumer protection act 2005 sec 28 part 2. If your organization not fulfill our remedy claim then we have right to sue in consumer court for fulfillment of claim after 15 days.

FlyDubai negligence of flydubai service crew from muscat airport for not checking our visa to baku

Baku Visa not checked in Muscat airport check-in counter
I have made a booking with Flydubai flying from Muscat to Dubai then Dubai to Baku. It's our first time to travel in Baku so according to our contact in Baku, we could get the visa upon arrival. WE had check-in from Muscat airport and they did not even inform us that we need to have a visa on hand in order to travel to Baku. When we reached Dubai airport for a connecting flight (Flydubai) they did look for the Baku visa and we said that we could get visa upon arrival according to our travel tour company in Baku but they said that's not true. My point there is, that information should have been asked from Muscat itself so that we didn't reached to the point that we got held in Dubai and offloaded. We have to wait for the next day to catch a flight and lots of things has been wasted from us particularly the time that we have waited inconveniently. This is the worst travel experienced I ever had due to the negligence of the responsible person who should had stopped us if he did his job.
