I called and asked to cancel my service before the freetrial ended. Reasons were not only was this something I did not want but it was also my girlfriends idea and she signed me up. Well he goes on to say he'll give me a month free and then at that point they will give me the option to cancel. This was yesterday Friday January 11th 2019. This morning at 7:30 a.m.. I get a notice from my bank that I was being charged the monthly fee. I'm beyond fed up.
